Conditions: 100 - (1) No retail sale of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

101 - (2) Every retail sale of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

325 - Any children under 16 must be accompanied on the premises at all times by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult.

340 - That clearly legible signage will be prominently displayed at the exit where it can easily be seen and read requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner; and that customers will not remove alcohol or glassware from the venue. Such signage shall be written in both English and Spanish and maintained free from obstruction at all times.

341 - That clearly legible signage will be prominently displayed both in the dining area and in the toilets where it can easily be seen and read stating to the effect that the premises is a drug free zone and that the use of banned substances will not be tolerated. Such signage shall be written in both English and Spanish and shall be maintained free from obstruction at all times.

342 - That clear legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can be easily seen and read, requesting that ‘off sales’ of alcohol are not be opened and consumed in the vicinity of the premises. Such signage shall be written in both English and Spanish.

343 - That a personal licence holder is on the premises and on duty at all times that intoxicating liquor is supplied after 22:00 hours on Friday and Saturday nights until the terminal hour, and if not on the premises, will be contactable at all times and will leave a designated manager at the premises as a deputy.

344 - That no spirits (liquids containing more than 20% ABV) are to be sold by the bottle or half bottle.

345 - That all spirits (liquids containing more than 20% ABV) should be sold in measures of 25ml or 35ml to a maximum of two measures per container / glass.

346 - That alcohol shall be stored where it can easily be seen by staff working at the pay counter at all times.

347 - That all alcohol shall be kept behind the pay counter at the premises and will not be readily available to customers at the premises. Customers will only be able to physically procure alcohol via a member of staff.

348 - That customers shall not be permitted access to any food preparation area.

349 - The accommodation limit for the premises shall not exceed 70 persons (excluding staff).

350 - There will be regular collections of glass within the venue ensuring that no glassware remains on tables.

351 - All drinks supplied for consumption on the premises after 23:00hrs shall be decanted into either polycarbonate, recyclable plastic, or recyclable paper-based material receptacles.

352 - That a sound limiting device (SLD) shall be installed at the premises and shall be calibrated to the satisfaction of the council's Environmental Protection Team (EPT). All amplification equipment in regards to both live and recorded sound must be routed through the SLD. At no time shall any amplification equipment be operated independently of the SLD. The SLD shall be calibrated to the satisfaction of the EPT prior to any recorded or amplified live music being provided at the premises. Once calibrated, the control settings of the SLD shall not to be altered at any time except with the prior consent of the EPT. The SLD shall be accessible to the licensee and / or manager of the premises only, and its installation be such that its control panel cannot be accessed by any other staff.

353 - That any promotional material on or in any media shall state to the effect that there are no parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity of the premises. Any persons hiring the premises and / or promoting events at the premises will be informed that that any promotional material on or in any media must state to the effect that there are no parking spaces available in the immediate vicinity of the premises.

354 - That the mass depositing of waste glass / earthenware into internal waste receptacles shall not take place between 22:00hrs and 07:00hrs the following day. This condition allows the separate depositing of individual pieces of waste glass / earthenware into small internal waste receptacles throughout the operating hours of the premises.

355 - That any doors at the premises leading directly to the outside of the premises will be fitted with door bottom and perimeter acoustic seals.

356 - That all doors and windows at the premises shall be kept closed when licensable activities are taking place at the premises.

357 - That no additional amplification equipment may be used at the premises by performers of any description. Only the installed in house amplification equipment may be used in regards to any performance.

358 - That the alley way that the premises’ entrance is adjacent to and the immediate vicinity of the premises shall be cleared of any refuse produced by or associated with the operation of the premises after the premises has closed on each day that the premises are in operation.

359 - Deliveries of goods necessary for the operation of the business will be carried out at such a time or in such a manner as to prevent nuisance and disturbance to nearby residents.

360 - All front of house staff shall be trained in Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement (WAVE), “Ask for Angela”, and drink spiking. Records of staff training shall be provided to an authorised officer upon request.

361 - The Premises will have a welfare and vulnerability policy. The policy shall include but not be limited to the following: a) A clear policy on how to prevent drinks spiking b) How customers alleging such are cared for and reported to police. c) Over intoxication

362 - That a digital CCTV system of high definition quality shall be installed at the premises, shall be maintained in full working order and shall be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use. The CCTV system must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises in all lighting conditions. The CCTV system shall be correctly time and date stamped at all times. The CCTV system shall cover all interior and exterior areas of the premises including the frontage of the premises. All CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall be made immediately available to Police and council officers.

363 - That a member of staff shall be on duty at all times that the premises are in use, who is trained in the use of the CCTV system and who is able to view, and download to a removable storage device, CCTV footage at the immediate request of Police and council officers.

364 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers advising to the effect that CCTV is in operation at the premises. The signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

365 - That all relevant staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003, the promotion of the licensing objectives and the terms and conditions of this licence. Records pertaining to such training (‘the staff training logs’) shall be kept at the premises, shall be updated every 6 months and shall be made immediately available to police and council officers on request. The training logs shall include the trainee’s name (in block capitals), the trainer’s name (in block capitals), the date(s) of training and a declaration that the training has been received and understood by the trainee. If the staff training logs are a paper hardcopy then the signature of the trainee, the signature of the trainer shall be included. That all Digital records of training and/or logs shall be made immediately available to Police and council officers on request.

366 - Clearly legible signs shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers at all exits from the premises, requesting that: (A) Customers leave the premises and area in a quiet and orderly manner. (B) Customers do not remove alcohol or glassware from the venue

367 - That the supply of alcohol on the premises shall be to a person seated taking a substantial hot table meal there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to their meal.

368 - The sale of alcohol for the consumption off the premises shall be made in sealed containers and ancillary to the purchase of a hot takeaway meal.

369 - No off sales of beers, lagers or ciders in single cans, bottles or multi packs with an ABV of more than 7% will be displayed, sold or offered for sale from the premises.

370 - An incident book/incident recording system shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: I. Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour or Violence II. Calls to the police or fire brigade III. Abuse of staff and/or customers IV. Ejections of people from the premises V. Visits to the premises by the local authority, police or fire brigade VI. Refused sales of alcohol VII. Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system VIII. Any other relevant incidents The incident book/incident recording system shall record the time, date, location, and description of each incident as well as the printed name of the person reporting the incident and any action taken in respect of the incident. The incident book/incident recording system shall be available and accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use in accordance with this licence and shall be made available immediately to Police and responsible authority officers upon request. A record of the preceding 12 months' incidents shall be available at the premises at any time. That all Digital records of training and/or logs shall be made immediately available to Police and council officers on request.

371 - That customers shall use no outside area other than those who temporarily leave the premises to smoke with no more than five (5) people permitted to smoke at one any time. The Staff shall monitor the area and ensure patrons do not obstruct the highway or cause any disturbance to their neighbours.

372 - A dispersal policy for the premises to assist with patrons leaving the venue in an orderly and safe manner shall be devised and maintained in either a written or electronic format. A copy of the dispersal policy shall be made available upon immediate request of Police and council officers at all times that the premises are open. The policy should include (but not necessarily be limited to) the following: a) Details as to how customer / staff egress at the premises shall be managed to minimise causing nuisance. b) Details of the management of any 'winding down' period at the premises. c) Details of the use of security and stewarding in respect of managing customer dispersal from the premises. d) Details of road safety in respect of customers leaving the premises. e) Details of the management of ejections from the premises. f) Details as to how any physical altercations at the premises are to be managed.

373 - All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the latest version of the dispersal policy. Details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs in either a written or electronic format at the premises. If the dispersal policy is a paper document then the signature of the trainees shall also be included. When the premises are open the dispersal policy shall be made immediately available to Police and council officers on request.

374 - There shall be no music led events be that live or recorded inclusive of DJs at the venue.

375 - There shall be no dedicated dance floor in the premises.

376 - That a zero tolerance policy to illegal drug use will be implemented and maintained at the premises. All relevant staff shall be trained in the implementation of the latest version of the drug policy and details of such training shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises.

377 - That the licensee shall risk assess the requirement for additional SIA door supervisors on any other day and implement accordingly. This assessment shall be in written format and available for inspection by authorised council officers and Police.

378 - The licence holder shall ensure that door staff encourage patrons to leave the premises quickly and quietly.

379 - The premises shall be adequately mechanically ventilated and comfort cooled to allow doors and windows to remain closed during licensed entertainment.

380 - Tills users to ask for ID when an age restricted product is scanned.

462 - (1) Where a premises licence includes a condition that at specified times one or more individuals must be at the premises to carry out a security activity, the licence must include a condition that each such individual must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. (2) But nothing in subsection (1) requires such a condition to be imposed- (a) in respect of premises within paragraph 8(3)(a) of Schedule 2 to the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (c.12) (premises with premises licences authorising plays or films), or (b) in respect of premises in relation to- (i) any occasion mentioned in paragraph 8(3)(b) or (c) of that Schedule (premises being used exclusively by club with club premises certificate, under a temporary event notice authorising plays or films or under a gaming licence), or (ii) any occasion within paragraph 8(3)(d) of that Schedule (occasions prescribed by regulations under that Act). (3) For the purposes of this section- (a) 'security activity' means an activity to which paragraph 2(1)(a) of that Schedule applies, and (b) paragraph 8(5) of that Schedule (interpretation of references to an occasion) applies as it applies in relation to paragraph 8 of that Schedule.

485 - Irresponsible Promotions: (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises - (a) Games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require or encourage, individuals to- (i) Drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) Drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise; (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) Provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner that which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) Selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional posters or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of a disability).

487 - Free tap water: (1) The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - Age Verification Policy: (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) Subject to sub-paragraph (4), the policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either - (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature. (4) The age verification policy may make provision permitting a responsible person to accept identification in digital form (“relevant ID”) instead of identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3). (5) Where provision envisaged by sub-paragraph (4) is included in the policy, the policy must make provision dealing with the circumstance described in paragraph (6). (6) The circumstance in this sub-paragraph arises where- (a) the responsible person has reason to believe that a person (“P”) who seeks to be supplied with alcohol from a place to which the age verification policy applies has not attained the age of 18, or such greater age as the age verification policy may prescribe (“the relevant age”); and (b) P has indicated their wish to use the relevant ID. (7) When the circumstance in paragraph (6) arises, the policy must state— (a) that P is obliged, upon the request of the responsible person, to make available to the responsible person the means by which their relevant ID may be verified; but (b) that the responsible person may only accept P’s relevant ID where the condition in sub-paragraph (8) applies. (8) The condition in this sub-paragraph is that the responsible person is covered by an agreement with a DVSP (“the relevant DVSP”) for the provision of digital verification services where— (a) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will confirm, in the course of providing its services to the responsible person, whether or not P has attained the relevant age; (b) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will deliver identification to the responsible person that reaches at least a medium level of confidence; (c) that level of confidence has been verified by a DVSP, whether that DVSP is the relevant DVSP or another; and (d) the relevant DVSP is registered as a provider of those services in accordance with Version 0.4 or Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (9) In this paragraph- (a) “DVSP” means a person who provides digital verification services, and is included in the register maintained by the Secretary of State under section 32 (DVS register) of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (“the 2025 Act”); (b) “DVS trust framework” is to be construed in accordance with section 28 (DVS trust framework) of the 2025 Act; (c) “medium level of confidence”, in respect of identification described in sub-paragraph (8)(b), is to be construed in accordance with— (i) Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework; (ii) Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (10) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (6) “supplied” is to be construed in accordance with section 14 of the Licensing Act 2003. (11) Nothing in sub-paragraphs (4) to (10) prevents the supply of alcohol to a person based upon identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3).

489 - Availability of Certain Measures of Alcohol: (1) The responsible person must ensure that- (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures- (i) Beer or Cider: ½ pint; (ii) Gin, Rum, Vodka or Whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; and (b) These measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) Where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available.

491 - Minimum Pricing (1) A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price as defined in the Schedule to the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Conditions) Order 2014 [UK Statutory Instrument 2014 No.1252] www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2014/1252/contents/made

4AA - That a Challenge 25 scheme shall be maintained requiring that staff selling or delivering alcohol request that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase or take receipt of alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a photo driving licence, passport, UK armed services photo ID card, any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited, or any age verification card accredited by the Secretary of State

4AB - That all staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the prevention of sales of alcohol to underage persons (including the prevention of ‘proxy sales’) and the Challenge 25 scheme in operation at the premises. Details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises and shall be made immediately available for inspection at the premises to authorised officers on request.

4AC - That clearly legible signs shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers stating to the effect that a challenge 25 policy is in operation at the premises, that customers may be asked to provide proof of age and stating what the acceptable forms of proof of age are. Such signage shall be displayed at all entrances and points of sale The signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

4AI - A register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained in order to demonstrate effective operation of the policy. The register shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by Council authorised officers or the Police.
