Conditions: 100 - (1) No retail sale of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

101 - (2) Every retail sale of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

340 - That a digital CCTV system shall be installed at the premises, shall be maintained in full working order and shall be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use. The CCTV system must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises. The CCTV system shall be correctlytime and date stamped at all times. The CCTV system shall cover all interior and exterior areas of the premises, including the frontage of the premises, and shall collect clearly defined high definition / focused footage in all lighting conditions.

341 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty-one (31) days and shall be made immediately available to Police and authorised council officers.

342 - At least one member of staff should be on duty the premises is open or contactable via the telephone, that is trained in the use of the CCTV and able to view and download images to a removable device on request of police or council officers.

343 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers advising to the effect that CCTV is in operation at the premises. The signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

344 - That all relevant staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003, the promotion of the licensing objectives and the terms and conditions of this licence. Records pertaining to such training (the staff training logs’) shall be kept at the premises, shall be updated every 6 months and shall be made immediately available to police and council officers on request. The training logs shall include the trainee’s name (in block capitals), the trainer’s name (in block capitals), the date(s) of training and a declaration that the training has been received and understood by the trainee. If the staff training logs are a paper hardcopy, then the signature of the trainee, the signature of the trainer shall be included. That all Digital records of training and/or logs shall be made immediately available to Police and council officers on request.

345 - That an incident log shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: a) Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour b) Calls to the police or other emergency services c) Any complaints received d) Ejections of people from the premises e) Visits to the premises by the local authority or emergency services f) Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system g) All crimes reported by customers, or observed by staff h) Any other relevant incidents The incident log shall record the time, date, location in the premises and description of each incident, details of any action taken in respect of the incident and the printed name of the person reporting the incident and. The incident log shall be available / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use and shall be made immediately available to responsible authority officers on request. Details of incidents shall be recorded contemporaneously. If the incident log is a paper hardcopy, then the signature of the person reporting the incident in the log shall also be included. All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the use of the incident log. Details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises. That all Digital records of training and/or logs shall be made immediately available to Police and authorised officers.

346 - That the premises’ management shall regularly monitor outside the premises and take all necessary steps to ensure that noise from customers does not cause disturbance or public nuisance. A log of such monitoring including the printed name of the person who undertook the monitoring, the date & time of the monitoring and any observations or actions taken subsequent to the monitoring shall be kept at the premises and be made immediately available to Police and authorised council officers.

347 - No beers, lagers, or ciders in 2 litre or above containers shall be sold at the premises.

348 - That no drugs paraphernalia shall be sold or displayed in the store at anytime, this shall include but not be limited to grinders, bongs.

349 - That no beers, lagers or ciders in single cans, bottles or multi- packs with an ABV of more than 7.5% will be displayed, sold or offered for sale from the premises expect with the written permission from the Police, Trading Standards or the Licensing Authority. A copy of that permission must be retained with the licence and be available for inspection by the Police and Council officers on request.

350 - That spirits (with the exception of spirit mixers and premixed spirit drinks) will be located behind the sales counter.

351 - In the event of a technical failure resulting in the whole of the CCTV system being inoperable, the premises licence holder / DPS shall report the failure to the Police Licensing Unit within 24 hours.

352 - All refusals are to be recorded promptly, including the reason i.e. too intoxicated, barred suspicion of drugs etc. If a person is rejected from the premises by a member of staff, a record must be made of the incident including details of the staff members involved and a summary of the circumstances. This must be completed as soon as practicable but prior than the end of that person’s shift.

353 - All customers who want to buy alcohol shall be asked to produce photographic identification, such as a valid passport, valid driving licence, and international identity document or PASS card, by considering “Challenge 25”, if they look under 25 years of age.

354 - The licence holder shall operate a ‘zero tolerance’ position on the use / possession of controlled drugs and psychoactive substances and seek for Police help in case.

355 - Alcohol products will be purchased from established wholesale traders and orders / purchases shall only be made by the Licence Holder or the Designated Premises Supervisor.

356 - Alcohol shall not be provided to someone who is already drunk and toxic. Alcohol shall not be served to someone who behaves aggressively. Any customers or people who cause public disorder will be reported to the Police immediately.

357 - No accumulation of combustible rubbish, dirt, surplus material or stored goods shall be permitted to remain in any part of the premises except in an appropriate place and of such quantities so as not to cause a nuisance, obstruction, or other safety hazard.

358 - Customers shall be requested to leave quietly when it is necessary to do so, especially after 11pm.

359 - Alcohol shall not be allowed to be sold in open containers.

360 - The Premises Licence Holder or Designated Premises Supervisor shall ensure groups of people shall not be allowed to gather / loiter outside the premises, and/or consume alcohol.

361 - No waste or recyclable materials shall be moved, removed from or placed in outside areas between 23:00 hrs and 07:00 hrs the following day.

362 - The premises shall operate the "Challenge 25" Proof of Age Policy to prevent the sale or supply of alcohol to persons under 18 years of age. The policy shall require any person who appears to be under the age of 25 years to produce one of the following forms of identification: • A recognised proof of age card credited under the British Retail Consortiums Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS); • Photo driving licence; • Passport.

363 - Notices shall be prominently displayed advising customers of the “Challenge 25” policy.

364 - The only forms of ID that may be accepted at the time of sale shall be proof of age bearing the PASS hologram logo, a passport, or U.K. photo driving licence. The sale of alcohol will be declined to any person who does not provide any proof of age document.

365 - DPS / PLH will ensure that the details of those persons that have been refused sale will be recorded in a refusals book; which will include date, time, name of persons if known, and reason for refusal. The refusals book will be made available for inspection upon request within 24 hours for Police and Local Authority Licensing Officers.

485 - Irresponsible Promotions: (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises - (a) Games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require or encourage, individuals to- (i) Drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) Drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise; (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) Provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner that which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) Selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional posters or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of a disability).

487 - Free tap water: (1) The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - Age Verification Policy: (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) Subject to sub-paragraph (4), the policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either - (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature. (4) The age verification policy may make provision permitting a responsible person to accept identification in digital form (“relevant ID”) instead of identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3). (5) Where provision envisaged by sub-paragraph (4) is included in the policy, the policy must make provision dealing with the circumstance described in paragraph (6). (6) The circumstance in this sub-paragraph arises where- (a) the responsible person has reason to believe that a person (“P”) who seeks to be supplied with alcohol from a place to which the age verification policy applies has not attained the age of 18, or such greater age as the age verification policy may prescribe (“the relevant age”); and (b) P has indicated their wish to use the relevant ID. (7) When the circumstance in paragraph (6) arises, the policy must state— (a) that P is obliged, upon the request of the responsible person, to make available to the responsible person the means by which their relevant ID may be verified; but (b) that the responsible person may only accept P’s relevant ID where the condition in sub-paragraph (8) applies. (8) The condition in this sub-paragraph is that the responsible person is covered by an agreement with a DVSP (“the relevant DVSP”) for the provision of digital verification services where— (a) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will confirm, in the course of providing its services to the responsible person, whether or not P has attained the relevant age; (b) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will deliver identification to the responsible person that reaches at least a medium level of confidence; (c) that level of confidence has been verified by a DVSP, whether that DVSP is the relevant DVSP or another; and (d) the relevant DVSP is registered as a provider of those services in accordance with Version 0.4 or Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (9) In this paragraph- (a) “DVSP” means a person who provides digital verification services, and is included in the register maintained by the Secretary of State under section 32 (DVS register) of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (“the 2025 Act”); (b) “DVS trust framework” is to be construed in accordance with section 28 (DVS trust framework) of the 2025 Act; (c) “medium level of confidence”, in respect of identification described in sub-paragraph (8)(b), is to be construed in accordance with— (i) Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework; (ii) Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (10) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (6) “supplied” is to be construed in accordance with section 14 of the Licensing Act 2003. (11) Nothing in sub-paragraphs (4) to (10) prevents the supply of alcohol to a person based upon identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3).

489 - Availability of Certain Measures of Alcohol: (1) The responsible person must ensure that- (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures- (i) Beer or Cider: ½ pint; (ii) Gin, Rum, Vodka or Whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; and (b) These measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) Where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available.
