Conditions: 100 - (1) No retail sale of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

101 - (2) Every retail sale of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

340 - When alcohol is being sold it will be from secure mobile units which will pop up within the licensed area shown on the plan.

341 - The Premises Licence Holder shall appoint a Duty Manager who shall be the designated point of contact for the Licensing Authority and Responsible Authorities throughout each event. This person shall hold a Personal Licence. The duty manager shall be known to all security, stewarding, bar, front of house and management staff on each day that the premises are in operation.

342 - That all management, supervisory, bar, security, stewarding and other front of house shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003, the promotion of the licensing objectives and the terms and conditions of this licence. Records pertaining to such training (the ‘staff training logs’) shall be kept at the premises, shall be updated every 6 months and shall be made immediately available to responsible authority officers on request. The training logs shall include the trainee’s name (in block capitals), the trainer’s name (in block capitals), the date(s) of training and a declaration that the training has been received and understood by the trainee. If the staff training logs are a paper hard copy, then the signature of the trainee and the signature of the trainer shall be included.

343 - An incident and event log shall be kept on the premises and completed on each occasion an incident or event as listed below occurs including recording the time, date, location and description of each incident, the name of the person reporting the incident and any action taken in respect of the incident: a) All crimes reported to the site; b) All ejections of patrons; c) Any complaints received concerning crime and disorder; d) Any incidents of disorder; e) Any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service; and f) Any seizures of drugs and / or weapons. The incident log shall record the time, date, location in the premises and description of each incident, details of any action taken in respect of the incident and the printed name of the person reporting the incident. Details of incidents shall be recorded contemporaneously. The incident log shall be made available/be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use, and shall be made immediately available to authorised officers on request. If the incident log is a paper hard copy then the signature of the person reporting the incident in the log shall also be included. All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the use of the incident log. Details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises.

344 - All staff engaged in the sale and/or supply of alcohol shall receive training in the following areas on an annual basis: a) Product age restrictions, proxy sales and offences under the Licensing Act 2003; b) Challenge 25 and acceptable forms of ID; c) Recognising signs of intoxication and how to refuse service; d) Emergency procedures and reporting; and e) the mobile bar unit shall be supervised by a Personal Licence holder.

345 - There shall be a dedicated phone number for residents and businesses in the local area to contact the premises in the case of any concern during business hours and during each event.

346 - Where alcohol is being supplied and as determined by a risk assessment, a suitable number of security staff shall be on duty during each event. Copies of any such risk assessments shall be kept / be available at the premises for six months from the date of the risk assessments, and shall be made immediately available to Responsible Authorities upon request.

347 - All security staff and stewards shall be identifiable and shall have the appropriate training and SIA licence if required for their role. The number of security staff and stewards will be determined by a risk assessment.

348 - A register shall be maintained by the security supplier of all security and stewarding staff employed at the premises containing their full names, date of birth, home address and where appropriate their SIA Licence details in compliance with applicable data protection laws. This information shall be made available to the Responsible Authorities immediately upon request.

349 - A risk assessment shall determine whether it is appropriate to serve drinks in glasses, bottles, or cans, or whether all alcohol shall be decanted into containers made from materials such as polycarbonate plastic or paper. Copies of any such risk assessments shall be kept / be available at the premises for six months from the date of the risk assessments, and be made immediately available to Responsible Authorities upon request.

350 - That a dispersal policy to assist with patrons leaving the premises in an orderly and safe manner shall be devised and maintained regarding the premises. A copy of the dispersal policy shall be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in operation and be made available to authorised officers immediately upon request. The policy should include (but not necessarily be limited to) the following: a) details as to how customer / staff egress at the premises shall be managed to minimise causing nuisance; b) details of public transport in the vicinity and how customers will be advised in respect of it; c) details of the management of taxis to and from the premises; details of the use of security and stewarding in respect of managing customer dispersal from the premises; d) details of road safety in respect of customers leaving the premises; e) details of the management of ejections from the premises; f) details as to how any physical altercations at the premises are to be managed; and g) details of how refuse / waste in the local vicinity arising through the operation of the premises will be cleared up (e.g. flyer clean up, post event clean up). All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the latest version of the dispersal policy. Details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises.

351 - That to discourage ‘street drinking’ in the locale by customers of the premises, clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers upon leaving each event requesting to the effect that customers do not consume alcoholic drinks bought at the premises in the vicinity of the premises. Such signage shall be kept free from obstruction at all times.

352 - That a written or digital register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained at the premises at all times. The register is a written hardcopy then it shall be clearly and legibly marked on the front cover as a register of refused alcohol sales, with the address of the premises and the name of the licence holder. The register shall be used to record details of all refused sales of alcohol. The register shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times and shall be made immediately available for inspection at the premises to the Responsible Authorities upon request.

353 - That the Premises Licence Holder shall operate in line with the Woman’s Night Safety Charter including the ‘Ask for Angela’ initiative. ‘All management, supervisory, bar, security, stewarding and other front of house staff shall be trained in the ‘Ask for Angela’ scheme (or similar scheme) and shall perform the appropriate course of action in the event of a customer requesting assistance. Details of such training, including the printed name(s)of the trainee(s), and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises.

354 - That the maximum number of people permitted on the premises at any one time is 700 people. Such limit shall be known by relevant staff and shall not be exceeded at any time. Where applicable, staff shall be employed to ensure that the maximum number of customers permitted is not exceeded at any time and shall use counting devices to maintain an accurate count the number of customers.

355 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

356 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers, at all exits from the premises and in any external areas, requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises and locale in a quiet and orderly manner with respect to local residents. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

357 - An Event Noise Management Plan (ENMP) shall be produced and implemented at the premises, which shall cover management of noise and community relations, with all staff trained on the most recent iteration of the plan. A record of staff training on the ENMP shall be kept at the premises and a copy of the plan and training records shall be made available to the Responsible Authorities and police upon request.

358 - Prior to the first event, a sound propagation test will be carried out by an experienced and qualified acoustic consultant.

359 - Premises management shall regularly monitor nearby noise sensitive areas to ensure that the volume and bass levels of any licensed entertainment is kept at a level that does not cause disturbance at any noise-sensitive façade, to ensure the prevention of public nuisance. Checks will be carried out during the act expected to be the loudest each day.

360 - Premises management shall regularly monitor the immediate area around the events and take all necessary steps to ensure that noise from patrons does not cause public nuisance.

361 - Live amplified music shall be limited to performances of no more than 40 minutes duration.

362 - There shall be no more than three 40 minute performances of live music in any one day, with quiet periods of at least 40 minutes between each performance.

363 - Music noise level shall be checked at the front of house position during each live music performance to ensure compliance with limits, and the sound level shall remain within the control of premises management at all times.

364 - Music noise at the front of house position shall not exceed 88dB LAeq (15 minutes), with limits of 100dB (LZeq) over any 15 minute period in the 31.5 and 63 Hz 1/3 octave bands and 89Db (LZeq) in the 125Hz 1/3 octave band.

365 - A copy of all monitoring data shall be kept and made available to the Responsible Authorities and police, upon request.

366 - A telephone number and / or email address should be made available at the venue and on relevant websites for any noise complaints. The telephone number shall be a mobile number held by the venue manager or such other appropriate person.

367 - That any litter caused by the operation of the premises shall be cleared away from the immediate vicinity of the premises periodically throughout operating hours, and at the end of trade, on each day that the premises are in operation.

368 - That a Challenge 25 Policy scheme shall be maintained requiring that staff selling alcohol request that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase or take receipt of alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a photo driving licence, passport, HM Forces photo ID / warrant card, any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card or any age verification card accredited by the Secretary of State.

369 - That clearly legible signs shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers stating to the effect that a challenge 25 policy is in operation at the premises, that customers may be asked to provide proof of age and stating what the acceptable forms of proof of age are. Such signage shall be displayed at all entrances and points of sale The signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

463 - (1) Where a premises licence authorises the exhibition of films, the licence must include a condition requiring the admission of children to the exhibition of any film to be restricted in accordance with this section. (2) Where the film classification body is specified in the licence, unless subsection (3)(b) applies, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that body. (3) Where- (a) the film classification body is not specified in the licence, or (b) the relevant licensing authority has notified the holder of the licence that this subsection applies to the film in question, admission of children must be restricted in accordance with any recommendation made by that licensing authority. (4) In this section- 'children' means persons aged under 18; and 'film classification body' means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).

485 - Irresponsible Promotions: (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises - (a) Games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require or encourage, individuals to- (i) Drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) Drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise; (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) Provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner that which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) Selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional posters or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of a disability).

487 - Free tap water: (1) The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - Age Verification Policy: (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) Subject to sub-paragraph (4), the policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either - (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature. (4) The age verification policy may make provision permitting a responsible person to accept identification in digital form (“relevant ID”) instead of identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3). (5) Where provision envisaged by sub-paragraph (4) is included in the policy, the policy must make provision dealing with the circumstance described in paragraph (6). (6) The circumstance in this sub-paragraph arises where- (a) the responsible person has reason to believe that a person (“P”) who seeks to be supplied with alcohol from a place to which the age verification policy applies has not attained the age of 18, or such greater age as the age verification policy may prescribe (“the relevant age”); and (b) P has indicated their wish to use the relevant ID. (7) When the circumstance in paragraph (6) arises, the policy must state— (a) that P is obliged, upon the request of the responsible person, to make available to the responsible person the means by which their relevant ID may be verified; but (b) that the responsible person may only accept P’s relevant ID where the condition in sub-paragraph (8) applies. (8) The condition in this sub-paragraph is that the responsible person is covered by an agreement with a DVSP (“the relevant DVSP”) for the provision of digital verification services where— (a) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will confirm, in the course of providing its services to the responsible person, whether or not P has attained the relevant age; (b) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will deliver identification to the responsible person that reaches at least a medium level of confidence; (c) that level of confidence has been verified by a DVSP, whether that DVSP is the relevant DVSP or another; and (d) the relevant DVSP is registered as a provider of those services in accordance with Version 0.4 or Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (9) In this paragraph- (a) “DVSP” means a person who provides digital verification services, and is included in the register maintained by the Secretary of State under section 32 (DVS register) of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (“the 2025 Act”); (b) “DVS trust framework” is to be construed in accordance with section 28 (DVS trust framework) of the 2025 Act; (c) “medium level of confidence”, in respect of identification described in sub-paragraph (8)(b), is to be construed in accordance with— (i) Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework; (ii) Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (10) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (6) “supplied” is to be construed in accordance with section 14 of the Licensing Act 2003. (11) Nothing in sub-paragraphs (4) to (10) prevents the supply of alcohol to a person based upon identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3).

489 - Availability of Certain Measures of Alcohol: (1) The responsible person must ensure that- (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures- (i) Beer or Cider: ½ pint; (ii) Gin, Rum, Vodka or Whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; and (b) These measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) Where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available.
