Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

125 - That any off sales of alcohol shall be provided in sealed containers and taken away from the premises;

288 - That a CCTV system shall be installed and maintained in full working order. The CCTV system will record footage of evidential quality in all lighting conditions and should be able to capture a clear facial image of all persons that enter the venue. All public areas will be covered by the CCTV system including the bar, smoking areas, and frontage of the premises. The premises shall not be open at any time when the CCTV is not operating correctly;

289 - All CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall be made immediately available for inspection to officers of the Police and the Council on request;

293 - All staff responsible for selling alcohol shall receive regular training in the Licensing Act 2003 in terms of the licensing objectives, offences committed under the Act and conditions of the Premises Licence. Written records of staff training in the Licensing Act 2003 shall be retained and made available to police and authorised officers of the Licensing Authority on request. Staff shall receive refresher training in the Licensing Act 2003 at intervals of no more than 6 months. Signed and dated records shall be kept of all staff training and such records kept available for inspection at the premises for a period of at least one calendar year from the last date of entry;

340 - There shall be no DJ led music events held at the venue; any DJs that are present playing music shall only be for the benefit of existing customers, the premises shall not advertise or promote any DJ led events

341 - The Sale of Alcohol for consumption on the premises after midnight shall only be to persons who are taking part, or have taken part, in karaoke during the evening

342 - That no outdoor area shall be used by patrons with the exception of those persons wishing to smoke. This shall be in a designated area and limited to 10 persons

343 - No music or amplified sound shall be played externally;

344 - That at least one member of staff should be on duty at all times the premises is open that is trained in the use of the CCTV and able to view and download images to a removable device on request of Police or council officer;

345 - Notices shall be prominently displayed within the premises stating that CCTV is in operation;

346 - Any person entering the premises who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall in the interests of other members of the public using the premises be requested to leave the premises;

347 - All children under the age of 18 shall be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises;

349 - There shall be no third party hire of the venue;

350 - There shall be no vertical drinking at the venue;

352 - Alcohol shall not be sold for consumption off the premises after 23:00hrs on Sundays to Thursdays & Midnight on Fridays & Saturdays;

354 - The Licensee/Management shall ensure that patrons when leaving the venue cause no nuisance or disturbance to their neighbours;

355 - That there shall be no admission to the Karaoke rooms other than to pre-booked groups, which must be booked before 17:00hrs on the date for which the booking is due or for bookings due between midnight and 03:30hrs, by 17:00hrs on the day before the date for which the booking is due. A record of the bookings shall be kept and made available upon request to police and council officers;

357 - The Licensee/Management shall ensure that patrons when using the outside area cause no nuisance or disturbance to their neighbours;

358 - That no open drinks shall be removed from the premises at any time;

359 - That clear signage shall be prominently displayed where it can be easily seen and read, requesting that alcohol sold as off sales be consumed away from the premises and adjacent roads;

360 - That clearly legible signs shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers at all exits from the premises, requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises and area in a quiet and orderly manner. Such signs shall be maintained free from obstruction when the premises are in use in accordance with this licence;

361 - That when the venues terminal hour is beyond midnight then a minimum of two (2) SIA registered door supervisor shall be employed at the premises from 21:00hrs until the premises is closed, the last customer has left and all customers have dispersed from the premises;

362 - That tables and chairs shall remain in situ as per the plan at all times;

363 - That Body worn video is worn by security and made available upon request to Police and authorised council officers;

364 - That the venue shall risk assess the requirement for any additional sia and a copy of this risk assessment shall be kept on the premises and made available on request of Police and council officers;

365 - That a search Policy is in place and any search area is covered by CCTV;

366 - That the dispersal Policy is suitable to deal with increase in patrons and the closing time dispersal so as not to cause ASB to the venues neighbours;

367 - The accommodation limit for the premises shall not exceed 200 persons (excluding staff);

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - A “Challenge 25” age verification policy shall be operated at the Premises during the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol and staff shall be trained in respect of the policy. Staff shall ask for proof of age from anyone they suspect of being less than 25 years of age. The only acceptable forms of identification shall be a photo style driving licence, a passport, a photo identification card bearing the PASS logo in a hologram format, military ID or recognised national photographic identity cards from member countries of the European Union.

4AC - Posters shall be displayed in prominent positions around the premises advising customers of the Challenge 25 policy in force at the premises.

4AI - A record shall be maintained recording every occasion when the sale of alcohol has been refused. The record shall; a) Give the date and time of the occasion; a brief description of the customer and the name of the member of staff who refused to sell the alcohol; b) Be kept at the Premises and available for inspection by authorised officers of the Licensing Authority and the Police at all times the Premises are open.
