Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

107 - Any individual carrying out security activities at the premises must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. This does not apply where the premises are being used primarily as a Qualifying Club undera Club Premises Certificate, under a Temporary E vent Notice, or primarily as a cinema, restaurant or theatre.

109 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours as stated elsewhere on this licence and on New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permi tted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).

110 - No statutory regulations for music and dancing shall apply so as to require any licence for the provision in the premises of public entertainment by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programmes included in any programme service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or of public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is produced solely by the reproduction of recorded sound is permitted.

111 - This licence provides for the provision of private music and dancing entertainment that is promoted for private gain;

122 - No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies a.He is the child of the holder of the premises licence b.He resides in the premises, but is not employed there c.He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of thepremises which is not a bar and to and from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress d.The bar is in railway refreshment rooms or other premises constructed, fit ted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancilla. In this condition "bar" includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is usu al for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of tablemeals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as ancillary to their table meals.

125 - All off sales of alcohol shall be made in sealed containers for consumption away from the premises;

127 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied: a.With and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together w ith the meal; b.For consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation; c.To a canteen or mess.

180 - a.The premises shall be effectively ventilated. b.Where the ventilation system is designed to maintain a positive air pressure within that part of the premises, that pressure shall be maintained whenever the public are present in that part of the premise s.

255 - a.Fire extinguishers and equipment as approved by the Council shall be efficiently maintained in satisfactory working order and kept available for instance use. They shall be in the charge of a suitable person specially nominated for the purpose. b.Port able fire extinguishers shall be examined at least once a year and periodically tested in accordance with the current British Standard by a competent person and the date of such test shall be clearly marked on the appropriate extinguishers or on stout tab s securely attached to them. Extinguishers which incorporate an antifreeze agent shall be examined and recharged in compliance with manufacturer's instructions. c.Where provided hydraulic hose reels shall be tested once a year to check that they are in working order and produce a satisfactory jet of water, and the test shall be recorded in a log book. d.All testing of fire extinguishers and equipment shall be at the expense of the licensee.

256 - a.Where an automatic/manual fire alarm system has been installed and approved by the Council it shall be efficiently maintained in satisfactory working order. The system shall be maintained and serviced in accordance with B.S. 5839 and tested regularly i n accordance with rules imposed by the Council. All checks, tests and defects shall be recorded in a log book. b.All testing of automatic/manual fire alarm systems shall be at the expense of the licensee.

263 - a.The owner, occupier or any other person concerned in the conduct or management of the premises shall, in the absence of adequate daylight, ensure that adequate lighting is maintained to the satisfaction of the Council in all parts of the premises to wh ich the public and staff have access and is in operation continuously during the whole time the premises are open to the public. b.The general lighting shall be maintained alight and the lighting to 'EXIT' or 'WAY OUT' notices shall not in any circumstan ces be extinguished or dimmed while the public are on the premises, provided that so long as there is sufficient daylight in any part of the premises, artificial light need not be used in any part.

288 - The CCTV system will record footage of evidential quality in all reasonable lighting conditions. All public areas will be covered by the CCTV system including the frontage of the premises. The premises shall not be open at any time when the CCTV is not operating correctly;

302 - That a zero tolerance policy to illegal drug use will be implemented and maintained at the premises. All relevant staff shall be trained in the implementation of the latest version of the drug policy and details of such training shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises and shall be made immediately available to police and authorised council officers on request;

310 - That all doors and windowsexcepting any that may be required to be locked open for the purposes of means of escape, shall be kept closed whenever public entertainment is being provided upon the premises

311 - That notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner

315 - That the Front Patio at the premises shall be closed at 0000 hours each day

325 - That after 2100 hours children under 16 shall not be admitted in any area where alcohol is sold and consumed

332 - All children on the premises under 18 will be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times

334 - That an age identification scheme shall be established and maintained. The scheme shall Require the production of evidence of age (comprising any PASS accredited card or passport or driving licence) from any person appearing to staff engaged in selling or supplying alcohol to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol

340 - That there shall be no gaming nor cigarette machines installed upon the premises

341 - That a pest control contract shall be maintained

342 - That regular glass collections shall be carried out by staff

343 - There will be illuminated signs above each exit

344 - That an incident log shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: • Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour • Calls to the police or other emergency services • Any complaints received • Ejections of people from the premises • Visits to the premises by the local authority or emergency services • Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system VII. All crimes reported by customers, or observed by staff • Any other relevant incidents The incident log shall record the time, date, location in the premises and description of each incident, details of any action taken in respect of the incident and the printed name of the person reporting the incident and. The incident log shall be available / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use, and shall be made immediately available to Police and authorised council officers on request. Details of incidents shall be recorded contemporaneously. If the incident log is a paper hardcopy then the signature of the person reporting the incident in the log shall also be included. All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the use of the incident log. Details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises;

345 - The Premises must have a welfare and vulnerability policy. The policy shall include but not be limited to the following: 1) A clear policy on how to prevent drinks spiking and how customers alleging such are cared for and reported to police 2) All new staff must receive this training before starting their role and all staff must have refresher training every 12 months. All training must be recorded and these records must be available on immediate request by police and council officers

346 - The Designated Premises Supervisor must identify the requirement for SIA registered Door Supervisors by way of a risk assessment, which must be made available for inspection by Police and authorised council officer. Where the risk assessment identifies the need for Door Supervisors to be deployed, Door Supervisors must be of sufficient in number to be able to control entry to the premises and deal with any instances of disorderly behaviour within the premises simultaneously. Door Supervisors must remain at the premises until such time the premises are closed, and all members of the public have left the venue;

347 - Where SIA registered Door Supervisors are employed, there must be a register of every SIA person employed at the premises that contains the following details: a) Full Name b) Security Industry Authority licence number c) Time and date each security staff starts and finishes duty d) Each entry must be signed by the Door Supervisors

348 - That register must be kept fully updated at all times and remain at the licensed premises and be available for inspection immediately by Police, authorised council officers and the Security Industry Authority;

349 - That Staff and/or Sia registered door staff shall take a proactive role at the exit door asking customers to leave the premises quietly and as quickly as possible. The Staff and/or Sia registered door staff shall ensure that customers do not take any open bottles, glasses or drinks from the premises when departing and monitor the frontage to ensure people do not loiter outside;

350 - That a dispersal policy shall be devised and enforced by the venue at all times the venue is open. The policy shall assist with patrons leaving the premises in an orderly and safe manner. A copy of the dispersal policy shall be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in operation. All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the latest version of the dispersal policy. Details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises. The dispersal policy shall be made immediately available to police and authorised council officers.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

840 - That a CCTV system shall be installed at the premises and be maintained in good working order and be continually recording at all times the premises are in use under the licence. The CCTV system must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises;

841 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of 31 days and shall on request be made immediately available to officers of the police and the council;

842 - That a member of staff shall be on duty at all times the premises is open, who is trained in the use of CCTV and able to view and download images to a removable device on the request of the police or a council officer;

843 - That all staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and training records to be kept and updated every six months and shall, upon request, be made immediately available to officers of the police and the council;

844 - That there shall be an immediate change of management at the premises. Mr Curren shall not be permitted work at the premises.
