Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

340 - That a written record of all staff authorised to sell alcohol at the premises shall be kept at the premises and will be made available to authorised council officers or police immediately on request. The authorisation record shall include the name and address of the premises, the name of the licensee, the name of the DPS and the names, addresses and dates of birth of all staff authorised to sell alcohol at the premises;

341 - That alcohol will not be stored or displayed less than two (2) meters away from the premises entrance unless stored behind the staff counter;

342 - That no drugs paraphernalia shall be sold or displayed in the store at any time, this shall include but not be limited to grinders, bongs;

343 - All sales of alcohol shall be in sealed containers only for consumption away from the premises;

344 - No beers, lagers, or ciders in 2 litre or above containers shall be sold at the premises;

345 - That a digital CCTV system shall be installed at the premises, shall be maintained in full working order and shall be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use. The CCTV system must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises in all lighting conditions. The CCTV system shall be correctly time and date stamped at all times. The CCTV system shall cover all public areas, including the frontage of the premises, and shall collect clear high-definition footage. All CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty-one (31) days and shall be made immediately available to Police and council officers;

346 - At least one member of staff shall be on duty at all times the premises is open that is trained in the use of the CCTV and able to view and download images to a removable device on request of Police and council officers;

347 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers advising to the effect that CCTV is in operation at the premises. The signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times;

348 - That no beers, lagers or ciders with an alcohol by volume (ABV) of above 6.5% will be displayed, sold or offered for sale at the premises unless prior written permission is obtained from Southwark Police Licensing Office, Southwark Council Licensing Unit or Southwark Council Trading Standards service. Such permission must be kept at the premises and be made available immediately to Police and council officers on request;

349 - A notice will be displayed in a prominent position at the exit of the premises, asking customers to respect nearby residents and to leave quietly, not to loiter outside the premises and not to drink alcohol products in the street;

350 - That an incident log shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: a) Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour b) Calls to the police or other emergency services c) Any complaints received d) Ejections of people from the premises e) Visits to the premises by the local authority or emergency services f) Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system g) All crimes reported by customers, or observed by staff h) Any other relevant incidents The incident log shall record the time, date, location in the premises and description of each incident, details of any action taken in respect of the incident and the printed name of the person reporting the incident and. The incident log shall be available / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use, and shall be made immediately available to Police and council officers on request. Details of incidents shall be recorded contemporaneously. If the incident log is a paper hardcopy then the signature of the person reporting the incident in the log shall also be included. All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the use of the incident log. Details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises;

351 - A training log is to be kept for all staff members, in which staff sign that they have received the relevant training, especially regarding the licensing objectives and the Licensing Act 2003. In particular, staff training includes a section on underage sales to ensure all staff members are fully briefed. They are also briefed on current recognised proof of age schemes and other forms of identification deemed to be acceptable as proof of age. In addition, staff training will emphasise drug awareness and vigilance in monitoring customer activity in and around the premises to minimise possible crime and disorder. Also, our general staff training includes steps to be taken to ensure the safety of customers in and around the perimeter of the premises, where applicable. This will be renewed every six months;

352 - A log shall be kept detailing all refused sales of alcohol. The log will include the date and time of the refused sale and the name of the member of staff who refused the sale, and all staff will be trained in the use of the refusal book. The refusals book will be examined regularly (at least weekly) by the licensee, and the date and time of each examination will be endorsed in the book. Analysis of staff refusals and data, such as the time/day of refusals to be carried out by the licensee on a regular basis, in order to predict trends and identify staff training and compliance issues;

353 - The refusal/incident/training logs are to be kept on the licensed premises and made available for inspection by the Licensing Officer, Trading Standards or the Police. In an incident log, the premises will record the following: a) All crimes reported to the venue b) Any complaints received c) Any incidents of disorderly conduct d) Any faults in the CCTV system or searching equipment e) Any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service

354 - There will be no stock deliveries between the hours of 23:00hrs and 07:00hrs to the premises;

355 - Any waste removed from the premises at close time will be done in consideration of the neighbours, in regard to noise and disturbance;

356 - No entertainment, performance, service, or exhibition involving nudity or sexual stimulation shall be permitted;

357 - Challenge 25: The licence holder/DPS shall operate a strict Challenge 25 policy at the premises. Posters shall be displayed inside the venue informing customers. Examples of acceptable ID include: a) Photo card driving licences b) Passports or proof of age cards bearing the PASS hologram c) Military ID cards d) Other forms of ID which meet the criteria laid out above are also acceptable

358 - Staff who work in this venue shall be made aware of the existence and content of the age verification policy. This will include NO ID NO SALE;

359 - Food and alcohol delivery: a) All sales of alcohol for delivery must be paid at the time of ordering using a debit or credit card b) All delivery persons must be aged 18 years or more c) The alcohol must be packaged separately from goods that aren’t subject to age-related sales, so that it can easily be retrieved to prevent an illegal sale d) Details of the order (including the type, amount of alcohol, name, and address of the customer) shall be kept at the licensed premises and must be shown on the printout dispatched with the order e) All delivery drivers and riders must allow any police or authorised local authority officers to inspect any alcohol or order details on request f) The delivery of alcohol shall be made only to a residential or business address, and the customer shall be clearly resident inside the building. The delivery of alcohol will not be made or completed to a person in a public place (for example, a street corner, park, or bus stop) g) The person taking the order and /or making the delivery must ensure that the recipient is 18 years of age. The Challenge 25 age verification scheme will be adopted. A check shall be made to ensure the person accepting the delivery has the debit/credit card used for the purchase. If they appear under 25 years of age, photographic ID will be required before the alcohol is handed over. Examples of appropriate ID include a passport, photographic driving licence, military ID and the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) approved age cards h) Where a third-party courier is used to supply alcohol, they will be instructed to provide an age verification service or adopt a policy of checking age and ID at the time of delivery. The courier must adopt a policy of not allowing minors to sign for and accept deliveries. A record of all couriers used and the system that they use to verify age, will be kept and produced upon request from the police or authorised local authority officers. (Note: (d) will apply to third-party deliveries only).

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
