Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

340 - A CCTV system shall be installed and maintained in full working order. The CCTV system will record footage of evidential quality in all lighting conditions and should be able to capture a clear facial image of all persons that enter the venue. All public areas shall be covered by the CCTV system including the frontage of the premises. The premises shall not be open at any time when the CCTV is not operating correctly.

341 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall be made immediately available to Police and Authorised Council Officers.

342 - At least one member of staff should be on duty at all times the premises is open that is trained in the use of the CCTV and able to view and download images to a removable device on request of Police or Council Officers.

343 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers advising to the effect that CCTV is in operation at the premises. The signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

344 - No super strength beer, lagers or ciders of 7.0% ABV (alcohol by volume) shall be sold at the premises unless written permission (email will suffice) is obtained from the Southwark Trading Standards Team, Southwark Council Licensing Team or Police Licensing Officer. Such permission must be kept at the premises and made available immediately on request to Police or Authorised Council Officers.

345 - That no drugs paraphernalia shall be sold or displayed in the store at anytime, this shall include but not be limited to grinders and bongs.

346 - That alcohol shall not be stored or displayed less than two (2) meters away from the premises entrance unless stored behind the staff counter.

347 - Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises

348 - A notice shall be displayed in a prominent position at the exit of the premises, asking customers to respect nearby residents and to leave quietly, not to loiter outside the premises and not to drink alcohol products in the street.

349 - That an incident log shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: I. Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour II. Calls to the Police or other Emergency Services III. Any complaints received IV. Ejections of people from the premises V. Visits to the premises by the Local Authority or Emergency Services VI. Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system VII. All crimes reported by customers, or observed by staff VIII. Any other relevant incidents The incident log shall record the time, date, location in the premises and description of each incident, details of any action taken in respect of the incident and the printed name of the person reporting the incident. The incident log shall be available / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use, and shall be made immediately available to Police or Authorised Council Officers on request. Details of incidents shall be recorded contemporaneously. If the incident log is a paper hardcopy, then the signature of the person reporting the incident in the log shall also be included. All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the use of the incident log. Details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises. That all Digital records of training and/or logs shall be made immediately available to Police and Authorised Council Officers.

350 - No beers, lagers or ciders in 2 litre or above containers shall be sold at the premises.

351 - All spirits shall be displayed behind the counter and all other alcohol shall be displayed in clear line of sight of the counter.

352 - A minimum of two members of staff shall be present at all times whilst the premises remain open for the sale of alcohol.

353 - All staff shall be trained for their role on induction and be given refresher training at minimum intervals of six months thereafter. Training shall include the operation of the CCTV system including ensuring it is correctly recording and downloading screenshots & images and the Challenge 25 proof of age scheme. Challenge 25 training shall include identifying persons under 25, making a challenge, acceptable proof of age, making and recording a refusal, proxy sales, avoiding conflict, responsible alcohol retailing and safeguarding children, women and girls and vulnerable people including WAVE Training. All staff shall also be trained in the use of the Incident Log as required by Condition 349. A written training record shall be kept for each member of staff and produced to Police or Authorised Officers on request.

354 - All alcohol kept in the public part of the premises shall be kept in display units. All display units for alcohol shall have lockable shutters.

355 - Shutters shall be closed and locked at the end of the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol. They shall remain locked until the start of the permitted hours on the following day.

356 - All alcoholic drinks shall be clearly labelled or marked with the name of the premises, premises licence number or other unique identifier.

357 - The premises shall use cash till prompts to remind staff to ask for proof of age.

358 - Where the supply of alcohol includes delivery to the customer, the premises licence holder shall ensure that the courier company has the Challenge 25 proof of age policy in place for all drivers & riders and that a copy of their policy is kept at the shop. Deliveries shall only ever be made to a genuine residential or business address and never to a public space. The premises licence holder shall ensure that the activity does not cause nuisance at or near the premises.

359 - Appropriate notices shall be clearly displayed by the entry / exit door and behind the counter advising customers: • That CCTV and the Challenge 25 proof of age policy are in operation; • Of the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 regarding underage or proxy sales; • Of the permitted (licensed) hours for the sale of alcohol and the opening hours of the shop; • Asking customers to respect residents, to leave the shop and area quietly, not to loiter or drink outside the shop and to dispose of litter legally; • That customers may not drink alcohol in the premises; • That the shop does not buy alcohol or tobacco goods from unsolicited (cold) callers to the premises at any time and that details of any such unsolicited (cold) callers including CCTV images shall be passed to the Police.

360 - Invoices or copies of all invoices relating to all alcohol, tobacco goods and vapes shall be kept on the premises for at least a year after the date of purchase. Alcohol, tobacco and vapes shall never be purchased from a cold caller to the shop.

361 - A Fire Risk Assessment & Emergency Plan shall be prepared and regularly reviewed. All staff shall receive appropriate Fire Safety Training.

362 - The shop front shall be kept tidy at all times and shall be swept at close.

363 - No deliveries shall be received or removal of rubbish especially glass take place between 20.00 and 07.00 daily.

364 - Management and staff shall proactively discourage persons from drinking or loitering outside the shop both by monitoring the CCTV system & physical checks, politely asking persons drinking or loitering outside the shop to leave the area quietly and quickly.

365 - The Challenge 25 proof of age policy shall be operated and only a photographic driving licence, a valid passport, a valid UK Armed Forces photographic identity card with the bearer`s photograph on it or Home Office approved proof of age card with the bearer`s photograph and the PASS hologram on it shall be accepted as proof of age.

366 - A refusals book shall be kept at the premises to record details of all refusals to sell alcohol. This book shall contain the date and time of the incident, a description of the customer and what they were trying to buy; the name of the staff member who refused the sale, and the reason the sale was refused. The book shall be made available to Police and Authorised Officers on request.

367 - The premises licence holder or designated premises supervisor shall regularly check the refusals book to ensure it is being consistently used by all staff.

368 - No more than two (2) unaccompanied children under 16 shall be permitted to enter or be on the premises at any time except in an emergency.

369 - No unaccompanied children under 16 shall be permitted to be on the premises after 21.00 except in an emergency

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
