Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

340 - The capacity at each session shall not exceed 4999 persons.

341 - There shall be no more than fifty (50) walk-up tickets for sale per session.

342 - A written search policy that aims to prevent customers bringing illegal drugs, weapons or other illegal items onto the premises at any time shall be in place and operate at the event. Anyone found with an offensive weapon on entry will be refused admittance and the Police informed immediately. Entry to the event site maybe be refused to any person who is intoxicated on arrival or clearly under the influence of drugs.

343 - An Event Management Plan will be in place for each event and presented to the S.A.G for scrutiny and final approval, 28 days before the event.

344 - The Noise Management Consultant shall carry out a test of the noise sources prior to the event. The tests shall be conducted at a distance of 1m from the façade of nearby noise sensitive premises.

345 - The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure an officer from Environmental Protection Team (EPT) is invited to the proposed sound tests prior to the event (preferably one day before the event).

346 - The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that the music noise level limits agreed in the noise management plan are not exceeded during the event.

347 - The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that regular checks are carried out at a distance of 1m from the façade of the nearest noise sensitive locations to the event (e.g. houses, residential homes, churches as described in the NMP) to monitor the noise and ensure that the limits agreed are not exceeded.

348 - The volume of all sound equipment on site shall be the operational responsibility of the Noise Management Consultant, appointed by the Premises Licence Holder.

349 - No additional sound equipment (other than that described in the ESMP/NMP) shall be used on site without the prior agreement of the council's EPT and the appointed Noise Management Consultant.

350 - The appointed Noise Management Consultant shall monitor noise levels at the sound mixer position during regulated entertainment, and instruct the sound engineer accordingly to ensure that the above noise limits are not exceeded. The Council shall be given access to the results of the noise monitoring at any time.

351 - The Premises Licence Holder shall ensure that all reasonable requests from the Council Officers are complied with.

352 - A comprehensive Dispersal Policy shall be produced and implemented at the premises, with all staff trained on the most recent iteration of the policy. A record of staff training on the Dispersal Policy shall be kept at the premises and a copy of the policy and training records be made available to the council or police on request.

353 - The details of one mobile telephone permanently staffed during performances, and one QR code to load any complaints directly to the Noise Management Team.

354 - The premises shall operate as a craft beer event limited to one weekend per calendar year in Southwark Park in July.

355 - An Event Management Plan will be in place for each event and presented to the S.A.G for scrutiny and final approval, 28 days before the event.

356 - The licensee shall ensure that staff are trained as appropriate, in respect of: Refusal of service Ask for Angela – Ask for Clive Welfare and vulnerability Recording of challenges

357 - This training is to be clearly documented and signed and any training for future staff must also be organised at the appropriate time. Refresher training shall be carried out every 6 months and details of training are to be made available for inspection by Police or other Responsible Authorities, upon request.

358 - A dedicated welfare officer shall be employed at the premises whenever licensable activities are provided. Their role will be to monitor the welfare of customers and liaising with management/security staff to assist where necessary. All welfare interventions and outcomes to be logged in the welfare log.

359 - If a person is deemed to be in a drunk state, staff will be trained to alert the nearest member of senior staff who will liaise with the Head of Security to escort the individual to the production office where they will be assessed as to their level of intoxication. Appropriate action will then be taken, including in severe cases calling the emergency services. All incidences to be recorded in the on-site incident book by event control, in collaboration with the Head of Security.

360 - All staff, particularly those serving on a brewer stands will be instructed that in no instance are they allowed to serve anyone who they feel is intoxicated. In the event they are approached by someone they believe to have consumed too much alcohol they are to Politely refuse service and elevate the incident to a supervisor.

361 - When the service of door supervisors is required during events where licensable activities are provided, the door staff shall be employed to a ratio of 1:150.

362 - The door supervisors shall wear high visibility jackets or vests or high visibility arm bands whilst working at entry/exit points and around the exterior of the building.

363 - The door supervisors shall remain on duty for half an hour after the close of the venue to ensure all patrons are dispersed peacefully from the area.

365 - The team will be in full contact via radio, each member of the team will have a headset.

366 - Each area will have a dedicated SIA. Stewards will supplement the SIA and will have key responsibility for manning fire exits. Every fire exit will have a member of staff allocated to it.

367 - Localized staff will have responsibility for crowd management, incident reporting, first aid reporting, evacuation, ensuring exit routes are maintained.

368 - No less than 12 SIA will be posted at the main entry point.

369 - An event control area will be staffed throughout the event logging all incidents and relaying information to key personnel and supervising the welfare team.

370 - DJ & live music sound levels will be always monitored and managed by a dedicated on-site sound technician.

371 - If a noise limiting device or devices are installed, then the entertainment noise control system shall be monitored, checked and calibrated as necessary, so that the approved levels by the Council, are not exceeded.

372 - The contact telephone number for the premises license holder/designated premises supervisor/duty manager shall be displayed inside the premises or immediately outside the premises such that it is clearly visible from outside without the need to enter the premises.

373 - Customers will be allowed 30 minutes drink up time to allow for gradual dispersal.

374 - No children will be allowed onto the site on Friday & Saturday.

375 - The Front of House team will employ a challenge 25 policy at the door. No one challenged will be allowed entry without proper photographic identification such as a passport, driver's license or A PASS holographic I.D card. Records will be kept via Event Control of all challenges and made available to any responsible authority upon request.

376 - The premises shall not be permitted to be used for any adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, which prohibited uses include, among other things, nudity or semi-nudity, films for restricted age groups or any relevant entertainment (with the meaning of the third schedule to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 except where that is expressly permitted under a licence or waiver granted or given under that legislation.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
