Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - a.At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or b.At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

109 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition permitted hours means a.On Good Friday, 12 noon to 10.30.p.m. b.On Christmas Day, 12 noon to 3.00.p.m. and 7.00.p.m. to 10.30.p.m. c.On New Year's Eve, except on a Sunday, 10.00.a.m. to 11.00.p.m. d.On New Year's Eve on a Sunday, 12 noon to 10.30.p.m. e.On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). The above restrictions do not prohibit; i)During the first thirty minutes after the above hours the consumption of the alcohol on the premises by persons taking meals there if the alcohol was supplied for cons umption as ancillary to the meals; ii)Consumption of the alcohol on the premises or the taking of sale or supply of alcohol to any person residing in the licensed premises; iii)The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered; iv)The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club; v)The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under t he authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces; viii)The taking of alcohol from the premises by a person residing there; or vi)The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to any private friends of a person residing there who are bona fide entertained by him at his own expense, or the consumption of alcohol by the persons so supplied; or vii)The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises to persons employed there f or the purposes of the business carried on by the holder of the licence, or the consumption of alcohol so supplied, if the alcohol is supplied at the expense of their employer or the person carrying on, or in charge of, the business on the premises.

110 - No statutory regulations for music and dancing shall apply so as to require any licence for the provision in the premises of public entertainment by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programmes included in any programme service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or of public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is produced solely by the reproduction of recorded sound is permitted.

111 - This licence provides for the provision of private music and dancing entertainment that is promoted for private gain;

112 - This licence allows for the premises to be open for non standard timings, for the sale of alcohol, live music, recorded music, late night refreshment. A further additional hour into the morning following every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for each; May Bank Holiday, Spring/Whitsun Bank Holiday and August Bank Holiday weekend. A further additional hour into the morning following every Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday for the East Bank Holiday weekend. 116 - a.Alcohol may be sold or supplied until midnight to persons taking table meals in the premises in a part of the premises usually set apart for the service of such persons and for consumption by such a person in that part of the premises as an ancillary to his meal. For other purposes, or in other parts of the premises, the hours set out above shall continue to apply. b.Alcohol may be sold or supplied on Christmas Day from 3.00pm to 7.00pm to persons taking table meals in the premises in a part of the p remises usually set apart for the service of such persons and for consumption by such a person in that part of the premises as an ancillary to his meal. For other purposes, or in other parts of the premises, the hours set out above shall continue to appl y.

122 - No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies a.He is the child of the holder of the premises licence b.He resides in the premises, but is not employed there c.They are in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of the premises which is not a bar and to and from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress. This does not apply to the garden area up until 19:00 each day. d.The bar is in railway refreshment rooms or other premises constructed, fit ted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancilla. In this condition "bar" includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is usual for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of tablemeals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as ancillary to their table meals.

127 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied: a.With and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal; b.For consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation; c.To a canteen or mess.

255 - a.Fire extinguishers and equipment as approved by the Council shall be efficiently maintained in satisfactory working order and kept available for instance use. They shall be in the charge of a suitable person specially nominated for the purpose. b.Portable fire extinguishers shall be examined at least once a year and periodically tested in accordance with the current British Standard by a competent person and the date of such test shall be clearly marked on the appropriate extinguishers or on stout tab s securely attached to them. Extinguishers which incorporate an antifreeze agent shall be examined and recharged in compliance with manufacturer's instructions. c.Where provided hydraulic hose reels shall be tested once a year to check that they are in working order and produce a satisfactory jet of water, and the test shall be recorded in a log book. d.All testing of fire extinguishers and equipment shall be at the expense of the licensee.

259 - If notices prohibiting smoking are exhibited, the prohibition shall be strictly enforced.

288 - That the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be maintained in good working condition and operable at all times

289 - That recordings taken by the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers for a period of twenty-eight days

311 - That notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner

332 - All children on the premises under 18 will be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times

340 - The first floor function room windows to be kept locked under management control during the performance of regulated entertainment.

341 - The first floor function room be equipped with suitable and sufficient extract ventilation and replacement chilled air in order that activities can take until the proposed curfew hour without the need for windows to be opened.

342 - The ground floor front doors be closed at 23:00 when regulated entertainment is being provided.

343 - No live or recorded amplified music to played on or broadcast to the rear garden

344 - Rear garden and front area to be closed to patrons at 2300 each day except for periodic use by smokers - no drinks to be taken outside after 23:00.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

840 - That regular inspection of the garden area shall be undertaken by a member of the management team whilst the premises are in operation to assess the level of noise being caused due to the operation of the premises.

841 - That staff shall be trained in respect of the terms and conditions of this licence and in respect of the operation and management of the garden area. A record of such training shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times and will be made immediately available to council or police officers on request. The training record shall include the trainee’s name (in block capitals), the trainer’s name (in block capitals), the signature of the trainee, the signature of the trainer, the date(s) of training and a declaration that the training has been received.

842 - That the sale of alcohol shall cease by 21:45 in the garden area and the garden area shall be cleared of patrons by 22:00.

843 - That notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and businesses and leave the area quietly. That any groups of customers found to be loitering outside the premises after closing time will be politely asked by staff to disperse from the area.

844 - That the extraction systems at the premises shall be maintained in full working order at all times that the premises are in operation. The extraction systems shall be inspected at least once annually by a person qualified to do so to ensure that they are in full working order. Any record or certification of such inspections shall be kept at / be available at the premises and shall be made available to officers of the council or police on request.

845 - That any barbeques in use at the premises shall be gas powered and include a hood. The barbeque shall only be in operation up until 21:00 on each day.

846 - That the bar in the garden area must be manned by trained staff at all times whilst in use. It must be secured, in such a way as to prevent public access, at all other times.

847 - That only single measures of spirits shall be sold at bar in the garden.

848 - That a direct telephone number for the management team at the premises shall be publically available at all times that the premises is open. This telephone number is to be made available to residents and businesses in the vicinity.
