Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

340 - Accommodation Limits: Ground Floor - The Hub and associated outdoor space has a maximum capacity of 500 First Floor - The Factory has a maximum capacity of 230 Second Floor - The Loft has a maximum capacity of 230 The Roof Top has a maximum capacity of 60 people.

341 - That a dispersal policy to assist with patrons leaving the premises in an orderly and safe manner shall be devised and maintained regarding the premises. A copy of the dispersal policy shall be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in operation. The policy should include (but not necessarily be limited to) the following: i. Details as to how customer / staff egress at the premises shall be managed to minimise causing nuisance. ii. Details of public transport in the vicinity and how customers will be advised in respect of it. iii. Details of the management of taxis to and from the premises. iv. Details of the management of any 'winding down' period at the premises. v. Details of the use of security and stewarding in respect of managing customer dispersal from the premises. vi. Details of road safety in respect of customers leaving the premises. vii. Details of the management of ejections from the premises. viii. Details as to how any physical altercations at the premises are to be managed ix. Details of how refuse / waste in the local vicinity arising through the operation of the premises will be cleared up (e.g. flyer clean up, post event clean up). All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the latest version of the dispersal policy. Details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises. If the dispersal policy is a paper document, then the signature of the trainees shall also be included. The dispersal policy shall be made immediately available to Police and authorised council officers on request.

342 - The Licensee shall not permit conduct on the premises that is likely to cause disorder or a breach of the peace or drug misuse. In particular the licensee shall ensure that none of the following shall take place a) indecent behaviour, including sexual intercourse; b) the offer of any sexual or other indecent service for reward; c) acts of violence against person or property and I or the attempt or threat of such acts; and d) unlawful possession and I or supply of drugs controlled by the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

343 - The Licensee shall ensure that all performances or activities minimize any danger to the public.

344 - The Licensee I Duty manager shall ensure that, whenever disabled people are present, adequate arrangements are made to enable their safe evacuation in the event of an emergency and that they are made aware of those arrangements.

345 - The Licensee I Duty Manager shall ensure that an adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials is available on the premises.

346 - If required, a competent person shall be in charge of the electrical or other installation.

347 - That there are notices at all exits requesting patrons to leave quietly

348 - Under this licence the premises will not be open to the public for the provision of alcohol alone.

349 - That after 21:00 no children will be allowed on the premises unless accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times

350 - That "staff are trained to never knowingly allow persons under 18 to consume alcohol on the premises and proof of ID will be asked for, if in doubt"

351 - No form of regulated entertainment shall be permitted in the external roof terrace after 22:00.

352 - The roof terrace shall not be used after 22.00 (Sundays to Thursdays).

353 - Premises management shall regularly monitor external areas to ensure that the volume and bass levels of any licensed entertainment is kept at a level that does not cause disturbance at the closest or most exposed noise-sensitive facade to ensure the prevention of public nuisance.

354 - Premises management shall regularly monitor external areas and take all necessary steps to ensure that noise from patrons does not cause disturbance or public nuisance.

355 - On occasions that there may be elements of nudity or semi nudity as part of an event, no children under the age of 16 will be permitted.

356 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers at the exits informing customers that no alcoholic drinks or glassware shall be removed from the premises at any time. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

357 - The licensee / management shall risk assess the requirement for SIA registered door supervisors on any day and be responsible for the implementation of SIA door supervisor staff. This risk assessment shall be recorded in written form and be made available for immediate inspection by police and authorised council officers.

358 - When deployed, SIA door supervisor staff shall control entry to the premises, to deal with the searching / scanning of customers, to deal with any anti-social or disorderly behaviour at the premises, to de- escalate confrontations, to assist with emergency escape from the premises, to deal with the ejection of people from the premises, to assist management in liaising with the police regarding instances of crime and to assist with ensuring that the premises’ dispersal policy is adhered to. They shall remain at the premises until all patrons have vacated the premises. The door supervisors shall be easily identifiable.

359 - There shall be no DJ Led events held at the premises.

360 - The premises must have a welfare and vulnerability policy, and all staff must receive this training. All new staff must receive this training before starting their role and all staff must have refresher training every 12 months. All training must be recorded, and these records must be available on immediate request by Police and authorised council officers.

361 - The venue shall support “Ask for Angela”, or another similar safety initiative and posters shall be displayed on the premises. All staff shall be trained in “Ask Angela” or a similar safety initiative and a record of this training shall be kept on the premises and made available for inspection immediately to Police and authorised council officers upon request.

362 - An event management plan shall be developed by the venue and a copy of this shall be held at the venue and made available to police and authorised council officers. The plan shall include but not limited to the following: i. A clear and concise risk assessment system of grading each event. ii. The risk assessment shall include the requirement for additional SIA. iii. A record of the contact details of the event organiser shall be kept on the premises and made available to police and authorised council officers. The venue shall have ultimate responsibility for risk assessing all events held at the venue.

363 - That an incident log shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: i. Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour ii. Calls to the police or other emergency services iii. Any complaints received iv. Ejections of people from the premises v. Visits to the premises by the local authority or emergency services vi. Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system vii. All crimes reported by customers, or observed by staff viii. Any other relevant incidents The incident log shall be completed at the time of the incident or immediately after without delay and shall include the time, date, location in the premises and description of each incident, details of any action taken in respect of the incident and the printed name of the person reporting the incident. The incident log shall be kept on the premises and made immediately available to authority officers on request. All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the use of the incident log and a record of this training shall be kept on the premises and include a minimum of name and date of training. These records shall be made immediately available for inspection to Police and authorised council officers on request.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
