Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

124 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during the permitted hours. In this condition the permitted hours means: a.On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, 8.00.a.m. to 11.00.p.m. b.On Sundays, other than Christmas Day, 10.00.a.m. to 10.30.p.m. c.On Christmas day, 12 noon to 3.00.p.m. and 7.00.p.m. to 10.30.p.m. d.On Good Friday, 8.00.a.m. to 10.30.p.m. The above restrictions do not prohibit: i)During the first twenty minutes after the above hours, the taking of the alcohol from the premises, unl ess the alcohol is supplied or taken in an open vessel ii)The ordering of alcohol to be consumed off the premises, or the dispatch by the vendor of the alcohol so ordered; iii)The sale of alcohol to a trader or club for the purposes of the trade or club ; iv)The sale or supply of alcohol to any canteen or mess, being a canteen in which the sale or supply of alcohol is carried out under the authority of the Secretary of State or an authorised mess of members of Her Majesty's naval, military or air forces .

125 - Alcohol shall not be sold in an open container or be consumed in the licensed premises.

127 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied: a.With and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together w ith the meal; b.For consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation; c.To a canteen or mess.

288 - That a digital CCTV system shall be installed at the premises, shall be maintained in full working order and shall be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use.

289 - That recordings taken by the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers for a period of thirty one (31) days (a) The CCTV system must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises in all lighting conditions. (b) The CCTV system shall be correctly time and date stamped at all times. (c) The CCTV system shall cover all interior and exterior areas of the premises, including the frontage of the premises, and shall collect clear high definition footage. (d) At least one member of staff should be on duty the premises is open or contactable via the telephone, that is trained in the use of the CCTV and able to view and download images to a removable device on request of police or council officers. (e) That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers advising to the effect that CCTV is in operation at the premises. The signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

342 - That all relevant staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003, the promotion of the licensing objectives and the terms and conditions of this licence. Records pertaining to such training (‘the staff training logs’) shall be kept at the premises, shall be updated every 6 months and shall be madeimmediately available to Police and authorised council officers on request. The training logs shall include the trainee’s name (in block capitals), the trainer’s name (in block capitals), the date(s) of training and a declaration that the training has been received and understood by the trainee. If the staff training logs are a paper hardcopy then the signature of the trainee, the signature of the trainer shall be included

343 - That the premises’ management shall regularly monitor outside the premises and take all necessary steps to ensure that noise from customers does not cause disturbance or public nuisance. A log of such monitoring including the printed name of the person who undertook the monitoring, the date & time of the monitoring and any observations or actions taken subsequent to the monitoring shall be kept at the premises and be made immediately available to Police and authorised council officers.

344 - That an incident log book / incident recording system shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: i. Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour ii. Calls to the police iii. Any complaints received iv. Ejections of people from the premises v. Visits to the premises by the local authority, police or fire brigade vi. Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system vii. All crimes reported viii. Any other relevant incidents The incident book / incident recording system shall record the time, date, location and description of each incident, the printed and, if possible, signed name of the person reporting the incident and any action taken in respect of the incident. The incident book / incident recording system shall be available / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use and shall be made available to council and / or police officers on request.

345 - That clear legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can be easily seen and read, requesting that alcohol sold as off sales should not be opened and consumed in the vicinity of the premises

346 - That no beers, lagers or ciders in single cans, bottles or multi- packs with an ABV of more than 7.5% will be displayed, sold or offered for sale from the premises expect with the written permission from the Police, Trading Standards or the Licensing Authority. A copy of that permission must be retained with the licence and be available for inspection by the Police of Council officers.

347 - That spirits (with the exception of spirit mixers and premixed spirit sold at the premises.

348 - That no drugs paraphernalia shall be sold or displayed in the store at anytime , this shall include but not be limited to grinders,bongs.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AC - That clearly legible signs shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers stating to the effect that a challenge 25 policy is in operation at the premises, that customers may be asked to provide proof of age and stating what the acceptable forms of proof of age are. Such signage shall be displayed at all entrances and points of sale The signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.
