Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

110 - That events are carried out in compliance with the building’s health & safety requirements

111 - That risk assessments and method statements are carried out for private views or events and if there are deemed to be any potential hazards or high risk situations then steps will be put in place to prevent or address them.

112 - Where appropriate, events are stewarded by professional stewards deployed at key points, wearing distinctive dress and briefed on their responsibilities and any relevant emergency procedures

113 - There is 24 hr security staff located at Oxo Tower Wharf

114 - There is an emergency and evacuation procedure in place and key event personnel are aware of appropriate action to take in the event of an emergency.

115 - The premises have fire alarms throughout with appropriate fire extinguishers and clearly marked exits.

116 - First Aid cover and clear signage is provided

117 - That all activities take place in the premises and are not audible externally. Where appropriate the decibel level will be set and monitored throughout any event.

118 - Where appropriate local residents will be advised in advance of any event and if necessary will be provided with an onsite contact number in the event of any problems.

119 - Provision will be made for the collection and storage of refuse both throughout and after any event

120 - People leaving the building are made aware of residents across the road and organisers ensure they leave quietly and promptly

121 - That organised children’s activities take place in secured areas away from areas where alcohol may be consumed or sold. The activities are monitored and, if children are not supervised by their parents, run by CRB checked practitioners

122 - That anyone involved in the provision of alcohol complies with the licensing regulations relating to children

123 - That no entry or re-entry to be permitted to the premises after 12.30am on the days following Monday to Sunday except for persons leaving the premises in order to smoke or removing items as per point 128 below

124 - That a CCTV system shall be used outside the premises in conjunction with advice from the local Police and be maintained in good working order. The system shall be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use under the premises licence. All such CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty-one (31) days and shall, upon request, be made immediately available to officers of the Police or Council

125 - That no outside parts of the curtilage shall be used for events of a licensable nature after 9.00pm

126 - That suitable notices shall be displayed, and regular announcements made requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner with due regard to local residents

127 - That all staff concerned with the sale or supply of intoxicating liquor undergo a recognised training scheme for such duties

128 - That equipment and exhibits required to be transported by vehicle will not be removed between 02.00 – 08.00 on Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings and between 00.00 – 08.00 on Monday mornings.

129 - That equipment and exhibits will not be removed via the courtyard and that everything will be removed via the loading bay doors onto Bargehouse St.

340 - Non standard timings – New Years Eve from the end of the permitted hours on NYE to the start of the permitted hours of the following day for sale of alcohol

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
