Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

125 - All alcohol sales shall be sold in sealed containers for consumption away from the premises;

158 - Notices shall be prominently displayed advising customers to respect local residents when leaving the premises at night;

288 - That a CCTV system be installed at the premises and be maintained in good working order and be continually recording at all times the premises are in use under the licence. The CCTV System must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises;

289 - All CCTV footage be kept for a period of 31 days; and shalI on request, be made immediately available to Officers of the Police and the Council;

293 - That all staff are trained in their responsibilities under the licensing act 2003 and training records to be kept and updated every 6 months and shall, upon request, be made immediately available to Officers of the Police and the Council;

340 - Late and evening sales of alcohol shall be closely monitored by the licence holder to ensure that alcohol purchased from the premises is not being consumed on or directly outside the premises.

341 - Any persons causing nuisance or disorder outside of the premises shall be reported to the Police and local authority.

342 - A member of staff should be on duty at all times the premises is open that is trained in the use of the CCTV and able to view and download images to a removable device on request of Police or Council Officer;

343 - No beers/ ciders in single cans, bottles or multi-packs with an ABV of above 6.5%will be sold from the premises between the hours of 20.00 & 00:00hrs (midnight). All such product will only be displayed from a separate chiller which is lockable. The chiller will be locked between the hours of 20:00hrs and 08:00hrs the following morning;

344 - All spirits displayed for sale shall be behind the counter area;

345 - No alcohol to be stored or displayed within 2 metres of the entrance/exit unless behind the staff counter;

346 - All staff shall be trained before they are allowed to sell any alcohol to the public;

347 - All training records shall be signed by the trainer and trainee in respect of training received;

348 - The premises licence holder shall implement a training manual and all members of staff shall be suitably trained in underage sales prevention;

349 - Refresher training shall be carried out every 12 months for all staff and documented within the training records;

350 - The training records shall be available for inspection by the Police or authorised local authority officers;

351 - A refusal log shall be kept and maintained on the premises and made available on request to the Police or the Licensing Authority;

352 - The pavement outside the premises will be swept daily.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - The premises shall operate an age check 'Challenge 25' policy whereby customers purchasing alcohol who look or appear to be under 25 years of age will be asked for an approved form of proof of age to verify their age. Approved forms shall include a driving licence, passport or a PASS approved proof of age card such as the Southwark Proof of Age (SPA) card.

4AB - All staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the age check 'Challenge 25' policy. A record of their training, including the dates that each member of staff is trained, shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by the Council's authorised officers or the Police.

4AC - Age check or 'Challenge 25' signage shall be displayed at entrances to the premises, areas where alcohol is displayed for sale and at points of sale to inform customers that an age check 'Challenge 25' policy applies and proof of age may be required.

4AI - A register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained in order to demonstrate effective operation of the policy. The register shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by Council authorised officers or the Police.

804 - That a contact telephone number for the management of the premises shall be clearly displayed at the premises;

840 - That the premises will endeavour not to use single use plastics wherever possible;

841 - That the applicant shall make a litter bin available outside of the premises;

842 - That at least one litter pick is carried out per day in the vicinity of the area, the last which will take place when the premises closes.
