Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

288 - That a CCTV system shall be installed at the premises, be maintained in full working order and be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use. The CCTV system must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises.

289 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of 31 days and shall be made immediately available to officers of the police and / or the council on request.

293 - That all staff shall be trained in respect of the terms and conditions of this licence and their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003. Records pertaining to such training shall be kept, updated every 6 months and be made immediately available to police and / or council officers on request.

340 - That there shall be at least one member of staff on duty at all times that the premises are in operation who is trained in the operation of the CCTV system, proficient in the operation of the CCTV system and who is capable of retrieving footage and downloading it to a removable data storage device at the request of police and / or council officers.

341 - That clearly legible signage shall be displayed at all customer exits at the premises, and in any external area of the premises, where it can easily be seen and read by customers requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises and locale in a quiet and orderly manner with respect to local residents. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

342 - That staff shall be trained in conflict resolution and how to deal with violent or aggressive customers. Records pertaining to such training shall be kept and be made immediately available to police and / or council officers on request.

343 - That the premises shall operate a zero tolerance policy in regards to illegal drug use at the premises. Staff shall be trained in regards to the premises’ drugs policy. Records pertaining to such training shall be kept and be made immediately available to police and / or council officers on request.

344 - That dirty / waste / broken glass, earthenware or similar shall be continuously tidied up in a timely manner whilst the premises is in operation. Customers shall not be permitted to take glass, earthenware or similar, as provided at the premises, away from the premises. The frontage of the premises shall be periodically checked to see if any glass, earthenware or similar has been deposited there and such items shall be cleared away immediately if they are noted.

345 - Any spillages on to any floor area at the premises shall be cleaned up immediately as soon as they have been noted.

346 - That a written dispersal policy should be devised and be kept at the premises. All relevant staff should be trained in respect of the policy. The policy should include (but not necessarily be limited to) the following: • Details as to how customer / staff access / egress at the premises shall be managed to minimise causing nuisance • Details of public transport in the vicinity and how customers will be advised in respect of it • Details of the management of taxis to and from the premises • Details of the management of any 'winding down' period at the premises • Details of any cloakroom facility at the premises and how it is managed • Details of the management of ejections from the premises / refusals of entry to the premises

347 - That all emergency escape routes & exits at the premises shall be clearly and prominently identified by suitable clearly legible signage that can easily be seen and read by persons at the premises. All emergency escape routes, exits and signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

348 - That a fire detection system shall be installed at the premises and be maintained in full working order at all times that the premises are in operation. The fire detection system shall be maintenance inspected at least once annually, or at any time a fault is detected in the system, by a person competant to do so and any repairs / upgrades required to the system shall be undertaken as soon as possible. A record of such inspections shall be kept at the premises and be made immediately available for fire brigade, council or police officers on request.

349 - That a fire safety and emergency evacuation policy shall be written in respect of the premises. Staff shall be trained in the fire safety and emergency evacuation policy at the premises. Fire safety training shall include instruction in the correct use of fire fighting equipment. Records pertaining to such training, and a copy of the policy, shall be kept and be made immediately available to police and / or council officers on request.

350 - An incident book / incident recording system shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: • Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour • Violence • Calls to the police or fire brigade • Abuse of staff and / or customers • Ejections of people from the premises • Visits to the premises by the local authority, police or fire brigade • Refused sales of alcohol • Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system • Any other relevant incidents The incident book / incident recording system shall record the time, date, location and description of each incident, the printed and / or signed name of the person reporting the incident and any action taken in respect of the incident. The incident book / incident recording system shall be available / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use and shall be made available to officers of the council, police or fire brigade on request.

351 - That waste will be placed out for collection at 21:00 hours. That all other collections, deliveries and the cleaning of external areas shall only occur between 08:00hrs and 18:00hrs.

352 - That children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at the premises by a responsible adult at all times.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - That a challenge 25 policy shall be maintained at the premises requiring that staff selling or delivering alcohol request that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a driving licence, passport, UK armed services ID card, any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card such as the Proof of Age London (PAL) card or any age identification card validated by the Secretary of State.

4AB - That all staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the prevention of sales of alcohol to underage persons, and the challenge 25 scheme in operation at the premises. A record of such training shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times and be made immediately available for inspection at the premises to council and / or police officers on request.
