Conditions: 288 - A digital CCTV system shall be installed at the premises, shall be maintained in full working order and shall be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use. The CCTV system must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises. The CCTV system shall be correctly time and date stamped. The CCTV system shall cover all interior and exterior areas of the premises, including the frontage of the premises, and shall collect clearly defined / focused footage in all lighting conditions;

289 - All CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty-one (31) days and shall be made immediately available to Police and authorised officers;

305 - That signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by passers-by stating to the effect that the premises are closed to members of the public after 00:00hrs on Sunday to Thursday and from 01:00hrs on Friday to Saturday;

340 - The venue shall be closed to all members of the public from 0000hrs on Sunday to Thursday and from 0100hrs on Friday to Saturday. The exception is registered delivery drivers for takeaway purposes only;

341 - That only experienced and reputable delivery companies will be able to make deliveries on behalf of the venue. That details of the delivery companies used shall be recorded in written or digital format and made available to police or authorised officers;

342 - Signage instructing all staff/delivery drivers/riders to respect local residents, keep noise levels down and switch engines off whilst waiting;

343 - That staff shall monitor the delivery driver/riders waiting area and ensure that the operatives do not cause any nuisance be that noise or otherwise to their neighbours;

344 - That an incident log shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: a) Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour b) Calls to the police or other emergency services c) Any complaints received d) Ejections of people from the premises e) Visits to the premises by the local authority or emergency services f) Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system g) All crimes reported by customers, or observed by staff h) Any other relevant incidents The incident log shall record the time, date, location in the premises and description of each incident, details of any action taken in respect of the incident and the printed name of the person reporting the incident and. The incident log shall be available / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use, and shall be made immediately available to responsible authority officers on request. Details of incidents shall be recorded contemporaneously. If the incident log is a paper hardcopy then the signature of the person reporting the incident in the log shall also be included. All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the use of the incident log. Details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises. That all Digital records of training and/or logs shall be made immediately available to Police and authorised officers;

345 - Drinks must only be served in polycarbonate/plastic or paper containers;

346 - All deliveries shall only be delivered to a premises address with a valid postcode and will only be delivered directly to that property;

347 - The premises licence holder must instruct delivery riders and drivers not to cause a noise nuisance when making deliveries or whilst waiting outside the premises for collections;

348 - Customers must be instructed when placing the order that they will not be able to collect the order from the vehicle. All deliveries will only be made directly to the property address and customers will not be permitted to take orders from the vehicle;

349 - Where children are allowed on the premises, information shall be displayed in the manager’s office on what to do if there is a cause for concern regarding a child’s welfare;

350 - Persons carrying any open vessel(s) that may contain alcohol must not be admitted to the premises;

351 - Staff will be suitably trained to ensure that the premises are managed safely and that they promote the licensing objectives;

352 - Wherever possible packaging shall be made of recyclable or biodegradable material;

4AA - A member of staff who is trained in the use of the CCTV system and who is able to view, and download to a removable storage device, CCTV footage at the immediate request of Police and authorised officers shall be on duty at all times that the premises are in use;

4AC - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers advising to the effect that CCTV is in operation at the premises. The signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times;

840 - That external waste handling (including recyclable materials and glass/bottles), collections of goods from the premises and deliveries of goods to the premises shall only occur between 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs:

841 - That the premises shall not use any single use plastics.
