Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

340 - The premises shall install and maintain a comprehensive CCTV system as per the minimum requirements of the Metropolitan Police Licensing Team. All entry and exit points will be covered enabling frontal identification of every person entering in any light condition. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises. All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31 days with date and time stamping. Viewing of recordings shall be made available immediately upon the request of Police or authorised officer throughout the entire 31-day period.

341 - A staff member from the premises who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times when the premises are open. This staff member must be able to provide a Police or authorised council officer copies of recent CCTV images or data with the absolute minimum of delay when requested.

343 - An incident log shall be kept at the premises and be available on request to the Police or an authorised officer. It must be completed within 24 hours of any incident and will record the following: a) all crimes reported to the venue. b) all ejections of patrons. c) any complaints received concerning crime and disorder d) any incidents of disorder. e) all seizures of drugs or offensive weapons. f) any faults in the CCTV system, searching equipment or scanning) equipment. h) any refusal of the sale of alcohol. i) any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service.

344 - In the event that a serious assault is committed on the premises (or appears to have been committed) the management will immediately ensure that: • The police (and, where appropriate, the London Ambulance Service) are called without delay; • all measures that are reasonably practicable are taken to apprehend any suspects pending the arrival of the police; • the crime scene is preserved so as to enable a full forensic investigation to be carried out by the police; and • such other measures are taken (as appropriate) to fully protect the safety of all persons present on the premises.

345 - The use of door staff will be risk assessed on an ongoing basis by the licence holder or premises supervisor. Where engaged, door staff shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority.

346 - Alcoholic drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save to external designated area, supervised by the premises.

347 - There shall be a zero-tolerance policy in relation to drugs at the premises and there shall be regular checks by management to prevent the use of drugs by patrons. Drugs seized shall be stored securely and handed to the Police.

348 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that any patrons drinking and/or smoking outside the premises do so in an orderly manner and are supervised by staff so as to ensure that there is no public nuisance or obstruction of the public highway.

349 - That substantial food and non-intoxicated beverages shall be available in all parts of the premises where alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises.

350 - The premises will have adequate safety and firefighting equipment and such equipment will be maintained in good operational order.

351 - Staff will be trained on matters of safety, evacuation and use of emergency equipment as required. Initial training shall take place within 6 weeks of employment; training shall be refreshed every 6 months. Records of all training shall be retained on the premises for inspection by the Police or Local Authority Licensing Officer upon reasonable request.

352 - Spillages and breakages will be removed as soon as possible to reduce the risk to patrons and staff.

353 - Fire exits and means of escape shall be kept clear and in good operational condition.

354 - An accommodation limit of people on the ground floor and people in the basement shall be 190 (excluding staff) in relation to licensable activities.

355 - The accommodation limit for the outdoor area as defined on the premises licence plan shall not exceed 25 patrons.

356 - The outdoor area as defined on the premises licence plan shall be closed to patrons at 23:00.

357 - Noise shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby noise sensitive properties.

358 - A written dispersal policy shall be in place and implemented at the premises to move customers from the premises and the immediate vicinity in such a way as to cause minimum disturbance or nuisance to neighbours. Such a policy to be available to view by responsible authorities upon request.

359 - Notices shall be prominently displayed requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and businesses whilst in the external area.

360 - That all waste shall be properly presented and placed out for collection no earlier that 30 minutes before the scheduled collection time.

361 - Children under the age of 16 shall not be permitted to enter or remain at the premises after 22:00 unless resident, dining with an adult or attending a pre booked function.

362 - A Challenge 25 proof of age scheme shall be operated at the premises where the only acceptable forms of identification are recognised photographic identification cards, such as a driving licence, passport or proof of age card with the PASS Hologram.

363 - A record shall be kept detailing all refused sales of alcohol. The record should include the date and time of the refused sale and the name of the member of staff who refused the sale. The record shall be available for inspection at the premises by the police or an authorised officer at all times whilst the premises is open.

364 - All staff whose responsibilities include the retail sale of alcohol shall receive training about the prevention of underage sales on induction and then every six (6) months thereafter, two (2) times a year. This training shall be recorded and the records to be available on request to the Police or any authorised officer. The training to include: a. the operation of the challenge 25 scheme. b. types of acceptable ID. c. the method of recording challenges. d. the likely consequences of making an underage sale. e. refusing sales to persons who appear to be drunk. f. proxy sales.

365 - A nominated members of customer facing staff, will be provided with Welfare and Vulnerability Engagement (WAVE) training to provide an awareness of vulnerability and their responsibilities towards people visiting their premises.

366 - That the supply of alcohol on the ground floor of the premises shall be by waiter/waitress only and be to a person seated taking a substantial hot table meal there and for consumption by such a person as ancillary to their meal.

367 - That alcohol supplied for consumption in the basement area shall be to persons seated.

368 - There will be a minimum of two (2), SIA registered door supervisors employed at the premises from 22:00hrs when the premises are being used for DJ or music led events or the premises are screening international tournament games or boxing.

369 - The licensee / management shall risk assess the requirement for additional SIA door supervisors on any day and be responsible for the implementation of SIA registered door supervisors. This risk assessment shall be recorded in written form and made available for inspection by Police and council officers.

370 - That staff and / or SIA registered door staff shall take a proactive role at the exit door asking customers to leave the premises quietly and as quickly as possible. The staff and / or SIA registered door staff shall ensure that customers do not take any open bottles, glasses or drinks from the premises when departing and monitor the frontage to ensure people do not loiter outside

371 - That when licensable activities cease and until all patrons have vacated the venue, staff and / or SIA registered door staff shall patrol the venue politely encouraging customers to leave and make their way home in an orderly manner.

372 - That ‘Ask for Angela’ posters (or posters relating to whatever similar scheme may be recommended by the council and / or the police at any time) shall be displayed in the female toilet facilities and kept free from obstructions at all times. All staff shall be trained in the ‘Ask for Angela’ scheme (or similar scheme) and shall perform the appropriate course of action in the event of a customer requesting assistance. Details of such training, including the printed name of the trainee and the date of the training, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises. The training records shall be held at the premises and made available to Police and council officers immediately upon request.

373 - The premises must have a welfare and vulnerability policy. The policy shall include but not be limited to the following: i. A clear policy on how to prevent drinks spiking ii. How customers alleging such are cared for and reported to police. All new staff must receive this training before starting their role and all staff must have refresher training every 12 months. All training must be recorded, and these records must be made available immediately on request by Police and council officers.

374 - Clearly legible signage will be prominently displayed, where it can be easily seen and read from outside the venue, providing a phone number to report issues such as noise and disruption to a responsible person on duty in the venue.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
