Conditions: 239 - No noise shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises which gives rise to a nuisance

289 - CCTV shall be installed and operating throughout the restaurant. The system shall retain images for no less than 31 days.

341 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that the pavement in Rye Lane 10 metres either side of the premises is kept free from litter emanating from the premises while the premises are open.

342 - The applicant shall properly present and place all waste for collection no earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled collection times

343 - A manager will be employed on the premises at all times the premises are in operation in accordance with this licence.

344 - All managers employed between 23:00 and 02:00 hours shall be trained in McDonalds' security and safety procedures.

345 - Washrooms and toilets shall be checked regularly when the premises are in operation in accordance with this licence.

346 - The CCTV system shall incorporate a camera covering the entrance and shall be capable of providing an image that is recognised as identification standard.

347 - Notices warning customers that CCTV is in operation for the protection of staff and customers shall be prominently displayed in the restaurant.

348 - The first floor of the premises, as shown on drawing 15600_049_45 (A) 1, shall be closed to customers during hours permitted for the provision of late night refreshment at the premises.

349 - An incident log shall be kept at the premises to record all known incidents of crime and disorder.

350 - The dining area of the premises shall be monitored by a McDonalds' member of staff when the premises are in operation in accordance with this licence.

351 - All internal areas of the restaurant where customers have access shall be adequately lit.

352 - Where practicable sufficient seating shall be provided on the ground floor as shown on drawing 15600_049_45 (A) 1

353 - Prominent notices shall be displayed in the restaurant requesting customers to respect local residents and leave the premises quietly.

354 - Adequate litter receptacles shall be provided in the premises.

355 - Litter patrols shall be conducted to clear litter from the pavement area directly outside the premises.

356 - That the provision of late night refreshment shall be permitted from the end of the hours permitted for late night refreshment on New Year’s Eve until 05:00am on New Year’s Day. The opening hours of the premises shall be permitted from the end of the permitted opening hours on New Year’s Eve until the start of permitted opening hours on New Year’s Day.

357 - That the terminal hour permitted for licensable activities and the opening times of the premises shall be extended by one (1) hour on the commencment of British Summer Time.

427 - No alcohol is to be added to the menu.
