Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - a.At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or b.At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

112 - This licence allows for the premises to be open for non standard timings as stated below: a) From the start of permitted hours on New Year's Eve until the end of permitted hours on New Years Day. b) An extra hour added to the terminal hour on the mo rning the Greenwich Mean Time Changes to British Summer Time.

114 - This licence allows for the premises for the licensable activities and for non standard timings as stated below: Provision of regulated entertainment Plays, Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Anything of a similar description. Provision of Entertainment Facilities Making Music, Dancing, Entertainment of a Similar Description. a) From the start of permitted hours on New Year's Eve until the end of permitted hours on New Years Day. b) An extra hour added to the terminal hour on the morning the Greenwich Mean Time Changes to British Summer Time.

115 - This licence allows for the premises for the provision of late night refreshment for non standard timings as stated below: a) From the start of permitted hours on New Year's Eve until the end of permitted hours on New Years Day. b) An extra hour added to the terminal hour on the morning the Greenwich Mean Time Changes to British Summer Time.

311 - That notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting that customers leave the vessel in a quiet and orderly manner.

327 - That signs shall be displayed informing customers and staff that sales of alcohol will not be made to under 18s and that age identification will be required.

332 - All children on the premises under 16 will be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult at all times.

340 - All Cabin staff, who serve our customers will be trained in safety, customer care and the law regarding the sale of alcohol. Detail of the training undertaken are recorded on their personnel record files.

343 - Fuel oil is to be delivered to Cherry Garden Pier. All delivered by river to a fuel storage barge (moored next to Cherry Garden Pier) from where it is supplied as required to the vessel.

345 - All bar service and entertainment will cease 15 minutes before the end.

489 - Availability of Certain Measures of Alcohol: (1) The responsible person must ensure that- (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures- (i) Beer or Cider: ½ pint; (ii) Gin, Rum, Vodka or Whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; and (b) These measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) Where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available.

491 - Minimum Pricing (1) A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price as defined in the Schedule to the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Conditions) Order 2014 [UK Statutory Instrument 2014 No.1252] www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2014/1252/contents/made
