Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

288 - The premises shall install and maintain a CCTV system. All entry and exit points will be covered and able to provide frontal identification of every person entering in any light condition. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises.

289 - All recordings shall be stored for a minimum of 31 days with date and time stamping. Recordings shall be made available as soon as practicable upon request from the Police or an authorised officer.

340 - The premises will employ a minimum of 1 (One) SIA registered door supervisor at all times the premises are in operation and providing licensable activities on Thursday to Saturday after 5pm. The premises will risk assess the requirement for additional resources

341 - An accommodation limit of 200 people per floor subject to an absolute cap of 300 across the building (both numbers excluding staff) shall be imposed on all licensable activities.

342 - Any external waste handling, deliveries or collections associated with the use of the premises shall only be between the following hours: 08.00 to 20.00 on Monday to Saturday and 10.00 to 18.00 on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

343 - That all waste shall be properly presented and placed out for collection no earlier that 30 minutes before the scheduled collection times.

344 - A sound limiting device shall be installed, set and maintained, to control maximum levels of amplified sound inside the premises so as to ensure entertainment noise from the premises does not cause a public nuisance in the vicinity of the premises, and in particular is not audible inside any nearby noise sensitive premises.

345 - All audio and musical equipment used in the premises, permitted under the Licensing Act 2003 or the Live Music Act 2012, shall be played through the installed sound limiting device.

346 - Any additional amplification equipment imported on to the premises by third parties, permitted under the Licensing Act 2003 or the Live Music Act 2012, shall be connected to and use the installed sound limited device/circuit.

347 - When licensed entertainment is being provided the premises management shall carry out regular checks to monitor the sound level at the closest noise sensitive location(s) to the premises and shall ensure that the sound level of the entertainment does not cause a public nuisance in the vicinity of the premises at the/those location(s). A written record of sound level checks shall be kept and shall contain details of: the time, date and location of each check, the person who undertook the check and any actions taken as a result of the check. Each check shall be signed in the record by the person who made the check. The monitoring record shall be kept at the premises and made available to officers of the police or council on request.

348 - The premises shall be adequately ventilated to allow doors and windows to remain closed during licensed entertainment.

349 - There shall be no drinks permitted outside the premises after 22:00

350 - Clearly legible signage will be prominently displayed at all patron exits, where it can easily be seen and read, requesting to the effect that patrons do not take drinks outside after 22:00.

351 - Access to and egress from the premises for patrons shall always be via the entrance on Southwark Street. Only in an emergency will patrons are be permitted to use the entrance/exit on Redcross Way.

352 - The Dispersal Procedure (around the terminal hour) is dedicated to make the maximum contribution by exercising pro-active measures towards and at the end of trading to move customers away from the premises and its immediate area in such a way as to cause minimum disturbance or nuisance to neighbours, both residential and business, and to make the minimum impact upon the neighbourhood in relation to potential nuisance, antisocial behaviour and crime.

353 - The Dispersal Procedure is subject to review and will address problems and concerns if they are identified in order to establish a permanent reduction or elimination of the problems and concerns.

354 - Where requested, local residents will be provided with contact details for the premises and its management and a copy of this dispersal policy.

355 - Notices will be placed in the premises, in particular in the areas of entry and exit, requesting customers to leave quietly and to respect neighbours and their property.

356 - Staff will be fully trained at the premises to ensure that customers are reminded when leaving that they should leave quietly and that they should be respectful of neighbours in the vicinity.

357 - Staff at the premises will be fully trained and conversant in relation to the dispersal policy that all customers enter and exit the premises via the door onto Southwark Street and this shall be a condition of the premises licence.

358 - A copy of the operational plan shall be retained at all times at the premises so that all staff can be reminded of the requirement in relation to the general dispersal policy for the area.

359 - The door supervisors will encourage patrons to leave in smaller batches to discourage a mass exodus.

360 - Staff at the premises will encourage customers to drink up and progress to the exit throughout the latter part of drinking up time.

361 - Staff will actively encourage customers not to assemble outside the premises once the premises close.

362 - Staff will ensure that the surrounding areas directly outside the premises are clean and free from rubbish and any other waste.

363 - Persons who wish to smoke will be required to be directed towards Borough High Street / under the railway bridge and way from areas closest to local residents.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - A Challenge 25 proof of age scheme shall be operated at the premises where the only acceptable forms of identification are recognised photographic identification cards such as driving licence or passports.

4AI - A log shall be kept detailing all refused sales of alcohol. The log should include the date and time of the reused sale and the name of the staff member who reused the sale a log shall be available for inspection at the premises by the Police or an authorised officer.
