Conditions: 100 - (1) No retail sale of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

101 - (2) Every retail sale of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

125 - All off sales shall be in sealed containers and for consumption away from the premises.

158 - That the premises’ management shall regularly monitor outside the premises and take all necessary steps to ensure that noise from patrons or premises operation does not cause disturbance or public nuisance. A log of such monitoring including the printed name of the person who undertook the monitoring, the date & time of the monitoring and any observations or actions taken subsequent to the monitoring shall be kept at the premises and be made immediately available to council or police officers on request.

288 - That a CCTV system shall be installed and maintained in full working order. The CCTV system will record footage of evidential quality in all lighting conditions and should be able to capture a clear facial image of all persons that enter the venue. All public areas will be covered by the CCTV system including the bar, smoking area, and external perimeter. The premises shall not be open at any time when the CCTV is not operating correctly.

289 - All CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall be made immediately available for inspection to officers of the Police and the Council on request.

293 - The Premises must have a welfare and vulnerability policy and all staff must receive this training. All new staff must receive this training before starting their role and all staff must have refresher training every 12 months. All training must be recorded and these records must be available on immediate request by the police or authorised council officers.

298 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed in the toilets where it can easily be seen and read by customers, advising to the effect that the taking of illegal drugs will not be tolerated at the premises. These notices shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

299 - The SIA door supervisors will be engaged to monitor admission and readmissions to the premises security, protection, screening, searching, dealing with conflict and ensure that conditions related to the use of the outside area are adhered to and that the dispersal policy for the premises is implemented.

300 - That a minimum 4 SIA registered door supervisors one of whom shall be female will be engaged when the premises are in operation Friday, Saturday and Sunday and will be employed at all times after 20:00 until the end of business and all patrons have vacated the premises and Camberwell Church Street.

302 - There will be a zero tolerance drugs and weapons policy shall be undertaken at the premises (a) Anybody found with / using drugs and / or weapons will be ejected from the premises and shall not be admitted to the premises again. (b) The details of any person found dealing drugs or using weapons will be taken (if possible) and given to the police. (c) Any person who is suspected of having drugs on their person will be asked to consent to a search, and should they refuse the search that person shall be ejected from the premises. All relevant staff shall be trained in respect of the premises’ drug policy. The details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises.

307 - The accommodation limit for rear external area shall not exceed 75 patrons at one time.

308 - That there shall be no new admission, or re-admission, of the public to the premises after 01:00hrs with the exception of those that temporary leave to smoke in the designated area at the front of the venue.

311 - That clear and legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers, at all exits from the premises and in any external areas, requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises and Camberwell Church Street in a quiet and orderly manner with respect to local residents. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times

313 - There shall be no music events be that live or recorded inclusive of DJs at the venue.

324 - That when taxis are ordered for customers for the collection of customers from the premises staff members shall instruct the taxi service to instruct the taxi services driver's not to sound the driver's car horns outside the premises, but to approach the premises in person and verbally (without raised voices) alert staff that the drivers are at the premises to collect customers.

336 - A personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times after 2200hrs when licensable activities take place.

340 - That there shall be at least on member of staff on duty at all times the premises are in operation who is trained and proficient in the operation of the CCTV system and who is capable of operating and retrieving footage at the request of police, council or other authorised officers.

341 - The venue shall support “Ask for Angela” or another similar safety initiative and posters shall be displayed on the premises.

342 - That at the terminal hour SIA/staff shall remain on duty until all patrons have left the venue and Camberwell Church Street. The SIA/Staff shall ensure that no nuisance is caused to the venues neighbours.

343 - That a minimum of 2 SIA Security staff shall wear body worn video cameras and all footage is to be made available to police or council officers upon request.

344 - The SIA shall use a clicker system in order to monitor the number of customers present and ensure the venue does not exceed its accommodation limit.

345 - The Licensee shall risk assess the requirement for additional SIA on any day and be responsible for the implementation of additional SIA. This risk assessment shall be recorded in written form and made available for inspection by authorised officers and police.

346 - The licence holder shall ensure that any queue to enter the premises which forms outside the premises is orderly and supervised by SIA/ staff so as to ensure that there is no public nuisance or obstruction is caused.

347 - All alcohol supplied for consumption on the premises after 0000hrs shall be decanted into either polycarbonate, recyclable plastic, or recyclable paper based material ensuring public safety.

348 - That an entry policy will be devised and maintained at the premises. A copy of the entry policy shall be kept at the premises with the premises licence and shall be made immediately available for inspection to responsible authority officers on request. The entry policy shall cover (but not necessarily be limited to): I. Safe customer entry to the premises, II. If / when applicable searching / scanning of attendees, III. The barring of customer entry to the premises for any reason, IV. Restricted items (e.g. weapons / drugs or any other items restricted by the licensee), V. Pre-opening safety checks of the premises, VI. Dealing with overcrowding and / or crowd surges VII. Dealing with suspect packages.

349 - All relevant staff shall be trained in the implementation of the latest version of the entry policy. The details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises.

350 - There shall be no removal of alcohol from the premises after 0100hrs.

351 - That a crime prevention policy will be devised and maintained at the premises. The crime prevention policy will include provision for lost property and its return to owners. A copy of the crime prevention policy shall be kept at the premises with the premises licence and shall be made immediately available for inspection to council and / or police officers on request. All staff shall be trained in the implementation of the latest version of the crime prevention policy. Details of such training shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises.

352 - An incident book / incident recording system shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: Instances of antisocial or disorderly behaviour, Violence . Calls to the police or fire brigade Abuse of staff and / or customers Ejections of people from the premises Visits to the premises by the local authority, police or fire brigade Refused sales of alcohol Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system Seizures of drugs at the premises Any other relevant incidents The incident book / incident recording system shall record the time, date, location and description of each incident, the printed and signed name of the person reporting the incident and any action taken in respect of the incident. The incident book / incident recording system shall be available / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use in accordance with this licence and shall be made available to officers of the council, police or fire brigade on request.

353 - That a written dispersal policy shall be devised regarding the premises and maintained in use at all times that the premises are in operation. A copy of the dispersal policy shall be kept at the premises with the licence and be made available for inspection to council and / or police officers. All relevant staff shall be trained regarding the implementation of the policy. That any amendments to the agreed dispersal policy shall be by way of consultation with Police and licensing authority.

354 - A glass collection policy will include provisions for regular collection of glassware by staff. Glassware will not be allowed to accumulate or cause obstruction. Perimeter checks will be made outside the premises for any glasses. All staff will be made aware of the glass collection policy and their responsibility for the task. Spillages and broken glass will be cleaned up immediately to prevent floors from becoming slippery and unsafe. Bottle bins will be secure at all times and away from public areas.

355 - Minimum of two (2) SIA registered Door Supervisors, shall be employed and allocated at the rear external area of the premises. SIA supervisors should be available after 20:00hrs till the terminal hour.

356 - SIA/Staff shall ensure that patrons in external areas behave in an orderly manner and do not cause a nuisance.

357 - The Premises Licence Holder shall display clear and legible notices in the rear external area of the premises reminding patrons to behave in a considerate manner.

358 - The rear external area shall not be used for regulated entertainment.

485 - Irresponsible Promotions: (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises - (a) Games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require or encourage, individuals to- (i) Drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) Drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise; (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) Provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner that which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) Selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional posters or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of a disability).

487 - Free tap water: (1) The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - Age Verification Policy: (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) Subject to sub-paragraph (4), the policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either - (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature. (4) The age verification policy may make provision permitting a responsible person to accept identification in digital form (“relevant ID”) instead of identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3). (5) Where provision envisaged by sub-paragraph (4) is included in the policy, the policy must make provision dealing with the circumstance described in paragraph (6). (6) The circumstance in this sub-paragraph arises where- (a) the responsible person has reason to believe that a person (“P”) who seeks to be supplied with alcohol from a place to which the age verification policy applies has not attained the age of 18, or such greater age as the age verification policy may prescribe (“the relevant age”); and (b) P has indicated their wish to use the relevant ID. (7) When the circumstance in paragraph (6) arises, the policy must state— (a) that P is obliged, upon the request of the responsible person, to make available to the responsible person the means by which their relevant ID may be verified; but (b) that the responsible person may only accept P’s relevant ID where the condition in sub-paragraph (8) applies. (8) The condition in this sub-paragraph is that the responsible person is covered by an agreement with a DVSP (“the relevant DVSP”) for the provision of digital verification services where— (a) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will confirm, in the course of providing its services to the responsible person, whether or not P has attained the relevant age; (b) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will deliver identification to the responsible person that reaches at least a medium level of confidence; (c) that level of confidence has been verified by a DVSP, whether that DVSP is the relevant DVSP or another; and (d) the relevant DVSP is registered as a provider of those services in accordance with Version 0.4 or Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (9) In this paragraph- (a) “DVSP” means a person who provides digital verification services, and is included in the register maintained by the Secretary of State under section 32 (DVS register) of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (“the 2025 Act”); (b) “DVS trust framework” is to be construed in accordance with section 28 (DVS trust framework) of the 2025 Act; (c) “medium level of confidence”, in respect of identification described in sub-paragraph (8)(b), is to be construed in accordance with— (i) Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework; (ii) Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (10) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (6) “supplied” is to be construed in accordance with section 14 of the Licensing Act 2003. (11) Nothing in sub-paragraphs (4) to (10) prevents the supply of alcohol to a person based upon identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3).

489 - Availability of Certain Measures of Alcohol: (1) The responsible person must ensure that- (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures- (i) Beer or Cider: ½ pint; (ii) Gin, Rum, Vodka or Whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; and (b) These measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) Where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available.

491 - Minimum Pricing (1) A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price as defined in the Schedule to the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Conditions) Order 2014 [UK Statutory Instrument 2014 No.1252] www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2014/1252/contents/made

4AK - That if a Pubwatch scheme exists in respect of the local area, then the licensee/ management will join and participate in the Pubwatch scheme.
