Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

112 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for non-standard timings as stated on the days below: • All licensable activities shall be extended from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to 6am on New Year's Day. • An additional hour to the standard and non-standard times on the day when British Summertime commences

135 - Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises other than to persons taking table meals there for consumption by such person as an ancillary to his;

166 - The accommodation limit for the premises shall not exceed 150 persons (excluding staff);

288 - A CCTV system is installed at the premises and will be maintained in good working order, continually recording at all times. Cameras will cover key areas including outside area, customer areas, tills and toilet entrance area. All footage will be stored for at least a period of 31 days and shall on request be made available to officers of the police and the council. There will be at least one person on duty at all times that is familiar with the operation of the CCTV and able to download the footage upon request.

289 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall, upon request, be made immediately available to officers of the Police and Council;

291 - Where the premises is to open past 23:00hrs on any given day, at least two (2) SIA registered door supervisors shall be employed at all times after 22.00hrs and the terminal hour that the premises are in use under this licence and provided with hand held metal detection units in order to ensure that searches are carried out in respect of all admissions to the premises, whether members of the public or performers and their assistants and mechanical counting devices to ensure that the maximum accommodation limit of the premises is not exceeded;

293 - That staff training is implemented;

304 - The premises management will provide a direct contact number for residents to report any issues promptly.

311 - That suitable notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting people to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner so as not to disturb local residents;

336 - That a personal licence holder is on the premises and on duty at all times after 22.00 until the terminal hour permitted by the premises licence (so long as the premises remains open) for the supply of intoxicating liquor;

340 - The written dispersal policy shall be kept at the premises with the licence and made available for inspection by authorised council officers or the police. All relevant staff shall be trained in the implementation of the dispersal policy;

341 - The Licensing Authority and Police shall be informed at least 14 days prior to the provision of licensable activities under this licence;

342 - When this licence is used to provide licensable activities and the licence summary is displayed on the premises, the licence summary of any other premises licence will not be displayed at the same time;

343 - The premises shall not be hired out to any external promoters;

344 - Customers shall use no outside area after 22.00hrs other than those who temporarily leave the premises to smoke a cigarette. Those leaving the premises should not be permitted to consume drinks whilst outside. Those who do temporarily leave for this reason shall be subjected to the requirement of a further search;

345 - That there shall be no new admission, or re-admission, of the public to the premises after 00:00hrs with the exception of those that temporary leave to smoke in the designated area at the front of the venue.

346 - The CCTV system will record footage of evidential quality in all lighting conditions and shall cover all public areas including the bar, smoking area, and external perimeter. The premises shall not be open at any time when the CCTV is not operating correctly.

347 - That no alcohol shall be removed from the premises at any time.

348 - The Premises must have a welfare and vulnerability policy and all staff must receive this training. All new staff must receive this training before starting their role and all staff must have refresher training every 12 months. All training must be recorded and these records must be available on immediate request by the police or authorised council officers.

349 - The venue shall support “Ask for Angela” or another similar safety initiative and posters shall be displayed on the premises.

350 - The SIA door supervisors will be engaged to monitor all areas of the venue and ensure that the dispersal policy for the premises is implemented.

351 - That a minimum of 2 SIA Security staff shall wear body worn video cameras and all footage is to be made available to police or council officers upon request.

352 - That a zero tolerance policy to illegal drug use will be implemented and maintained at the premises.

353 - All alcohol supplied for consumption on the premises after 0000hrs shall be decanted into either polycarbonate, recyclable plastic, or recyclable paper based material ensuring public safety.

354 - That if a Pubwatch scheme exists in respect of the local area, then the licensee / management will join and participate in the Pubwatch scheme.

355 - There shall be no DJ led events at the venue.

356 - That persons using the outside area to smoke shall not exceed 5 persons

357 - All sales of alcohol will be authorised by a personal licence holder.

358 - All members of management are to be trained in responsible retailing of alcohol and hold a recognised personal licence.

359 - At least one member of management is to be on duty at all times.

360 - At busier times more than one licence holding manager is to be on duty.

361 - An incident log book will be operated at all times the premises is in operation. This incident log book will record any incidents of crime and disorder and will be available immediately upon request by a police officer or an authorised officer of the council.

362 - No irresponsible drinks promotions are to be in place at any time. No drinking games are to be permitted. No low price and high strength alcoholic drinks available at any time.

363 - Free easily accessible drinking water will be available to customers of the premises in the bar area.

364 - All escape routes and exits including external exits shall be maintained unobstructed, in good order with non- slippery and even surfaces, free of trip hazards and clearly identified in accordance with the approved arrangements.

365 - Security lighting will be in operation at the front of the premises whilst licensable activities are taking place at the premises.

366 - A fire log book shall be kept at the premises. The details of any outbreak of fire at the premises and any subsequent action taken shall be recorded in the fire log book. The fire log book shall be made available to officers of the council, police or fire brigade on request

367 - All fire extinguishers at the premises will be checked annually.

368 - Sufficient fire - fighting equipment of a type suitable in respect of the operation of the premises shall be kept at the premises in unobstructed and easily accessible locations.

369 - Staff shall be trained in the use of the fire fighting equipment and a record of such training (including the date of the training, and the names and signatures of the trainee and trainer) shall be kept in the fire log book.

370 - Management will ensure adequate staff are on duty to maintain proper management control.

371 - Staff and management will actively monitor customers on the premises and will not supply customers who are intoxicated.

372 - A taxi hire company number will be made available at the premises for patrons to book a taxi home.

373 - A designated member of staff will be given the duty and responsibility to inspect the inside and outside areas at regular periods / intervals for loud singing or amplified voices emanating from the premises. Where this is found to be audible in the neighbourhood, the licensee shall take all reasonable steps and endeavours to ensure that noise nuisance does not affect local residents.

374 - At the closing hour at the premises, announcements shall be made requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner.

375 - A zero tolerance approach to noise disturbance by patrons will be in operation at the premises.

376 - The premises shall ensure that no noise or vibration associated with the licensable activities from the licensed premises including external areas is excessively audible with adjoining residential accommodation. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at the premises. Customers who cause excessive noise will be asked to leave the premises.

377 - The premises shall lower music levels in the final 30 minutes of operation to reduce conversational volume and excitement of patrons in preparation for them exiting the building in a respectful and quiet manner.

378 - Any music played on the premises at any time shall remain at a volume that permits normal conversation, and the volume control of any music shall be behind the bar/counter or other private area, and in full control of staff at all times.

379 - All speakers for the broadcast of sound within the premises shall be isolated from the structure of the premises by anti-vibration mountings or anti-vibration mats.

380 - No external areas of the premises shall be used for the purposes of licensed entertainment.

381 - All external doors, and doors to noise lobbies used by patrons to enter the premises, shall have self-closers fitted to the doors in accordance with BS 6459 Pt. 1 1984.

382 - A comprehensive Dispersal Policy shall be produced and implemented at the premises, with all staff trained on the most up to date policy. A record of staff training on the Dispersal Policy shall be kept at the premises, and a copy of the policy and training records be made available to the council or police upon request.

383 - Children under 16 will only be permitted into the premises if accompanied by an adult.

384 - After 20:00 children will not be permitted to stay in the bar area but may remain in the restaurant with a responsible adult for a meal. All children will be required to leave the premises by 11pm.

385 - A regular collection of glasses will be maintained in all areas of the premises to keep customers’ tables free of empty glasses and bottles.

386 - The premises will provide training to all staff on identifying and handling disorderly behaviour. This includes conflict resolution, managing difficult customers, and maintaining a safe environment;

387 - SIA Security staff will be on site from the start of opening hours;

388 - The premises will conduct regular health and safety audits to ensure the premises is safe for both customers and staff. This includes fire safety checks, ensuring clear emergency exits, and maintaining first aid supplies;

389 - The exterior and interior of the restaurant will be well-lit, particularly during early morning hours;

390 - The premises will install soundproofing materials;

391 - The premises will ensure that deliveries and waste collection are scheduled at times that cause the least disturbance to our neighbours;

392 - The premises will have a robust waste management system to ensure that waste is stored and disposed of properly, keeping the surroundings clean and odour-free;

393 - The premises management will engage with our neighbours and the local community to address any concerns they may have about our early opening hours;

394 - The premises will designate specific areas within the restaurant as "safe zones" for families with children, ensuring these areas are free from hazards and are regularly monitored by our staff.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - An age identification scheme shall be established and maintained. A challenge 25 scheme shall be maintained at the premises requiring that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a driving licence, passport, UK armed services ID card and any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card such as the Proof of Age London (PAL) card.

4AB - All staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the prevention of sales of alcohol to underage persons, and the challenge 25 scheme in operation at the premises. A record of their training, including the dates that each member of staff is trained, shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by the council's authorised officers or the Police.
