101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence

255 - a.Fire extinguishers and equipment as approved by the Council shall be efficiently maintained in satisfactory working order and kept available for instant use. They shall be in the charge of a suitable person specially nominated for the purpose.

288 - The premises shall install and maintain a comprehensive CCTV system in good working condition and operable at all times entry and exit points will be covered enabling frontal identification of every person entering in any light condition. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises and will include the external area immediately outside the premises entrance. All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31 days with date and time stamping. Viewing of recordings shall be made available upon the request of Police or authorised officer throughout the entire 31-day period and in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

289 - That recordings taken by the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers for a period of thirty one (31) days

292 - A panic button is installed and maintained on the till

293 - All staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and in respect of the terms and conditions of this licence. Records shall be kept pertaining to such training. The records will be updated every 6 months and shall be made immediately available to officers of the police and the council upon request or in the case of online training, within 48 hours.

311 - That notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner

327 - That signs shall be displayed informing customers and staff that sales of alcohol will not be made to under 18s and that age identification will be required

334 - That an age identification scheme shall be established and maintained. The scheme shall Require the production of evidence of age (comprising any PASS accredited card or passport or driving licence) from any person appearing to staff engaged in selling or supplying alcohol to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol

336 - That a personal licence holder is present at the premises at all times between 06:00 hours and 08:00 hours.

340 - That no alcohol shall be sold to anyone perceived to be drunk.

341 - All off sales of alcohol shall be made in sealed containers for consumption away from the premises.

342 - Clear legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can be easily seen and read, requesting that alcohol sold as off sales should not be opened and consumed in the vicinity of the premises.

343 - All spirits shall be displayed on shelves behind the serving counter of the premises.

344 - There shall be an “Incident report register” in which full details of all incidents are recorded. This shall be completed as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than the close of business on the day of the incident. The time and date when the report was completed, and by whom, is to form part of the entry. The register shall be kept on the premises at all times and shall be produced to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or the Police upon request.

345 - There shall be a written record of all staff authorised to sell alcohol, the record to contain the full name & signature of each person so authorised. The staff record shall be kept on the licensed premises and made available for inspection by authorised council officers or the Police, upon request.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - The premises shall operate an age check 'Challenge 25' policy whereby customers purchasing alcohol who look or appear to be under 25 years of age will be asked for an approved form of proof of age to verify their age. Examples of approved identification are a driving licence, passport, military identification or a PASS approved proof of age card such as the Southwark Proof of Age (SPA) card

4AB - All staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the age check 'Challenge 25' policy. A record of their training, including the dates that each member of staff is trained, shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by the Council's authorised officers or the Police or in the case of online training within 48 hours.

4AC - Age check or 'Challenge 25' signage shall be displayed at entrances to the premises, areas where alcohol is displayed for sale and at points of sale to inform customers that an age check 'Challenge 25' policy applies and proof of age may be required.

4AI - A register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained in order to demonstrate effective operation of the policy. The register shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by Council authorised officers or the Police.
