Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

113 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for the sale or supply of alcohol for non standard timings as stated below on the following days: • 24hrs for residents, their bonafide quests and patrons attending a private functions. • An additional hour to the terminal hour on the day that British Summertime commences. • End of permitted hours on new years eve to the start of permitted hours on new years day.

114 - This licence allows for the premises to extend the following licensable activities for non standard timings as stated below on the following days: Provision of regulated entertainment Films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance: • 24hrs for residents, their bonafide quests and patrons attending a private functions. • An additional hour to the terminal hour on the day that British Summertime commences. • End of permitted hours on new years eve to the start of permitted hours on new years day.

115 - This licence allows for the premises for the provision of late night refresment for non standard timings stated below on the following days: • 24hrs for residents, their bonafide quests and patrons attending a private functions. • An additional hour to the terminal hour on the day that British Summertime commences. • End of permitted hours on new years eve to the start of permitted hours on new years day.

138 - Substantial food and non intoxicating beverages, including drinking water, shall be available in all parts of the premises where alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises

288 - That a CCTV system be installed at the premises and be maintained in good working order and be continually recording at all times the premises are in use under the licence. The CCTV system must be capable of capturing an image of every person who enters the premises

289 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall, upon request, be made immediately available to officers of the police and the council. All recordings shall be of evidential quality and shall include the time and date.

293 - All staff involved in the sale of intoxicating liquor are to be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and the licensing objectives. Their training record is to be kept and shall, upon request, be made available to officers of the council for inspection within a reasonable time

311 - Notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits after 21.00hrs requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and businesses and leave the area quietly

316 - No deliveries shall take place between 23.00hrs and 07.00hrs

340 - Sufficient staff shall be trained to use the system as a recorded image must be available for inspection and downloading immediately upon request to the police and licensing authority

341 - An incident log shall be kept at the premises and made available on request to an authorised officer of the police or council which shall record the following – • all crimes reported to the venue • all ejections of patrons • any incidents of disorder • any faults with the CCTV system • any refusal of the sale of alcohol

342 - After 23.00hrs on any day, patrons temporarily leaving the premises, such as for the purposes of smoking, shall not take any drinks with them outside the premises

343 - There shall be no off-sales of alcohol in open containers, save for patrons seated on any private forecourt areas such as shown on the licensed plans.

344 - Persons temporarily leaving the premises onto the public highway for the purposes of smoking shall not take any drinks with them

345 - All staff shall be trained in emergency evacuation procedures in accordance with a fire risk assessment

346 - The highway and public spaces in the vicinity of the premises shall be kept free of litter from the premises at all material times to the satisfaction of the council

347 - All waste is to be properly presented and placed out for collection no earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled collection time

348 - No rubbish including bottles shall be moved, removed or placed in outside area between midnight and 07.00hrs

349 - No collections including refuse and recyclable food waste shall take place between midnight and 07.00hrs

350 - At 23.00hrs, all entrance doors and windows are to be kept closed except for immediate access and egress

351 - Management will appoint dedicated taxi or licensed minicab companies and staff will offer to book cars on behalf of patrons. After midnight, all patrons who seek licensed vehicles to take them away will be encouraged to remain inside whilst the vehicle is summoned

354 - All staff working at the premises shall be trained in the content of the Nuisance Management Plan and be aware of their responsibilities and duties under it. Records of relevant training shall be kept with the Nuisance Management Plan.

355 - The Noise Management Plan shall be reviewed annually, or whenever there is a significant change at the premises, whichever is sooner. For example, a significant change could include a new licensee or DPS, change to premises layout, a refit, a change to the type or style of licensed entertainment, etc

356 - The current Nuisance Management Plan, and all associated documentation, shall be held at the premises and be immediately available to officers of the council and police on request.

357 - The licensee will ensure that the premises Nuisance Management Plan is adhered to by all relevant staff.

358 - The external bar servery shall be closed by 11pm daily.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AG - A ‘Challenge 21’ policy shall be implemented at the premises requiring that any customers attempting to buy alcohol at the premises who appear to be under 21 years old shall be requested to produce valid photographic ID (comprising of a passport, full driving licence and / or proof of age standard scheme (PASS) accredited card)or Armed forces card that proves that they are over 21 years old.

4AK - The premises shall join the local pubwatch or other local crime reduction scheme approved by the police and local radio scheme if available
