Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

288 - That there shall be at least on member of staff on duty at all times the premises are in operation, who is trained and proficient in the operation of the CCTV system, and who is capable of operating and retrieving footage at the request of police, council or other authorised officers.

289 - A CCTV system shall be installed and maintained in full working order. The CCTV system will record footage of evidential quality in all lighting conditions and should be able to capture a clear facial image of all persons that enter the venue. All public areas will be covered by the CCTV system including the bar and any outdoor areas. The premises shall not be open at any time when the CCTV is not operating correctly. All CCTV footage will be kept for a minimum of 31days.

305 - Clear and legible notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits requesting patrons and staff to respect the needs of local residents and businesses and to leave the vicinity as quickly and quietly as possible during evening hours.

340 - All requests for CCTV footage from the premises shall be completed as soon as practicable

341 - The CCTV camera must not be obstructed.

342 - Signs must be displayed in the customer areas to advise that CCTV is in operation.

343 - An incident book / incident recording system shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises. The log shall be kept at the premises and made available on request to an authorised officer or the Police: a. All crimes reported at the premises b. Complaints received concerning crime and disorder c. Seizures of drugs or weapons d. Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour / violence e. Calls to the police or fire brigade f. Abuse of staff and / or customers g. Ejections of people from the premises h. Visits to the premises by the local authority, police, fire brigade or any responsible authority i. Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system or searching equipment or scanning equipment j. any refusal of the sale of alcohol to include date, time, and staff member k. CAD reference numbers where Police are called. l. Any other relevant incident;

344 - Records will be completed within 24 hours of any incident, and will contain the time and date, the nature of the incident, the people involved, the action taken and details of the person responsible for the management of the premises at the time of the incident. The logs shall be kept for at least 12 months following the date of entry and be made available for inspection and copying upon request of an authorised officer of a responsible authority.

345 - All off sales shall be made in sealed containers for consumption away from the premises.

346 - No persons carrying visibly open or sealed alcohol vessels shall be admitted to the premises at any time that the premises are open for any licensable activity.

347 - A written dispersal policy shall be kept at the premises with the licence and made available for inspection by authorised council officers or the police. All relevant staff shall be trained in the implementation of the dispersal policy.

348 - A direct telephone number for the manager at the premises shall be publicly available at all times the premises is open.

349 - All alcohol on display will be in such a position so as not to be obscured from the constant view of staff.

350 - All waste shall be properly presented and placed out for collection. A sufficient number of suitable receptacles will be located in appropriate locations for the depositing of waste materials such as food wrappings, drinks containers, smoking related litter by customers.

351 - The outside area shall be regularly swept and litter and sweepings collected and stored in accordance with the approved refuse storage arrangements by close of business. All packaging provided with take away food shall be marked to show its point of origin.

352 - Notices shall be displayed within the premises warning customers about personal thefts; and to be vigilant.

353 - The premises shall supply, and fit, suitable anti-theft devices, such as table/counter clips, in order that customers may secure their bags.

354 - Police must be called to incidents of violence and/or disorder.

355 - Suitable notices shall be displayed at entrances & exits requesting people to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner so as not to disturb local residents.

356 - All off sales of alcohol must be made as a part of a takeaway meal with no exceptions.

357 - All staff will receive effective training on the licensing objectives and the sale / supply of alcohol. All new members of staff will be trained prior to commencing their duties.

358 - Training shall be recorded in a documented form and shall be refreshed every year. Training records shall be made available for inspection to police officers and authorised persons.

359 - Contact details of local taxi operators will be made available.

360 - A refusals book shall be operated and maintained on the premises to record refused sales of alcohol which shall be made available to the Police and Licensing Authority on demand.

361 - A written drugs policy shall be in place and operated at the premises. The policy will minimise the opportunity to use or supply illegal substances within the premises. The policy will be made available for inspection and copying upon request by an authorised officer of a responsible authority.

362 - A structured training programme surrounding substance misuse will be in place. Training will be undertaken annually for all staff that deal with persons who are in the possession of/or incapacitated through the use of drugs or the combined effect of drugs and alcohol. Records will be maintained detailing the time and date of substance misuse training, the people who received the training, and the name of the person delivering the training. Records will be available for inspection by an authorised officer of a responsible authority at all reasonable times. The records will be retained for at least 12 months.

363 - No illegal drugs shall be permitted on the premises, all staff and customers will be made aware we have a zero tolerance to drugs on the premises. A clear and legible notice will be prominently displayed at all entrances to the premises advising those attending, that the Police will be informed if anyone is found in possession of controlled substances or weapons.

364 - All staff will be trained to ensure no open containers leave our premises. All staff will be briefed daily and any problems identified, recorded with actions. We will engage with the community police/Safer Neighbourhood Team regarding any local crime and disorder issues, and implement recommended actions.

365 - We will adhere to the Portman Group on drinks strategy and adopt a no proof no sale scheme and adopt Challenge 25. We will have procedures in place to conduct age verification checks and all staff will understand which identification to accept – Passports, Photo Drivers Licences and Proof of Age Standards Scheme cards.

366 - A sufficient number of suitable receptacles will be located in appropriate locations for the depositing of waste materials such as food wrappings.

367 - All staff will be trained on fire evacuation and use of fire equipment. The fire evacuation notice will be displayed, maintained and kept in good condition. All training will be carried out regularly. Fire drill and emergency lighting tests will be conducted monthly. All records are available for inspection.

368 - All exits will be maintained, daily checks will take place to make sure the exits are free from obstructions, and kept in good order with non-slippery surfaces. All exits must be clearly identifiable. Access for emergency vehicles will be kept clear and free from obstruction.

369 - No deliveries (in relation to licensable activities) to the premises shall take place between 18:00 hours and 07:00 hours. The delivery of licensable goods to the premises shall be carried out in accordance with TFL Code of Practice for quiet deliveries.

370 - All waste shall be properly presented and placed out for collection. No waste or recyclable materials, including bottles, shall be placed in outside areas between 22:00 hours and 07:00 hours on the following day.

371 - A telephone number shall be made available for neighbours and local residents to contact in the case of noise-nuisance or anti-social behaviour by persons or activities associated with the premises. The telephone number will be a direct number to the Designated Premises Supervisor. A record will be kept by management of all calls received, including the time, date and information of the caller, including action taken following the call. Records will be made available for inspection and copying by an authorised officer of a responsible authority throughout the trading hours of the premises.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - All staff engaged in licensable activity at the premises will receive training and information in relation to the following: The Challenge 25 Policy including the forms of identification that are acceptable • The hours and activities and conditions permitted in the premises licence • How to complete and maintain the refusal register in operation at the premises • Recognising the signs of drunkenness • The operating procedures for refusing service to any person who is drunk, under-age or appears to be under-age, or appears to be making a proxy purchase • Action to be taken in the event of an emergency, including reporting an incident to the emergency services.
