Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

158 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed at the premises where it can easily be seen and read by customers requesting to the effect that customers behave in a quiet and orderly manner with respect to local residents.

288 - That a CCTV system shall be installed at the premises, be maintained in good working order and be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use. The CCTV system must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises.

289 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of 31 days and shall be made immediately available to officers of the police and / or council on request.

293 - All staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and trained in respect of the terms and conditions of this licence. Records pertaining to such training shall be kept and updated every 6 months. The training records shall be made immediately available to officers of the police and the council on request.

340 - That a member of staff shall be on duty at all times that the premises are open who is trained in the use of the CCTV system and who is able to view, and download to a removable device, CCTV footage at the request of police and / or council officers.

341 - That intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied for consumption on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and as an ancillary to such meals.

342 - That no alcohol shall be taken off the premises at any time with the exception of off sales which shall be sold in sealed containers for consumption away from the premises.

343 - That a delivery management plan shall be devised and shall be implemented at the premises. All staff trained on the most recent iteration of the plan. The plan shall detail: • expected times for all regular deliveries and waste collections • measures to ensure deliveries take place during the hours of 08:00 - 20:00 wherever possible • practical measures to ensure ‘quiet deliveries’ and reduce noise and disturbance The plan shall specify that there will be no bottling up between 20:00 and 08:00. The plan shall be regularly updated and a copy of the plan, and training records pertaining to the plan, shall be made available to council officers on request.

344 - That noise from plant machinery, patrons and activities at the premises shall be managed to ensure that public nuisance is not caused in the vicinity of the premises, or intrude inside the nearest or most exposed noise sensitive premises. This shall include regular checks of the outside area during hours of operation.

345 - That no more than 35 people shall be permitted in the licensed outdoor area at any time.

346 - That after 22:00 hours no more than 5 people shall be permitted outside at any one time and such people shall be permitted to smoke only.

347 - That customers shall not be permitted to take drinks outside the licensable area of the premises at any time, except for alcohol sold for consumption off the premises, which shall not be sold for immediate consumption in the area around the premises and shall be supplied in sealed containers that require a tool such as a bottle opener or corkscrew to be opened.

348 - That amplified music, song or speech shall not be broadcast in external areas at any time.

349 - That the accommodation limit for the inside of the premises (excluding staff) shall be 100 persons only at any one time.

350 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers, in both the internal and external areas of the premises, requesting to the effect that alcohol sold as off sales should not be opened and consumed in the vicinity of the premises. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions.

351 - That a written dispersal policy shall be devised and be kept at the premises. All relevant staff should be trained in respect of the policy. The policy will include (but not necessarily be limited to) the following: • Details as to how customer / staff egress at the premises shall be managed to minimise causing nuisance. • Details of public transport in the vicinity and how customers will be advised in respect of it. • Details of the management of taxis to and from the premises. • Details of the management of any 'winding down' period at the premises. • Details of the use of security and stewarding in respect of managing customer dispersal from the premises. • Details of any cloak room facility at the premises and how it is managed. • Details of road safety in respect of customers leaving the premises. • Details of the management of ejections from the premises. • Details of how refuse / waste in the local vicinity arising through the operation of the premises will be cleared up (e.g. waste glassware or earthenware). Records of staff training in respect of the dispersal policy shall be kept at the premises and shall include the name of the trainee, the name of the trainer, signatures of both the trainee and trainer, the date that the training was given and a declaration that the training has been received and understood.

352 - That all staff shall be trained so that they are aware of the premises licence and the requirements to meet the four licensing objectives with particular attention to: a. preventing sales to underage people b. preventing drunk and disorderly & anti social behaviour on the premises area c. vigilance in preventing the use and sale of illegal drugs d. dealing with violence e. preventing harm to children

353 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed externally where it can easily be seen and read by customers stating the operating hours of the premises.

354 - That clearly legible crime prevention signage warning of potential criminal activity such as theft that may target customers shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers.

355 - That custom will not be sought by means of personal solicitation outside or in the vicinity of the premises.

356 - That staff shall be trained in the detection and prevention of illegal drug use at the premises.

357 - That management lighting shall be maintained at the premises at all times that the premises are in operation such that staff and customers can easily and safely navigate / traverse the premises.

358 - That all parts of the premises and all fittings and apparatus therein, door fastenings and notices, lighting, heating, electrical, air condition, sanitary accommodation and other installations, will be maintained at all times in good order and in a safe condition.

359 - That a log book or recording system shall be kept at the premises in which the particulars of inspections made shall be entered, including those inspections required to be made by statute, and information compiled to comply with any public safety condition attached to the premises licence that requires the recording of such information. The log book shall be kept available for inspection by police and / or council officers.

360 - That deliveries of goods necessary for the operation of the business will be carried out at such a time and in such a manner so as to prevent nuisance and disturbance to nearby residents.

361 - That the licensee / premises’ management shall ensure that staff who arrive in the early morning, or depart late at night, conduct themselves in such a manner so as to avoid causing disturbance / nuisance to nearby residents.

362 - That customers will not be admitted to premises outside of the premises’ opening hours.

363 - That an adequate amount of suitable waste receptacles for use by customers will be provided in both the internal and external areas of the premises.

364 - That any lighting on or outside the premises will be positioned and / or screened in such a way so that it does not cause a nuisance to nearby residents.

365 - That staff shall be trained to, and will, monitor customer behaviour at the premises and if / when required shall request that customers behave in a quiet and orderly manner so as to not cause nuisance or disturbance in the vicinity.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - A challenge 25 scheme shall be maintained at the premises requiring that staff selling alcohol request that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a driving licence, passport, UK armed services ID card, and any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card such as the Proof of Age London (PAL) card or any age identification card validated by the Secretary of State.

4AB - That all staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the prevention of sales of alcohol to underage persons (including the prevention of ‘proxy sales’), and the challenge 25 scheme in operation at the premises. A record of such training shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times and be made immediately available for inspection at the premises to council and / or police officers on request.

4AC - Clearly legible signs shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers stating to the effect that a challenge 25 policy is in operation at the premises, that customers may be asked to provide proof of age and stating what the acceptable forms of proof of age are. Such signage shall be displayed at all entrances, points of sale and in all areas where alcohol is displayed for sale.

840 - That the outside area will be cleared of furniture 30-minutes after the closing of the premises.

841 - That in the event of a temporary event notice taking place with a terminal hour beyond 21:00 hours, the outside area will be vacated by 22:00 hours and cleared of furniture by 22:30 hours. Doors will remain closed with the exception of ingress and egress after 22:00 hours.
