Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

138 - That food shall be available for customers to buy at all times when alcohol is sold.

162 - That on each day a safety inspection of the premises shall be undertaken prior to the opening of the premises to the public.

163 - That all emergency escape routes at the premises shall be kept free from obstruction and any slip or trip hazard.

170 - That refuse and recycling collection contracts shall be entered into and maintained at the premises.

172 - At least one qualified first aider shall be on duty at all times that the premises are in use under his licence.

293 - That all staff concerned in the sale or supply of intoxicating liquor undertake a recognised training scheme for such duties. Records of such training should be kept and made available for inspection, on request by police or council officers.

303 - That you shall require any regular and external promoters or any other 3rd parties hiring the premises to complete the ‘Venue Hire Agreement’ provided by Southwark Police Licensing Unit and, once completed, you shall ensure that a copy of the agreement is provided to the Police Licensing Unit a minimum of fourteen days prior to the date of hire

311 - That clearly legible notices shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be read by customers and that announcements shall be made requesting that people to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner so as not to disturb local residents.

316 - Deliveries to the premises shall take place in office hours only.

327 - That clearly legible notices shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be read by customers stating that it is illegal to sell alcohol to persons less than 18 years old.

336 - That a personal licence holder shall be present at the premises at all times that intoxicating liquor is being sold.

340 - That all beverages shall be decanted and or served in plastic / polycarbonate receptacles when entertainment is being provided and / or the premises is being used for music and dancing.

341 - That all staff shall receive training in regards to identifying and resolving conflict. Records of such training shall be kept and made available for inspection, on request by Police or other authorised officer.

342 - That any alcohol on display for sale shall be kept in an area where staff can easily monitor it.

343 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be read by customers stating the opening hours of the premises.

344 - That alcohol supplies shall be kept in locked spaces when the premises is closed.

345 - That written event specific risk assessments shall be undertaken in regards to all special events taking place at the premises. Copies of the risk assessments shall be kept at the premises and made available to officers of the police or council on request

346 - That clearly legible crime prevention notices shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be read by customers in regards to the potential theft of personal property.

347 - That a written fire risk assessment shall be undertaken by a competent person. A copy of the fire risk assessment shall be kept at the premises and shall be made available to officers of the council on request. The fire risk assessment shall be reviewed periodically and the recommendations provided in the fire risk assessment shall be implemented.

348 - That all staff shall be given Health and Safety inductions on joining the organisation to make them aware of where all fire safety equipment is located, the location of fire exits and alarm points; the emergency assembly point, and any other such information.

349 - That a fire detection and alarm system shall be install throughout the premises and shall be in use at all times that the premises are in use under this licence. The fire detection and alarm system shall be tested regularly and details of the test shall be kept in a log that shall be kept at the premises. The log shall be made available to officers of the council, fire brigade or police on request.

350 - That written emergency evacuation procedures shall be devised and kept at the premises. All staff shall be trained in regards to the emergency evacuation procedures. Records of such training shall be kept and made available for inspection to officers of the council, police or fire brigade on request.

351 - That upholstered seating shall meet the pass criteria for smouldering ignition source 0, flaming ignition source 1 and crib ignition source 5 when tested in accordance with section 5 of BS5852:1990.

352 - That notices detailing the actions to be taken in the event of fire or other emergencies, including how the fire brigade can be called, shall be prominently displayed and referred to in staff training.

353 - That PAT testing shall be undertaken in regards to all relevant appliances annually.

354 - That the premises shall be kept free of trip or slip hazards. Any spillages shall be immediately cleaned up by staff. When necessary clearly legible signs shall be displayed indicating to the effect to take caution as the floor is wet /slippery.

355 - That customers shall not be permitted access to any food preparation area.

356 - That the customer entrance door will be kept closed (not locked) after 22:30 hours.

357 - That the depositing of waste glass, earthenware or anything of a similar nature into external waste receptacles shall not take place between 22:00 hours and 08:30 hours.

358 - That a pest control contract shall be entered into and maintained at the premises. Details of any pest control inspections shall be kept at the premises and be made available to officers of the council on request.

359 - That all foodstuffs shall be stored in sealable containers.

360 - That litter shall regularly be collected from the external areas of the premises and deposited into suitable waste receptacles when the premises is in operation.

361 - That all emergency exits shall be clearly marked with the appropriate illuminated and / or directional signage which shall display the ‘running man’ symbol.

362 - That there shall be at all times, in accordance with the any risk assessments undertaken, sufficiently trained staff on duty to ensure the safe evacuation of the premises during an emergency.

363 - That adequate arrangements shall be made to enable the safe evacuation of disabled persons in the case of an emergency. These arrangements shall be recorded in the written emergency evacuation procedures.

364 - That acoustic screening shall be applied to the air handling unit (AHU) to minimise noise emissions from it.

365 - That special or late night events shall take place no more than twice a month.

366 - That the premises shall be operated in accordance with the risk assessment supplied on application for this licence, any risk assessments required elsewhere on this licence and any subsequently reviewed risk assessments at all times that the premises are in use under this licence.

427 - That clearly legible notices shall be prominently displayed at the exterior of the premises where they can easily be read by customers requesting to the effect that customers behave in an orderly manner so as not to disturb local residents.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - That the premises shall operate a 'Challenge 25' policy whereby customers purchasing alcohol appear to be under 25 years of age will be asked for an approved form of proof of age to verify their age. Approved forms of proof of age shall include a driving licence, passport or a Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) approved proof of age card.

4AK - That the Premises Licence holder and/or Designated Premises Supervisor join and support a local Pub Watch Scheme should there be one in existence for the area in which the premises is located.

4AL - That a written risk assessment shall be undertaken in regards to workplace aggression / violence. A copy of the risk assessment shall be kept at the premises and made available to officers of the council or police on request.
