Conditions: 100 - (1) No retail sale of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

101 - (2) Every retail sale of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

288 - Customers shall only consume alcohol which has been purchased from the premises. The premises shall install and maintain a comprehensive CCTV system. All entry and exit points must be covered enabling frontal identification of every person entering in a light condition. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises are open. All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31days with date and time stamping. Viewing of recordings shall be made available immediately upon the request of Police or authorised officer of the Council;

302 - The premises shall operate a zero tolerance policy to the supply and use of drugs;

308 - Any person entering the premises who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs shall in the interests of other members of the public using the premises be requested to leave the premises;

332 - All children under the age of 18 shall be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.

340 - An incident log shall be kept at the premises, and made available on request to an authorised officer of the Council or the Police. It must be completed within 24 hours of the incident and will record the following: a) all crimes reported to the venue; b) all ejections of patrons; c) any complaints received concerning crime and disorder; d) any incidents of disorder; e) all seizures of drugs or offensive weapons; f) any faults in the CCTV system, searching equipment or scanning equipment; g) any refusal of the sale of alcohol including date, time and name of staff member; h) any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service.

341 - All staff member should be checked to ensure they have the right to work in the UK. These checks should be made available upon requests to all responsible authorities. All associated ‘entitlement to work’ documents: a) must be logged and kept on the premises for the duration of the employment; and b) must be retained for a minimum of 12months after employment has ceased.

342 - A staff member from the premises who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system shall be in the premises at all times when the premises is open. This staff member must be able to provide a Police or authorised council officer copies of recent CCTV images or data with the absolute minimum of delay when requested and within a maximum of 24hours of the initial request;

343 - Subject to Data Protection guidance and legislation, the management of the premises will ensure that key staff are fully trained in the operation of the CCTV, and will be able to download selected footage onto a disk/USB Stick for the Police or authorised officers of the Local Authority or UK Border Agency without difficulty, delay or charge. Any CCTV breakdown or system failure will be notified to the Police and Local Authority immediately & remedied as soon as practicable. Repair records / invoices shall be kept on site for at least 12months and be readily available to be viewed by all authorised persons upon request;

344 - Notices shall be prominently displayed within the premises stating that CCTV is in operation;

345 - All alcohol products sold at the premises shall have the relevant UK duty paid label attached;

346 - No person shall be allowed to leave the premises whilst in the possession of any drinking vessel or open glass bottle, whether empty or containing any beverage;

347 - There shall be no striptease or nudity, and all persons shall be decently attired at all times;

348 - Anyone who appears to be drunk or intoxicated shall not be allowed entry to the premises and those who have gained entry will be escorted from the building immediately;

349 - All exit routes and public areas shall be kept unobstructed, shall have non-slippery and even surfaces, shall be free of trip hazards and shall be clearly signed;

350 - The means of escape provided for the premises shall be maintained unobstructed, free of trip hazards, be immediately available and clearly identified in accordance with the plans provided;

351 - The approved arrangements at the premises, including means of escape provisions, emergency warning equipment, the electrical installation and mechanical equipment, shall at all material times be maintained in good condition and full working order;

352 - All self-closing doors shall be effectively maintained and not held open other than by an approved device;

353 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that a suitable fire risk assessment and emergency plan is in place at all times;

354 - An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials shall be available on the premises;

355 - All such training is to be fully documented and signed by not only the employee but the person delivering the training. Training records shall be kept at the premises and made available upon request to either Police Officers or an authorised officer of the Council;

356 - That alcohol shall only be sold ancillary to karaoke or; to patrons in the area marked on the plans as the ‘Restaurant Area’, who are seated in that area of the premises & taking a table meal there and for consumption by such persons as ancillary to the table meal.

357 - The Sale of Alcohol in the area marked on the plans as the ‘Restaurant Area’ shall cease at 23.00 on Sundays to Thursdays & Midnight on Fridays & Saturdays.

358 - No customers shall remain in the area marked on the plans as the ‘Restaurant Area’ after 23.30 on Sundays to Thursdays & 00.30 on Fridays & Saturdays.

359 - Alcohol shall not be sold for consumption off the premises after 23.00 on Sundays to Thursdays & Midnight on Fridays & Saturdays.

360 - Alcohol shall only be sold for consumption off the premises when such a sale is to a customer who has consumed a meal at the premises or has attended a pre-booked Karaoke event.

361 - That any off sales of alcohol shall be provided in sealed containers and taken away from the premises, except for off-sales to be consumed in the garden area as designated in the premises plan.

363 - That no open drinks shall be taken or consumed outside the front of the premises at any time.

365 - That the capacity of the venue shall not exceed 100, excluding staff

366 - All karaoke session after 22:00 must either be booked in advance, or when customers arrive at the premises after 22:00 without a booking, they must provide the following details for the main guest in the group: (a) Full name (backed up by a form of ID). (b) Contact telephone number. (c) E-mail address.

367 - That if more than four of the karaoke rooms are in use after 21.00hrs, then an SIA registered door supervisor shall be employed at the premises until the premises is closed, the last customer has left and all customers have dispersed from the premises.

368 - Where a Door Supervisor is employed at the premises, the door supervisor will encourage customers leaving the premises at the end of the night, to disperse quietly from the area.

485 - Irresponsible Promotions: (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises - (a) Games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require or encourage, individuals to- (i) Drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) Drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise; (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) Provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner that which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) Selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional posters or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of a disability).

487 - Free tap water: (1) The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - Age Verification Policy: (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) Subject to sub-paragraph (4), the policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either - (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature. (4) The age verification policy may make provision permitting a responsible person to accept identification in digital form (“relevant ID”) instead of identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3). (5) Where provision envisaged by sub-paragraph (4) is included in the policy, the policy must make provision dealing with the circumstance described in paragraph (6). (6) The circumstance in this sub-paragraph arises where- (a) the responsible person has reason to believe that a person (“P”) who seeks to be supplied with alcohol from a place to which the age verification policy applies has not attained the age of 18, or such greater age as the age verification policy may prescribe (“the relevant age”); and (b) P has indicated their wish to use the relevant ID. (7) When the circumstance in paragraph (6) arises, the policy must state— (a) that P is obliged, upon the request of the responsible person, to make available to the responsible person the means by which their relevant ID may be verified; but (b) that the responsible person may only accept P’s relevant ID where the condition in sub-paragraph (8) applies. (8) The condition in this sub-paragraph is that the responsible person is covered by an agreement with a DVSP (“the relevant DVSP”) for the provision of digital verification services where— (a) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will confirm, in the course of providing its services to the responsible person, whether or not P has attained the relevant age; (b) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will deliver identification to the responsible person that reaches at least a medium level of confidence; (c) that level of confidence has been verified by a DVSP, whether that DVSP is the relevant DVSP or another; and (d) the relevant DVSP is registered as a provider of those services in accordance with Version 0.4 or Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (9) In this paragraph- (a) “DVSP” means a person who provides digital verification services, and is included in the register maintained by the Secretary of State under section 32 (DVS register) of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (“the 2025 Act”); (b) “DVS trust framework” is to be construed in accordance with section 28 (DVS trust framework) of the 2025 Act; (c) “medium level of confidence”, in respect of identification described in sub-paragraph (8)(b), is to be construed in accordance with— (i) Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework; (ii) Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (10) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (6) “supplied” is to be construed in accordance with section 14 of the Licensing Act 2003. (11) Nothing in sub-paragraphs (4) to (10) prevents the supply of alcohol to a person based upon identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3).

489 - Availability of Certain Measures of Alcohol: (1) The responsible person must ensure that- (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures- (i) Beer or Cider: ½ pint; (ii) Gin, Rum, Vodka or Whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; and (b) These measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) Where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available.

491 - Minimum Pricing (1) A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price as defined in the Schedule to the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Conditions) Order 2014 [UK Statutory Instrument 2014 No.1252] www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2014/1252/contents/made

4AA - A Challenge 25 proof of age scheme shall be operated at the premises where the only acceptable forms of identification are recognised photographic identification cards, such as a driving licence, passport or proof of age card with the PASS Hologram. Signage advertising the aforementioned proof of age scheme shall be prominently displayed throughout the premises with a particular emphasis on the alcohol display area and service area;

4AB - All staff members engaged, or to be engaged, in selling alcohol on the premises shall receive full training pertinent to the Licensing Act, specifically in regard to age-restricted sales, and the refusal of sales to persons believed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This shall take place every 6months;

4AI - A record shall be kept detailing all refused sales of alcohol. The record should include the date and time of the refused sale and the name of the member of staff who refused the sale. The record shall be available for inspection at the premises by the police or an authorised officer of the Council at all times whilst the premises is open;

841 - That the CCTV system shall cover all arears of the premises, except the toilets;

842 - That the garden shall close at 22.00hrs, except as a smoking area with a maximum of five people after 22.00hrs;

846 - That the written disposal policy shall be kept at the premises with the licence and made available for inspection by authorised officers of the council or the police. All relevant staff shall be trained in the implementation of this policy.

848 - That clear signage shall be prominently displayed where it can be easily seen and read, requesting that alcohol sold as “off sales” shall not be opened and consumed in the vicinity of the Premises;

850 - That external waste handling, collections, deliveries and the cleaning of external areas shall only occur between the hours of 08:00hrs to 20:00hrs.
