Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

158 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed at the premises where it can easily be seen and read by customers requesting to the effect that customers behave in a quiet and orderly manner with respect to local residents.

340 - That noise from patrons and activities at the premises shall be managed to ensure that public nuisance shall not be caused in the vicinity of the premises or intrude inside the nearest or most exposed noise sensitive premises.

341 - That external waste handling, collections, deliveries and the cleaning of external areas shall only occur between the hours of 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs

342 - That no alcoholic goods will be purchased or taken from persons cold calling to the shop. Details, including CCTV images, of any cold callers selling goods shall be passed to trading standards as soon as possible.

343 - That the licensee will immediately report to trading standards any instance of a cold caller to the shop attempting to sell alcohol.

344 - That a notice shall be clearly displayed by the entry door stating that the shop does not buy goods from cold callers.

345 - That no spirits shall be purchased in a resealed box.

346 - That invoices (or copies thereof) for all alcoholic goods on the premises will be kept at the shop and made available to officers from the council, police or HMRC upon request.

347 - That a stock control system will be implemented and maintained so that the licensee can quickly identify where and when alcoholic goods have been purchased.

348 - That an ultra-violet light will be available at the premises for the purpose of checking the UK duty stamp on spirits as soon as practical after they have been purchased.

349 - That if any spirits bought by the business have UK duty stamps that do not fluoresce under ultra-violet light, or are otherwise suspicious, the licensee shall identify the supplier to Southwark Council trading standards service as soon as possible. Such goods are to be removed from the shop retail display area and placed in a clearly dedicated area of the storeroom marked "not for sale".

350 - That all staff involved in the purchasing or checking of alcohol shall receive appropriate training.

351 - CCTV covering the interior and exterior of the shop shall be installed and will be kept operational at all times the premises are open to the public. It shall be capable of taking a head & shoulders shot of persons entering the premises, be capable of storing footage for a minimum of 31 days. A member of staff trained & capable of downloading footage shall be on duty at all times the premises are open to the public. Footage shall be provided to council and / or police officers on request.

352 - That all staff involved in the sale of alcohol will receive training for their role on induction & refresher training every 6 months. The training will include identifying persons under 25, challenging customers who appear to be underage, what is acceptable proof of age identification and verification of proof of age identification, making and recording a refusal of sale in respect of alcohol, preventing proxy sales of alcohol, not serving intoxicated persons, avoiding conflict, responsible alcohol retailing & safeguarding children. Written records pertaining to such training shall be kept for all staff.

353 - That notices will be prominently displayed by the entry / exit door and counter advising customers that CCTV & a Challenge 25 scheme are in operation; advising customers of the provisions of the licensing act regarding underage & proxy sales; asking customers to respect nearby residents, to leave quietly, not to loiter outside the shop and to dispose of litter responsibly. Signage will be displayed stating the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol & the opening hours of the shop.

354 - That an incident book shall be kept at the premises which will record the following: • All crimes reported • Lost property • All ejections of customers • Any complaints received • Any incidents of disorder • Any seizure of drugs or offensive weapons • Any faults in and work carried out in respect of the CCTV system • Any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service • A CAD number where police are called The incident log shall be made available to council and / or police officers on request.

355 - That all spirits shall be displayed behind the counter & all other alcohol shall be displayed in a clear line of sight of the counter.

356 - That when the shop is open outside of the permitted hours for the sale of alcohol all displays of alcohol shall be covered by lockable shutters which shall be locked shut.

357 - That all alcohol not on display will be stored in a lockable store room.

358 - That all containers of alcohol shall be marked with a label stating the name & postcode of the premises.

359 - That the premises will actively engage and work with the local police also and police & council licensing teams.

360 - That a minimum of 2 staff shall be on duty at all times the premises are permitted to sell alcohol.

361 - That the DPS, or another personal licence holder, shall be on duty at all times the premises are permitted to sell alcohol.

362 - That only trained staff authorised in writing by the DPS may sell alcohol. A written authorisation regarding this condition will be signed by the DPS and be displayed with the summary of the premises licence.

364 - That no unaccompanied children under 16 will be permitted on the premises after 19.00.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - A challenge 25 scheme shall be maintained at the premises requiring that staff selling alcohol request that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a driving licence, passport, UK armed services ID card, and any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card such as the Proof of Age London (PAL) card or any age identification card validated by the Secretary of State.

4AB - All staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the prevention of sales of alcohol to underage persons, and the challenge 25 scheme in operation at the premises. A record of such training shall be kept/ be accessible at the premises at all times and be made immediately available for inspection at the premises to council or police officers on request. The training record shall include the trainee's name (in block capitals), the trainer's name (in block capitals), the signature of the trainee, the signature of the trainer, the date(s) of training and a declaration that the training has been received.

4AC - That that clearly legible signs shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers stating to the effect that a challenge 25 policy is in operation at the premises, that customers may be asked to provide proof of age and stating what the acceptable forms of proof of age are. Such signage shall be displayed at all entrances, points of sale and in all areas where alcohol is displayed for sale; the signage shall be kept free from obstruction at all times.

4AI - That that a register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained at the premises. The register shall be clearly and legibly marked on the front cover as a register of refused sales, with the address of the premises and with the name and address of the licence holder, the register shall be kept/ be accessible at the premises at all times. On a monthly basis, the designated premises supervisor (DPS) shall check the register to ensure it is being properly completed and mark the register to that effect and where appropriate, take corrective action in a timely manner if the register is not being completed correctly. The register shall be made available for inspection at the premises to council or police officers on request.

840 - That no beers, lagers or ciders exceeding 5.5% alcohol by volume (ABV), with the exception of Dragon Stout (7.5% ABV) and Guinness Foreign Extra (7.5% ABV), shall be displayed or sold.

841 - That no more than 20% of the retail display area shall be used for the display of alcohol.
