Conditions: 158 - Clear and legible notices will be prominently displayed to remind customers to leave quietly and have respect to our neighbours.

288 - That a CCTV system which can capture footage of the interior and exterior of the premises has been installed at the premises & maintained in full working order, also continually recording at all times the premises are that are in use. The CCTV system it’s capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises.

289 - All CCTV footage will be kept for a period of 31 days and shall be made available to the police or council officers for viewing immediately on request. That at all times the premises are in operation there shall be a member of staff on duty who is capable of viewing and downloading recordings immediately should the police or council officers request a copy any recordings.

293 - At all times of any licensable activities, there is sufficient and competent staff able and willing to fulfil the terms and conditions of the license and for preventing crime and disorder.

311 - Posters will be displayed that are visible to customers in the premises requesting them to respect noise levels.

315 - That staff shall monitor the internal and external areas of the premises and take necessary actions to ensure that their patrons cause no nuisance or disturbance to the venues neighbours.

340 - That all staff are trained on how to deal with drunkenness' and any conflicts of customers present in or around the premises.

341 - The training would be recorded and kept available for auditing and refresher training would be provided when appropriate.

342 - Any unsocial behaviour will not be tolerated and be reported when required.

343 - Any incidents of any activities that are criminal or unlawful in nature would be reported to the police immediately.

344 - CCTV footage would be made available to the police if required. The CCTV system shall conform to the below. 1. Cameras must be sited to observe the entrance and exit doors both inside and outside. 2. Cameras on the entrances must capture full frame shots of the heads and shoulders of all people entering the premises i.e. capable of identification. 3. Cameras viewing till areas must capture frames not less than 50% of screen. 4. Cameras overlooking floor areas should be wide angled to give an overview of the premises. 5. Be capable of visually confirming the nature of the crime committed. 6. Provide a linked record of the date, time and place of any image. 7. Provide good quality images –colour during opening times. 8. Operate under existing light levels within and outside the premises. 9. Have the recording device located in a secure area or locked cabinet. 10. Have a monitor to review images and recorded picture quality. 11. Be regularly maintained to ensure continuous quality of image capture retention. 12. Have signage displayed in the customer area to advise that CCTV is in operation. 13. Digital images must be kept for 31 days. 14. Police will have access to images at any reasonable time. 15. The equipment must have a suitable export method, e. G. USB so that the police can make an evidential copy of the data they require. This data should be in the native file format, to ensure that no image quality is lost when making the copy, if this format is non- standard (i.e. manufacturer proprietary) then the manufacturer should supply the replay software to ensure that the video on the USB can be replayed by the police on a standard computer. Copies must be made available to Police on request.

345 - All emergency exits shall be kept free from obstruction at all times.

346 - All customers will be asked to leave quietly.

347 - That clearly legible signs shall be prominently displayed at all exits, and so that they can easily be seen and read by customers, requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises and area in a quiet and orderly manner. Such signs shall be maintained free from obstruction when the premises are in use in accordance with this licence.

348 - That clearly legible notices shall be prominently displayed at the entrance of the premises where they can easily be seen and read by customers requesting to the effect that customers wait for service inside the premises. Such notices shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

349 - That after 0000hrs all food and drink sold shall be for consumption away from the premises only.

350 - That only experienced and reputable delivery companies will be able to make deliveries on behalf of the venue. That details of the delivery companies used shall be recorded in written format and made available to police or council officers

351 - Signage instructing all staff/delivery drivers/riders to respect local residents, keep noise levels down and switch engines off whilst waiting.

352 - That staff shall monitor the delivery driver/riders waiting area and ensure that the operatives do not cause any nuisance be that noise or otherwise to the venues neighbours.

353 - That at least one member of staff should be on duty at all times the premises is open that is trained in the use of the CCTV and able to view and download images to a removable device on request of Police or council officer.

354 - An incident log shall be kept at the premises, and made available on request to an authorised officer of the Council or the Police. It must be completed within 24 hours of the incident and will record the following: a) all crimes reported to the venue; b) all ejections of patrons; c) any complaints received concerning crime and disorder; d) any incidents of disorder; e) all seizures of drugs or offensive weapons; f) any faults in the CCTV system, searching equipment or scanning equipment; g) any refusal of the sale of alcohol including date, time and name of staff member; h) any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service.
