Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

112 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for non standard timings as stated on the days below: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and Lunar Chinese New Year's Eve: 09:00hrs to 02:00hrs;

113 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for the sale or supply of alcohol for non standard timings as stated below on the following days: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and Lunar Chinese New Year's Eve: 10:00hrs to 02:00hrs;

114 - This licence allows for the premises to extend the following licensable activities for non standard timings as stated below on the following days: The premises is permitted the provisions of regulated entertainment in the form of live and recorded music (indoors) on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and Lunar Chinese New Year's Eve from 23:00hrs to 02:00hrs;

115 - This licence allows for the premises for the provision of late night refreshment for non standard timings stated below on the following days: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and Lunar Chinese New Year's Eve 23:00 to 02:00hrs

293 - The premise licence holder or Designated Premises Supervisor shall ensure that all management and staff who are not personal licence holders are fully trained and briefed on the four licensing objectives and Challenge 25 and they are adhered to;

342 - The Designated Premises Supervisor shall co-operate with reasonable requests made by authorised officers of responsible authorities under the Licensing Act 2003 to ensure the licensing objectives are not undermined;

343 - There shall be no vertical drinking at the premises;

344 - All off sales of alcohol shall be ancillary to a food order;

345 - A CCTV system shall be installed to cover all entry and exit points enabling frontal identification of every person entering in any light condition;

346 - The CCTV system shall continually record and cover areas where alcohol is kept for selection and purchase by the public, whilst the premises is open for licensable activities. It shall operate during all times when customers remain on the premises;

347 - All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31 days with correct date and time stamping and shall be made available immediately upon the request of Police or an authorised officer of the council throughout the preceding 31 day period;

348 - A staff member from the premises who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times when the premises are open to the public. This staff member must be able to show a Police or authorised Council Officer recent data or footage with the absolute minimum of delay when requested;

349 - CCTV shall be downloaded on request of the Police or authorised officer of the Council;

350 - Appropriate signage advising customers of CCTV being in operation, shall be prominently displayed in the premises;

351 - A documented check of the CCTV shall be completed weekly to ensure all cameras remain operational and the 31 days storage for recordings is being maintained;

352 - A premises daily register shall be kept at the premises. This register shall be maintained and kept for a rolling period of 12 months;

354 - The register shall be readily available for inspection by an authorised person upon reasonable request;

355 - All exit routes shall be kept unobstructed, shall have non-slippery and even surfaces, shall be free of trip hazards and shall be clearly signed;

356 - Public areas shall be maintained free from obstruction and trip hazards;

357 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that a suitable fire risk assessment and emergency plan is in place at all times;

358 - An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials shall be available on the premises;

359 - Patrons smoking outside the premises shall be monitored regularly to ensure the potential for noise nuisance is controlled;

360 - The premises’ frontage shall be regularly monitored to keep it clean and clear of litter;

361 - Signage requesting customers to be respectful of others when entering or leaving the premises shall be installed in a prominent position by the premises’ exit;

362 - No person shall be allowed to leave the premises whilst in the possession of any open drinking vessel, whether empty or containing any beverage;

363 - All deliveries will be made by a reputable courier or third party delivery platform who has a relevant age verification process or the premises Licence holder, or a direct employee of the premises licence holder;

364 - Alcohol shall not be delivered to a person in a public place (e.g. car park, street corner, bus stop etc.);

365 - Where deliveries are made by the Premises Licence holder, or a direct employee of the premises licence holder, the person making the delivery shall carry a book, or other form of record, in which they shall record the date, time and circumstances under which any challenge is made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme. This record, a version of which must be kept in English, shall be made available for inspection by any Police, community support or authorised Council officer upon demand. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall frequently check the record to ensure all staff are using it and shall sign and date it immediately after the latest entry as a record of doing so.

366 - That the venue shall operate a delivery only service between the hours of 2300 and the terminal hour and during these times no members of the public shall attend the venue;

367 - That the venues management/staff shall monitor the outside area where delivery drivers/riders wait and take the necessary actions to ensure that no nuisance or disturbance is caused to their neighbours;

368 - All off sales of alcohol shall be made in sealed containers;

369 - That all off sales of alcohol shall be ancillary to an accompanying food sale;

370 - That all sales after 23:00hrs shall be made via email or telephone orders for delivery only save for days when non-standard timings apply;

371 - That delivery drivers will be instructed as follows: (a) to turn their engines off when collecting orders for delivery from the premises; (b) that all delivery drivers behave in a quiet and orderly manner with respect to local residents; (c) that delivery drivers do not use vehicle horns to attract the attention of workers at the premises or otherwise use their vehicle horns unnecessarily when approaching or leaving the premises; (d) that delivery drivers do not engage in unnecessary revving of engines on approaching or leaving the premises and locale.

372 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed both inside and outside the premises where it can easily be seen and read by delivery drivers advising to the effect that (a), all vehicle engines are turned off (b), that all delivery drivers behave in a quiet and orderly manner with respect to local residents (c), that delivery drivers do not use vehicle horns to attract the attention of workers at the premises or otherwise use their vehicle horns unnecessarily when approaching or leaving the premises and (d), that delivery drivers do not engage in unnecessary revving of engines on approaching or leaving the premises and locale;

373 - That staff shall be trained in minimising noise nuisance that may arise due to the operation of the premises. The training shall include all of the steps that staff are expected to take to minimize the operation of the premises from causing noise nuisance. Details of such training, including the printed name of the trainee and the date of the training, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises;

374 - That clearly legible signage stating a dedicated contact telephone number for the premises shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen read by passers-by. The signage shall state to the effect that the phone number shown can be used to contact the premises in respect of any complaints regarding the operation of the premises. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times. The telephone in respect of this number, if a mobile phone, must be on the duty manager’s person at all times;

375 - That the premises shall be closed to ‘walk in’ customers after 23:00hrs. No members of the public shall be permitted on the premises after 23:00hrs save for days when non-standard timings apply;

376 - That signage shall prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by passers-by stating to the effect that the premises are shut for walk in service after 23:00hrs. This is to discourage members of the public approaching the premises after 23:00hrs;

377 - That any litter caused by the operation of the premises shall be cleared away from the immediate vicinity of the premises periodically throughout operating hours, and at the end of trade, on each day that the premises are in operation;

378 - That after 23:00hrs the entrance to the premises shall be kept closed except to allow the immediate access and egress of delivery drivers in respect of deliveries from the premises, or in respect of emergency access and egress save for days when non-standard timings apply;

379 - That deliveries to the premises, and the removal of waste or recycling from the premises, shall not take place after 23:00hrs;

380 - That staff shall be instructed to arrive at, leave and conduct themselves at the premises in a quiet and orderly manner at all times with particular care taken when staff close the site at the end of trade on each day. Details of such training, including the printed name of the trainee and the date of the training, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises;

381 - That all relevant staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003, the promotion of the licensing objectives and the terms and conditions of this licence. Records pertaining to such training (‘the staff training logs’) shall be kept at the premises, shall be updated every 6 months and shall be made immediately available to responsible authority officers on request. The training logs shall include the trainee’s name (in block capitals), the trainer’s name (in block capitals), the signature of the trainee, the signature of the trainer, the date(s) of training and a declaration that the training has been received and understood by the trainee;

382 - The premises licence holder shall maintain an accurate and up to date record of all sales of alcohol. This information shall be made available to Police and authorised officers when requested;

383 - After 23:00hrs the premises shall not be open to the public and no member of the public shall be permitted to attend the premises at any time for the purchase/collection of alcohol;

384 - All deliveries will be made by a reputable courier who has a relevant age verification process or the premises Licence holder, or a direct employee of the Premises Licence holder;

385 - Where deliveries are made by the Premises Licence holder, or a direct employee of the Premises Licence holder, the person making the delivery shall carry a book, or other form of record, in which they shall record the date, time and circumstances under which any challenge is made in accordance with the "Challenge 25" scheme. A version of this record, which must be kept in English, shall be made available for inspection by any police, community support or authorised Council officer upon demand. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall frequently check the record to ensure all staff are using it and shall sign and date it immediately after the latest entry as a record of doing so.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - That a challenge 25 scheme shall be maintained requiring that staff selling or delivering alcohol request that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase or take receipt of alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a photo driving licence, passport, UK armed services photo ID card, any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card (such as the Proof of Age London (PAL) card) or any age verification card accredited by the Secretary of State. Alcohol will not be delivered to any person who is challenged and fails to provide an acceptable form of ID;

4AB - That all staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the prevention of sales of alcohol to underage persons (including the prevention of ‘proxy sales’) and the challenge 25 scheme in operation at the premises. The details of such training, including the printed name(s) of the trainee(s) and the date(s) that the training was given, shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises;

4AC - Notices advertising that the premises operates a "Challenge 25" scheme shall be displayed in a clear and prominent position at the premises entrance;

4AI - That a register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained in order to demonstrate effective operation of the challenge 25 policy. If a hardcopy register, it shall be clearly and legibly marked on the front cover as a register of refused alcohol sales, with the address of the premises and the name of the licence holder. The register shall be used to record details of all refused sales of alcohol. The register shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times. The register shall be made immediately available for inspection at the premises to responsible authority officers on request;
