Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

341 - CCTV shall be installed and have the ability to capture a clear identifiable facial image of all patrons entering the venue. Images will be stored for a minimum of 31 days and will be made available to Police or other relevant authority upon request;

342 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days, maintained to a good working order and shall, upon request, be made immediately available to Officers of the Police and the Council;

343 - A member of staff should be on duty at all times the premises is open that is trained in the use of the CCTV and able to view and download images to a removable device;

344 - That the premises shall operate in line with the dispersal policy. A copy of this policy shall be kept at the premises and made available upon request by Police or Council Officers;

345 - That clearly legible signage will be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers at all exits from the premises and at the bar area advising to the effect that customers are not permitted to take any drinks from the premises outside of the premises at any time. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions;

346 - There shall be no new entry to the premises for customers after 00:00hrs (save for re-entry for existing customers who have temporarily left the premises, e.g. to smoke);

347 - Customers permitted to temporarily leave and then re-enter the premises to smoke must be restricted to a designated smoking area. There shall be no more than 5 persons permitted outside to smoke after 22:00hrs on any day;

348 - A comprehensive Dispersal Policy shall be produced and implemented at the premises, with all staff trained on the most recent iteration of the policy. The dispersal policy will be kept at the premises with the premises licence. A record of staff training on the Dispersal Policy shall be kept at the premises and a copy of the policy and training records be made available to the council or police on request;

349 - No externally promoted DJ led events shall take place at the venue;

350 - The venue shall not operate as a night club;

351 - An incident log shall be kept at the premises and made available on request to Police or authorised Council Officers The log will include the following: (a) all crimes reported to the venue (b) all ejections of patrons (c) any complaints received concerning crime and disorder (d) any incidents of disorder (e) all seizures of drugs or offensive weapons (f) any faults in the CCTV system, searching equipment or scanning equipment (g) any refusal of the sale of alcohol (h) any visit by a relevant authority or emergency service.

352 - Notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits requesting customers to respect the needs of local residents and businesses and leave the area quietly;

353 - Notices shall be prominently displayed at any area used for smoking requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and use the area quietly;

356 - All staff will be fully trained in their responsibilities with regard to the sale of alcohol, and will be retrained every six months, with recorded training records kept for inspection. Training to Include: • preventing underage sales of alcohol • preventing proxy sales of alcohol to underage persons • preventing sales of alcohol to a person who is drunk

357 - A sound limiting device shall be installed, set and maintained, to control maximum levels of amplified sound inside the premises so as to ensure entertainment noise from the premises does not cause a public nuisance in the vicinity of the premises, and in particular is not audible inside any nearby noise sensitive premises;

358 - No noise generated on the premises, or by its associated plant or equipment, shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises which gives rise to a nuisance;

359 - All audio and musical equipment used in the premises shall be played through the installed sound limiting device;

360 - The premises shall be adequately mechanically ventilated and comfort cooled to allow doors leading to external areas to remain closed during licensed entertainment;

361 - During any licensed entertainment on the premises all doors leading to external areas shall remain closed (except for access or egress);

362 - Amplified music, song or speech shall not be broadcast in external areas at any time;

365 - No waste or recyclable materials, including bottles, shall be moved, removed from or placed in outside areas between 23.00hrs and 08.00hrs on the following day. All waste shall be properly presented and placed out for collection no earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled collection times.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - The premises shall operate an age check 'Challenge 25' policy whereby customers purchasing alcohol who look or appear to be under 25 years of age will be asked for an approved form of proof of age to verify their age. Approved forms shall include a driving licence, passport or a PASS approved proof of age card such as the Southwark Proof of Age (SPA) card;

4AB - All staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the age check 'Challenge 25' policy. A record of their training, including the dates that each member of staff is trained, shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by the Council's authorised officers or the Police;

4AC - Age check or 'Challenge 25' signage shall be displayed at entrances to the premises, areas where alcohol is displayed for sale and at points of sale to inform customers that an age check 'Challenge 25' policy applies and proof of age may be required;

4AI - A register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained in order to demonstrate effective operation of the policy. The register shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by Council authorised officers or the Police;

803 - A venue hire agreement shall be agreed with all patrons seeking to hire the venue in advance of the event, a copy will remain on the premises and will be available for inspection by the police and responsible authorities upon request. The agreement will contain the contact details of the person hiring the premises, the conditions of hire and will be signed by the customer. It will remain on the premises for a period of 28 days after the event.

805 - Clearly legible signage will be prominently displayed at all guest exits, where it can easily be seen and read, requesting to the effect that guests do not take drinks outside after 22:00 hours.

807 - The maximum number of people permitted on the premises at any one time, (the accommodation limit), will be 300 excluding staff".

815 - The outside area to the front of the premises can be used for the consumption of alcohol purchased from the premises until 22:00 hours, a maximum of 20 people will be permitted in this space at any one time.

840 - The premises is permitted to hold a maximum of 12 events per year during which licensable activities can continue to 03:00 hours with opening hours continuing to 03:30 hours on Fridays and Saturdays.

841 - That licensable activities shall only take place as ancillary to activities consistent with a dance studio, exhibition, corporate event, product promotion or a wedding reception.

842 - These premises are not open to the general public to “walk in”.

843 - CCTV shall also be installed to cover external areas used for licensable activities.

844 - Every event will have a published guest list that will be fully accessible to the police and responsible authorities upon request. Those not on the guest list will not be permitted entry.

845 - At least one toilet will be made available per 50 patrons.

846 - The venue shall risk assess the need for SIA security staff at each event.

847 - Where the licensable activities are occurring beyond 01:00 hours, an ID Scan system shall be in place from the start time of the event for all customers requiring entry to the premises.

8AJ - All customers leaving the premises to smoke must do so outside the front of the venue.
