Conditions: 100 - (1) No retail sale of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

101 - (2) Every retail sale of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

112 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for non standard timings as stated on the days below. o From 07:00 to 03:00 on days preceding a bank holiday. o An additional hour once a year when the clocks go forward. o From the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.

113 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for the sale or supply of alcohol for non standard timings as stated below on the following days: o From 11:00 to 03:00 on days preceding a bank holiday (on sales to finish at 02:30). o An additional hour once a year when the clocks go forward. o From the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.

114 - This licence allows for the premises to extend the following licensable activities for non standard timings as stated below on the following days: Live music, recorded music, performance of dance, Entertainment Similar to live/recorded music / dance - Indoors o From 23:00 to 03:00 on Sundays preceding a bank holiday Monday. o An additional hour once a year at the end of British Summertime (when the clocks go forward). o From the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Day

115 - This licence allows for the premises for the provision of late night refreshment for non standard timings stated below on the following days: o From 23:00 to 03:00 on days preceding a bank holiday. o An additional hour once a year when the clocks go forward. o From the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Day

288 - A CCTV system shall be installed and maintained in full working order. The CCTV system will record footage of evidential quality in all lighting conditions and should be able to capture a clear facial image of all persons that enter the venue. All public areas will be covered by the CCTV system including the bar, smoking area, exits & entrance. The CCTV system shall be checked prior to licensable activities taking place to ensure it is in full working order.

289 - All CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty-one (31) days and shall be made available for inspection to officers of the Police and the Council in accordance with the requirements of the DPA.

293 - That all relevant staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003, the promotion of the licensing objectives and the terms and conditions of this licence. Records pertaining to such training shall be kept in a log, shall be updated every 6 months and shall be made immediately available to responsible authority officers on request. The training log shall include the trainee’s name (in block capitals), the trainer’s name (in block capitals), and the signature of the trainee, the signature of the trainer, the date(s) of training and a declaration that the training has been received and understood.

340 - Adequate members of staff will be on duty upon the premises so as to ensure all licensing objectives are upheld.

341 - The names of all staff employed to make sales of alcohol on behalf of the DPS will be detailed in writing in an authorisation record which shall be kept at the premises and be made available to responsible authority officers immediately on request. The authorisation record shall include the name and address of the premises, the name of the DPS and the printed names of all authorised staff.

342 - That there shall be an identified duty manager on site at all times that the premises are in operation. The duty manager shall be made known to any visiting responsible authority officers immediately on request. (‘Identified’ in this condition means known to all staff).

343 - That there shall be at least on member of staff on duty at all times the premises are in operation who is trained and proficient in the operation of the CCTV system and who is capable of operating and retrieving footage at the request of police, council or other authorised officers.

344 - A member of staff shall be on duty at all times that the premises are being used for the licensable activities, who is trained in the use of the CCTV system and who is able to view, and download to a removable device, CCTV footage at the request of police and / or council officers in accordance with the provisions of the DPA.

345 - A minimum of 2 SIA registered door supervisors will be employed at the premises every Friday & Saturday from 22:00 until close and all patrons have vacated the vicinity of the premises.

346 - A risk assessment shall take place to determine the appropriate additional number of SIA registered door supervisors to be employed at the premises between Sunday & Thursday.

347 - SIA registered door supervisors will be employed to control entry to the premises, to deal with the searching / scanning of customers, to deal with any anti-social or disorderly behaviour at the premises, to deescalate confrontations, to assist with emergency escape from the premises, to deal with the ejection of people from the premises and to assist management in liaising with the police regarding instances of crime and to assist with ensuring that the premises’ dispersal policy is adhered to. When deployed they shall remain at the premises until close and all patrons have vacated the premises. The door supervisors shall be easily identifiable.

348 - Whenever searches of entrants to the premises are taking place persons who leave the premises and wish to re-enter the premises shall be subject to a further search on re-entry to the premises.

349 - The SIA door supervisors shall be easily identifiable and remain on duty until all patrons have vacated the venue and adjacent roads.

350 - Counting devices shall be used by SIA door supervisors to keep an accurate count of the number of people at the premises and to ensure that the premises’ accommodation limit is never exceeded. The door supervisors must be able to determine and state the number of people at the premises immediately on the request of responsible authority officers.

351 - When SIA are required, they will be provided with handheld metal detection units in order to ensure that searches are carried out in respect of all admissions to the premises. The search policy shall include the searching of all customers including DJs, Artists, and associated staff

352 - Where a third-party event takes place at the venue after 18:00 on any day, be it live or recorded, the following SIA Security Staff will be on duty: o Where the capacity of the premises is up to 100 (excluding staff) there shall be a minimum of 2 SIA Security staff on duty. o Where the capacity of the premises is between 100 & 200 (excluding staff) there shall be a minimum of 3 SIA Security staff on duty. o Where the capacity of the premises is over 200 (excluding staff) there shall be a minimum of 4 SIA Security staff on duty and whenever possible one of which will be female.

353 - A zero tolerance drugs and weapons policy shall be in place at the premises. o Anybody found with or using drugs and/or weapons will be ejected from the premises and shall not be re-admitted. o Any person who is suspected of having drugs on their person will be asked to consent to a search, and should they refuse the search that person shall be ejected from the premises. o All relevant staff shall be trained the drugs policy. o A record of the training shall be kept in the staff training logs at the premises. o The training record shall include the printed name of the trainee and the date that the training was received.

354 - Clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed in the toilets where it can easily be seen and read by customers, advising to the effect that the taking of illegal drugs will not be tolerated at the premises. These notices shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

355 - A drugs and weapons box that is under the direct control of premises management will be available for use on the premises. Any drugs or weapons will be handed over to the Police in accordance with the Police instructions.

356 - Where a third-party event takes place at the venue after 22:00 hours, all customers attending the venue will be searched and the search shall include, but not limited to, the use of handheld metal detector prior to entry. The search policy will include the search of all customers and shall include DJs, Artists and associated staff and their equipment.

357 - The maximum number of people permitted on the premises at any one time (the ‘accommodation limit’) is 330 people (excluding staff). The accommodation limit shall be known by all staff and shall not be exceeded at any time

358 - Clear & legible notices will be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers stating that customers attending the venue may be searched prior to entry.

359 - A crime prevention policy will be maintained and include provision for lost property and its return to owners. o A copy of the crime prevention policy shall be kept at the premises and shall be made for inspection to council and / or police officers on request. All relevant staff shall be trained in the crime prevention policy. o A record of the training shall be kept in the staff training logs at the premises. o The training record shall include the printed name of the trainee and the date that the training was received.

360 - Measures will be in place to keep crime and theft to a minimum. Examples would be a controlled cloakroom areas & Chelsea clips under tables. Staff will also be trained to observe all customer areas & be aware of risks such as personal belongings being unattended.

361 - Crime prevention notices will be displayed on the premises warning customers of prevalence of crime which may target them, for instance, to warn of pickpockets or bag snatchers

362 - A full selection of soft drinks will be available to customers as an alternative to alcohol

363 - No customers entering the premises shall be permitted to bring drinks onto the premises.

364 - Customers will not be permitted to leave the premises with open containers.

365 - There shall be no new admission, or re-admission, of the public to the premises from o 00:00 Thursday o 02:00 Friday & Saturday.

366 - All off sales shall be in sealed containers and for consumption away from the premises.

367 - Any spills of liquid on the floor of the premises, and / or broken, used or waste glass / earthenware at the premises, shall be cleared away as soon as possible on a continuous basis whilst the premises are in use.

368 - There shall be no off sales made to customers from o 00:00 Monday to Thursday, o 02:00 Friday & Saturday o 23:00 on Sunday.

369 - There will be regular collections of glass within the venue

370 - Clear and up to date information on local public transport availability & local taxi companies will be displayed &/or be made available to enable customers to plan their journeys from the premises & ensure safe transportation home

371 - An incident recording system shall be maintained to record details of any occurrences such as o anti-social or disorderly behaviour, o ejections of people from the premises o Responsible authority visits, o Malfunction of CCTV system, and any other relevant matters. The system shall record o The time, date, location and description of each incident, o Details of the person reporting the incident and any action taken All relevant staff shall be trained in the incident recording system. A record of the training shall be kept in the staff training logs at the premises. The training record shall include the printed name of the trainee and the date that the training was received. The incident log shall be made immediately available to responsible authority officers on request.

372 - Clearly legible signage shall be displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers and staff identifying all emergency escape routes and emergency exits at the premises. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times

373 - An entry policy will be maintained at the premises. A copy of the entry policy shall be kept at the premises with the premises licence and shall be made immediately available for inspection to council and / or police officers on request. The entry policy shall cover (but not necessarily be limited to search policy, reasons for refusal of entry, dealing with overcrowding and suspect packages. All relevant staff shall be trained in the entry policy. A record of the training shall be kept in the staff training logs at the premises. The training record shall include the printed name of the trainee and the date that the training was received.

374 - Appropriate first aid equipment / materials shall be kept at the premises in a dedicated first aid box / boxes. The first aid box(es) shall be kept easily accessible and unobstructed at all times. All staff shall be made aware of where the first aid boxes are located.

375 - A first aid policy will be devised and maintained at the premises. A copy of the first aid policy shall be kept at the premises with the premises licence and shall be made immediately available for inspection to council and / or police officers on request. All relevant staff shall be trained in the first aid policy. A record of the training shall be kept in the staff training logs at the premises. The training record shall include the printed name of the trainee and the date that the training was received

376 - Ask for Angela’ posters (or posters relating to whatever similar scheme may be recommended at any time) shall be displayed in the female toilet facilities and kept free from obstructions at all times. All relevant staff shall be trained in the ‘Ask for Angela’ scheme (or similar scheme). A record of the training shall be kept in the staff training logs at the premises. The training record shall include the printed name of the trainee and the date that the training was received.

377 - The venue shall have ultimate responsibility for risk assessing all events held.

378 - An event management plan and accompanying risk assessments hall be developed by the venue and a copy of this shall be held at the venue and made available to authorised officer of the council and police on request. The plan shall include but not limited to the following: o A clear and concise risk assessment system of grading of the event. o A risk assessment of the requirement for additional SIA.

379 - A record of the event management plan and accompanying risk assessments shall be kept and made available to (on request) Authorised council officers and police.

380 - All spirits (alcohol containing more than 20% ABV) shall be sold by the measure of 25ml or 35ml at a maximum of two measures per container. The only exception to this will be bottles of wine or spirits that are consumed at a pre-booked table and with food.

381 - All drinks supplied for consumption on the premises shall be decanted into either polycarbonate, recyclable plastic, or recyclable paper- based material receptacles. The only exception to this will be between prior to 23:00 hours when glass wear will be permitted & at a pre-booked table and with food.

382 - The Licence Holder will instruct a professional noise consultant to assess the impact of noise from the premises & adopt all recommendations that arise as a result of the report and maintain the requirements. A copy of the report shall be accessible at the premises at all times and shall be made immediately available to responsible authority officers on request.

383 - A sound limiting device shall be installed at the premises, be maintained in full working order and be in use at all times that the premises are in operation under this licence. All amplification equipment, entertainment devices and amplified instruments shall be routed through the sound limiting device which shall be calibrated so that the sound level of amplified sound at the premises does not cause a statutory or public nuisance. Only key nominated staff shall have access to the sound limiting device and shall be able to demonstrate that it is in use at the immediate request of council and / or police officers.

384 - Only management staff shall have access to amplification and sound limiting equipment at the premises and only management staff shall be permitted to change any control settings on said equipment.

385 - There will be regular patrols of the boundary of the premises and / or at the nearest residential points to ensure nuisance impacts are not being experienced by neighbours. Details of such patrols, including the name of the person undertaking the patrol and the date and time of the patrol shall be kept in a log. The patrol log shall be made available to responsible authority officers immediately on request.

386 - Delivery and collection times (waste, equipment, and consumables) will be restricted to between 08:00hrs and 20:00hrs

387 - Clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers, at all exits from the premises and in any external areas, requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises and locale in a quiet and orderly manner with respect to local residents. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

388 - All doors and windows will be closed where performances of regulated entertainment take place.

389 - Sufficient air conditioning / air cooling shall be provided at the premises to enable doors and windows at the premises to be kept closed when any entertainment is being provided.

390 - When taxis are ordered for customers for the collection of customers from the premises staff members shall instruct the taxi service to instruct the driver's not to sound the car horns outside the premises, but to approach the premises in person and verbally (without raised voices) alert staff that the drivers are at the premises to collect customers.

391 - That any litter (including ‘flyers’ (or similar) advertising events at the premises) caused by the operation of the premises shall be cleared away from the immediate vicinity of the premises periodically at the end of trade on each day that the premises are in operation

392 - No deliveries from the premises of alcohol shall be permitted

393 - Customers shall use no outside area after 2200hrs other than those who temporarily leave the premises to smoke a cigarette with no more than 15 people permitted to smoke at any one time. The area should be clearly designated and a system in place to limit the number outside.

394 - A dispersal policy shall be in place for the premises and a copy of it shall be kept / be always accessible at the premises that the premises are in operation. The policy should include (but not necessarily be limited to) the following: o Details as to how customer / staff egress at the premises shall be managed to minimise causing nuisance. o Details of public transport in the vicinity and how customers will be advised in respect of it. o Details of the management of taxis to and from the premises. o Details of the management of any 'winding down' period at the premises. o Details of the use of security and stewarding in respect of managing customer dispersal from the premises. o Details of any cloakroom facility at the premises and how it is managed. o Details of road safety in respect of customers leaving the premises. o Details of the management of ejections from the premises. o Details of how refuse / waste in the local vicinity arising through the operation of the premises will be cleared up (e.g., flyer clean up, post event clean up). All relevant staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the latest version of the dispersal policy and a record of the training shall be kept in the staff training logs at the premises. The training record shall include the printed name of the trainee and the date that the training was received. The dispersal policy shall be made immediately available to responsible authority officers on request.

395 - Adequate members of staff will be on duty upon the premises so as to ensure all licensing objectives are upheld.

396 - A child protection policy will be devised and maintained at the premises. A copy of the child protection policy shall be kept at the premises with the premises licence and shall be made immediately available for inspection to council and / or police officers on request. All relevant staff shall be trained in the implementation of the latest version of the child protection policy and details of such training shall be recorded in the staff training logs at the premises.

397 - That no persons under the age of 18 are permitted on the premises after 23:00

485 - Irresponsible Promotions: (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises - (a) Games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require or encourage, individuals to- (i) Drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) Drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise; (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) Provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner that which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) Selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional posters or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of a disability).

487 - Free tap water: (1) The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - Age Verification Policy: (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) Subject to sub-paragraph (4), the policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either - (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature. (4) The age verification policy may make provision permitting a responsible person to accept identification in digital form (“relevant ID”) instead of identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3). (5) Where provision envisaged by sub-paragraph (4) is included in the policy, the policy must make provision dealing with the circumstance described in paragraph (6). (6) The circumstance in this sub-paragraph arises where- (a) the responsible person has reason to believe that a person (“P”) who seeks to be supplied with alcohol from a place to which the age verification policy applies has not attained the age of 18, or such greater age as the age verification policy may prescribe (“the relevant age”); and (b) P has indicated their wish to use the relevant ID. (7) When the circumstance in paragraph (6) arises, the policy must state— (a) that P is obliged, upon the request of the responsible person, to make available to the responsible person the means by which their relevant ID may be verified; but (b) that the responsible person may only accept P’s relevant ID where the condition in sub-paragraph (8) applies. (8) The condition in this sub-paragraph is that the responsible person is covered by an agreement with a DVSP (“the relevant DVSP”) for the provision of digital verification services where— (a) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will confirm, in the course of providing its services to the responsible person, whether or not P has attained the relevant age; (b) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will deliver identification to the responsible person that reaches at least a medium level of confidence; (c) that level of confidence has been verified by a DVSP, whether that DVSP is the relevant DVSP or another; and (d) the relevant DVSP is registered as a provider of those services in accordance with Version 0.4 or Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (9) In this paragraph- (a) “DVSP” means a person who provides digital verification services, and is included in the register maintained by the Secretary of State under section 32 (DVS register) of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (“the 2025 Act”); (b) “DVS trust framework” is to be construed in accordance with section 28 (DVS trust framework) of the 2025 Act; (c) “medium level of confidence”, in respect of identification described in sub-paragraph (8)(b), is to be construed in accordance with— (i) Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework; (ii) Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (10) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (6) “supplied” is to be construed in accordance with section 14 of the Licensing Act 2003. (11) Nothing in sub-paragraphs (4) to (10) prevents the supply of alcohol to a person based upon identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3).

489 - Availability of Certain Measures of Alcohol: (1) The responsible person must ensure that- (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures- (i) Beer or Cider: ½ pint; (ii) Gin, Rum, Vodka or Whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; and (b) These measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) Where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available.

491 - Minimum Pricing (1) A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price as defined in the Schedule to the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Conditions) Order 2014 [UK Statutory Instrument 2014 No.1252] www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2014/1252/contents/made

4AA - The premises shall operate an age check 'Challenge 25' policy whereby customers purchasing alcohol who look or appear to be under 25 years of age will be asked for an approved form of proof of age to verify their age. Approved forms shall include a driving licence, passport, military ID or a PASS approved proof of age card such as the Southwark Proof of Age (SPA) card.

4AB - All staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the age check 'Challenge 25' policy & use of the refusals register. A record of the training shall be kept in the staff training logs at the premises. The training record shall include the printed name of the trainee and the date that the training was received.

4AC - Age check or 'Challenge 25' signage shall be displayed at entrances to the premises, areas where alcohol is displayed for sale and at points of sale to inform customers that an age check 'Challenge 25' policy applies and proof of age may be required.

4AI - A register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained to demonstrate effective operation of the policy. The register shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by Council authorised officers or the Police.
