Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

340 - Ensure that when recorded music is played, it will only be background music, played at sufficiently low level to enable customers to converse with one another

341 - Ensure that regulated entertainment is not sufficiently audible so as to cause a nuisance at the boundary of any residential property

342 - Ensure the DPS shall make regular boundary patrols to monitor the sound levels at the property boundary and show consideration for any nearby properties. These patrols will be noted.

343 - Ensure notices are placed on the exit door of the premises requesting customers leave quietly and respect local residents.

344 - Ensure no more than 3 customers are permitted at any one time to stand outside the premises smoking after 2200 hours and that no drinks are permitted outside after 2300.

345 - Ensure customers remain inside the premises whilst waiting for taxis.

346 - Install and maintain a closed-circuit television (CCTV) system to the reasonable requirements of the Metropolitan Police covering the entrances, exits, internal and external areas of the premises. Recordings shall be stored for a minimum of 31 days and images shall be delivered to Police or Council officers, in DVD format on request.

347 - Ensure a person who is able to operate the system and download images must be on duty when licensable activities are taking place at the premises.

348 - Ensure CCTV cameras shall be installed at the entrance doors to enable head and shoulders images to identification standard of each person entering to be captured as they enter the premises.

349 - Ensure that the CCTV system is operating and recording 24 hours every day (motion sensitive equipment is acceptable to reduce storage of images).

350 - Ensure that records are kept by the DPS, at the premises, of the following details of any door-supervisor employed at the premises: • Name and date of birth • Full 16 digit SIA badge number • Dates and times employed • Signature of door-supervisor, countersigned by duty manager • These records shall be made available, in useable form, to the Metropolitan Police or authorised officers of the Security Industry Authority upon request. Comply with all reasonable requests of the Metropolitan Police consistent with the Prevention of Crime and Disorder Licensing Objective. Ensure that all staff are given regular training, supervised by the DPS, in relation to the Licensing Act 2003 and conflict management. Training records will be kept at the premises and refresher training will be given to all staff at least every six months. Ensure that a comprehensive incident register is maintained at the premises. The DPS shall ensure that details of incidents shall be added to the register within 24hrs of any incident. The following details shall be recorded: • Date • Time • Location • Persons concerned • Summary of incident • Identification of any emergency services personnel who attended.

351 - Ensure all windows and doors are closed* at all times that licensable activities are taking place on the premises other than for the entrance or egress of customers. *All final exit doors must be unlocked and easily openable in the event of emergency

352 - Ensure the premises operates a Challenge 25 scheme, whereby anyone attempting to purchase alcohol who looks under 25 years of age shall be asked for identification to prove they are over 18 years of age. The premises licence holder shall also ensure that staff are trained in the operation of the scheme by the DPS and retrained every 6 months, with records kept of that training

353 - No children shall be permitted on the premises unless accompanied by an adult and no children shall be on the premises at all after 11pm.

354 - Substantial food shall be available at all times when the premises is operating and the sale of alcohol shall be by waiter/waitress service only.

355 - Evidence of age in the form of photo identification shall be requested from any person appearing to those selling or supplying alcohol, to be under the age of 25 and attempting to buy alcohol. Examples of appropriate photo identification include a passport, driving licence, and the Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) approved age card.

356 - Notices shall be placed at all points of sale detailing the restrictions on sales of alcohol to children. A record of refusals shall be maintained which documents every instance that a sale of alcohol (and any other age-restricted product) is refused on the premises, indicating the date and time the refusal was made, and the member of staff making the refusal

357 - The record of refusals shall be available for inspection by authorised officers of the licensing authority, officers of the trading standards service, and officers of the Police.

358 - An effective visual (and/or aural) reminder shall be in place at all points of sale to ensure staff undertake appropriate age checks on potential sales of alcohol (and any other age-restricted product).

359 - All staff that undertake the sale or supply of alcohol (and any other age-restricted product) shall receive appropriate training in relation to undertaking appropriate age checks on such, before being allowed to sell or supply any alcohol (and any other age-restricted product). Refresher training will be carried out at least every three months

360 - Records of all staff training, relating to the sale or supply of alcohol (and any other age-restricted product), along with any training material used, will be kept and maintained by the Designated Premises Supervisor or the Premises Licence Holder

361 - Staff training records shall be available for inspection by authorised officers of the licensing authority, officers of the trading standards service, and officers of the Police.

362 - Alcohol will only be served ancillary to a table meal

363 - Deliveries and rubbish collections will only take place during normal business hours and are at the rear of the premises

364 - CCTV is installed and recorded for 31 days

365 - All CCTV recordings will be made available to police on request

366 - There will be a personal licence holder on the premises at all times licensable activity is taking place to authorise sales of alcohol

367 - All alcohol will be served at the table only

368 - At least 1 member of staff has had full training on the operation of the CCTV system

369 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

370 - The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature

371 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

372 - The DPS will ensure that all staff receive fully documented training in relation to Challenge 25 and the licensing objectives.

373 - All necessary signage will be displayed with regards to Challenge 25 and the fact that NO ID, NO SALE policy is in place

374 - The accommodation limit of the premises will not exceed 45 persons including staff

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
