Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

340 - That a CCTV system shall be installed at the premises, shall be maintained in full working order and shall be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use under this licence. The CCTV system must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises.

341 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall be made immediately available to council and / or police officers on request.

342 - That a member of staff shall be on duty at all times that the premises are in operation under this licence who is trained in the use of the CCTV system and who is able to view, and download to a removable device, CCTV footage at the request of police and / or council officers.

343 - That all staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and the terms and conditions of this licence. Records pertaining to such training shall be kept, shall be updated every 6 months and shall be made immediately available police and / or council officers on request.

344 - That the maximum number of people permitted on the premises at any one time (the ‘accommodation limit’) is 40 people (excluding staff) in the club house.

345 - That drinks are to be decanted in to plastic, or toughened glass, drinking receptacles.

346 - That drinks shall not be served in glass bottles.

347 - That customers shall be checked on entry to the premises to ensure that they are not bringing glass bottles into the premises.

348 - That clearly legible crime prevention notices will be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers to provide relevant crime prevention information to customers.

349 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers advising to the effect that the taking of illegal drugs will not be tolerated at the premises.

350 - That a customer code of conduct shall be devised and a copy of the code of conduct shall be kept at the premises and be made available to council or police officers on request.

351 - That a comprehensive fire safety risk assessment shall be undertaken. The risk assessment shall be kept at / be accessible at the premises and made available to officers of the council or police on request. The risk assessment shall be reviewed at least annually or when any alterations are made to the premises, and the result of the review shall be recorded in the risk assessment. The review shall be signed off by a member of management staff.

352 - That all fire doors shall be maintained unobstructed and shall be self-closing.

353 - That the tread edges of any steps or stairs shall be maintained so that they are conspicuous.

354 - That access for emergency vehicles shall be kept free from obstructions at all times that the premises are in use.

355 - That clearly legible signage shall be displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers and staff identifying all emergency escape routes and emergency exits at the premises. Such signage shall be illuminated and be kept free from obstructions at all times.

356 - (a) That appropriate fire-fighting / fire safety equipment, in accordance with the fire risk assessment, shall be kept at the premises in easily accessible and unobstructed locations. (b) That fire-fighting / fire safety equipment shall be maintained in full working order at all times that the premises are in use. (c)The fire-fighting equipment and any fire and smoke detection / alarm system shall be inspected at least once a year by a person qualified to do so to ensure that they are in full working order. Any certificate or other record in respect of these inspections shall be kept / be accessible at the premises and be made available to officers of the council, fire brigade or police on request. (d) Staff shall be trained in the correct use of any fire-fighting / fire safety equipment at the premises and instructions for the use of any fire-fighting equipment must be kept at the premises.

357 - That an emergency lighting system shall be installed at the premises and maintained in full working order at all times. The emergency lighting system shall inspected at periodically by a person qualified to do so to ensure that they are in full working order. Any certificate or other record in respect of these inspections shall be kept / be accessible at the premises and be made available to officers of the council, fire brigade or police on request. The date of the next inspection shall be stated in the certificate / record of inspection.

358 - That an emergency evacuation plan shall be devised regarding the premises and shall include provisions for the evacuation of children and disabled people. Staff shall be trained in the latest version of the evacuation plan. The evacuation plan shall be made available to officers of the council, fire brigade or police on request.

359 - That appropriate first aid equipment / materials shall be kept at the premises in a dedicated first aid box. The first aid box shall be kept in an easily accessible and unobstructed location at all times.

360 - That there shall be at least one fully trained first aider on site at all times that the premises are in use. That first aiders shall be trained regarding drug and alcohol misuse by patients.

361 - That maintenance / safety records regarding any gas installation at the premises shall be maintained and be available at the premises. Such records shall be made available to officers of the council, fire brigade or police on request.

362 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises and locale in a quiet and orderly manner with respect to local residents. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

363 - That any litter caused by the operation of the premises shall be cleared away from the immediate vicinity of the premises periodically throughout operating hours, and at the end of trade, on each day that the premises are in operation.

364 - That a suitable number of waster receptacles for customer use shall be located through the premises. Such receptacles shall be periodically emptied whilst the premises are in use to ensure that they do not overflow and or become unusable.

365 - That a noise management plan (NMP) shall be devised and be maintained at the premises. A copy of the NMP shall be made available to officers of the council or police on request.

366 - That any external lighting at the premises shall be installed and maintained so that it does not give rise to nuisance of any kind.

367 - That the collection or disposal of any waste (including bottles / waste glass) shall be undertaken at times when it is least likely to give rise to nuisance of any kind.

368 - That an age verification scheme shall be maintained requiring that staff selling or delivering alcohol request that any customer who looks under 18 years old, and who is attempting to purchase or take receipt of alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a photo driving licence, passport, UK armed services photo ID card, any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card (such as the Proof of Age London (PAL) card), European Union Member State photo lD card or any age verification card accredited by the Secretary of State.

369 - That children must be accompanied at the premises by a responsible adult at all times.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
