Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

125 - All off sales shall be made in sealed containers for consumption away from the venue and its vicinity.

158 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers, at all exits from the premises and in any external areas, requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises and locale in a quiet and orderly manner with respect to local residents. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

163 - That all emergency exits, emergency escape routes and entry / exit doors at the premises shall be kept free from obstructions at all times that the premises are in use.

288 - That a CCTV system shall be installed and maintained in full working order. The CCTV system will record footage and be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use. The CCTV system shall be correctly time and date stamped. The recording must be of evidential quality in all lighting conditions and should be able to capture a clear facial image of all persons that enter the venue. All public areas will be covered by the CCTV system including the bar, smoking areas, and frontage of the premises.

289 - All CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall be made immediately available for inspection to officers of the Police and the Council on request.

293 - That all staff shall be trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and in regards to the terms and conditions of this licence. Such training should include the prevention of sales of alcohol to underage persons, and the challenge 25 scheme in operation at the premises. Records pertaining to such training shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times, shall be updated every 6 months and shall be made immediately available for inspection at the premises to council and / or police officers on request.

304 - That the premises shall provide and display a dedicated, monitored telephone number of the management of the premises to local residents.

307 - That the maximum number of people permitted on the premises, is as follows. • Ground floor (Community space) 46 capacity • Ground floor (Hana Coffee outdoor area) 46 capacity • Roof deck 115 capacity

316 - That rubbish, recycling and waste glass/earthenware shall only be emptied into external waste or recycling receptacles between 07:00 hours and 22:00 hours. At all other times waste or recycling shall be kept at the premises.

323 - That premises management team shall ensure that no noise shall emanate from the premises by its patrons which causes nuisance to their neighbours rise to a nuisance

325 - No children under 18 years of age will be allowed on the premises after 22:00hrs

340 - The premises shall not be open at any time when the CCTV is not operating correctly.

341 - That at least one member of staff should be on duty at all times the premises is open that is trained in the use of the CCTV and able to view and download images to a removable device on request of Police or council officer.

342 - That clearly legible signs shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers at all exits from the premises, requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises and area in a quiet and orderly manner. Such signs shall be maintained free from obstruction when the premises are in use in accordance with this licence.

343 - That staff shall ensure that customers using the outdoor areas do so in an orderly manner so as not cause nuisance to the venues neighbours.

344 - That customers shall not the outside area after 2200hrs other than those who temporarily leave the premises to smoke, and this shall be limited to a maximum of five people at any time. The area should be clearly designated and staff shall monitor the area to ensure no nuisance is caused to the venues neighbours

345 - That there shall be an area designated by barriers at the front of the serving kiosk for those customers wishing to consume alcohol supplied by the venue

346 - That all staff are trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and the signs of drunkenness and training records to be kept and updated every six months and shall be made immediately available to officers of the police and the council upon request

347 - That all incidents of violence and / or disorder that result in an injury will be reported to the police as soon as practicable. The reasoning behind any delayed report will be recorded in the incident report book. This report book will be made available for inspection by police, council or other authorised officers on request.

348 - The Premises must have a welfare and vulnerability policy and all staff must receive this training. All new staff must receive this training before starting their role and all staff must have refresher training every 12 months. All training must be recorded and these records must be available on immediate request by the police or the Local authority.

349 - That at the closing time of the premises staff shall remain on the premises until all patrons have left the venue and its vicinity and shall ensure that no nuisance is caused to the venues neighbours.

350 - All staff employed at the premises are to be aware of the permitted number of persons and monitor accordingly

351 - That clearly legible signage shall be displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers and staff identifying all emergency escape routes and emergency exits at the premises. Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times

352 - That staff will be trained in conflict resolution and incident de- escalation, and to deal with any disorderly incidents in a calm manner. Records of such training shall be kept at the premises and be made available to council and / or police officers on request.

353 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers at all exits requesting to the effect that customers do not consume alcoholic drinks bought at the premises in the vicinity of the premises except in the clearly designated area Such signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

354 - That a written record of the authorisation of staff, by the premises’ designated premises supervisor (DPS), to make sales of alcohol at the premises on the DPS’ behalf, shall be maintained at the premises regarding all staff involved in the sale of alcohol at the premises. The authorisation record shall include the name and address of the premises, the name of the DPS and the signed and printed names of all staff involved in the sale of alcohol at the premises. The authorisation record shall be kept at the premises at all times and shall be made immediately available to council and / or police officers on request.

355 - That an accident book / recording system shall be maintained at the premises and be available and in use at all times that the premises are in operation. The accident book / recording system shall meet all current legislative requirements. All staff shall be trained in the use of the accident book / recording system and records of such training shall be kept in any staff training logs. The accident book shall be made available to Police, Authorised council officers or other authorised persons on request

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - The premises shall operate an age check 'Challenge 25' policy whereby customers purchasing alcohol who look or appear to be under 25 years of age will be asked for an approved form of proof of age to verify their age. Approved forms shall include a photocard driving licence, passport, UK armed services photo ID card or a PASS approved proof of age card such as the Southwark Proof of Age (SPA) Proof of Age London (PAL) card) or any age verification card accredited by the Secretary of State

4AB - That all staff involved in selling or delivering alcohol request that any customer who shall be trained in the age check 'Challenge 25' policy. A record of their training including the dates that each member of staff is trained, shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by the Council's authorised officers or the Police. The training record shall include the trainee’s name (in block capitals), the trainer’s name (in block capitals), and the signature of the trainee, the signature of the trainer, the date of training and a declaration that the training has been received and understood.

4AC - Age check or 'Challenge 25' signage shall be displayed at entrances to the premises, areas where alcohol is displayed for sale and at points of sale to inform customers that an age check 'Challenge 25' policy applies and proof of age may be required

4AI - A register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained in order to demonstrate effective operation of the policy. The register shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by Council authorised officers or the Police.

4AL - That a comprehensive fire safety risk assessment shall be undertaken. The risk assessment shall be kept at / be accessible at the premises and made available to officers of the council, fire brigade or police on request. The risk assessment shall be reviewed at least annually, or when any substantive alterations are made to the premises, and the result of the review shall be recorded in the risk assessment. The review shall be signed off by a member of the management team.
