Conditions:

100 - (1) No retail sale of alcohol may be made under the premises licence: (a) at a time when there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence, or (b) at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his personal licence is suspended.

101 - (2) Every retail sale of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

340 - A record will be kept of any event where licensable activities take place after midnight. These records will be maintained for a minimum of 12 months and made available to the Police or Authorised Officer of the Licensing Authority on request.

341 - Appropriate induction training will be undertaken with all relevant staff to cover appropriate subjects for their role including: a. The responsible sale of alcohol. b. The prevention of under-age sales of alcohol, the Challenge 25 policy and in checking & authenticating accepted forms of identification. c. The responsibility to refuse the sale of alcohol to any person who is drunk. d. Fire safety & emergency evacuation procedures

342 - The premises will maintain written reports and registers. These will be kept for a minimum of 12 months and made available to the police and any authorised officer of the licensing authority on request. Records will be maintained of the following: a. Any complaint against the premises in respect of any of the licensing objectives b. Any crime reported at the premises c. Any use or seizure of offensive weapons d. Any illegal drug related incident e. Any visit by a member of the emergency services in an official capacity f. A ‘register of refusals’ highlighting any refusal in the sale of age-restricted products; for any reason. g. Any fault in the CCTV system All written reports and registers will be regularly checked by the DPS.

343 - The sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises is only to be permitted for those using the smoking areas and no one will be permitted to take alcohol away from the premises.

344 - On New Year’s Eve the premises can remain open, for a bona fide event, for the purpose of providing regulated entertainment, the retail sale of alcohol and late night refreshment, from the time when these activities must otherwise cease on New Year’s Eve to the time when they can commence on New Year’s Day.

345 - On any day immediately preceding a Bank Holiday, the operating hours and those hours for all licensable activities will reflect the hours permitted on Fridays or Saturdays

346 - The venue shall maintain a CCTV system. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the venue is open for licensable activities and / or when customers remain on the premises. All recordings shall be time & date stamped, maintained for a 31 day period and be made available to the Police or authorised officer of the licensing authority in accordance with GDPR obligations. The CCTV system shall: a. Cover all entry points used by the public. b. Enable frontal identification of persons entering in any light condition. c. Cover the external frontage of the premises. d. Be maintained by a suitably qualified person.

347 - Trained staff shall be authorised to provide CCTV footage in an appropriate format within a reasonable period of time (and in any event within 48 hours other than in exceptional circumstances) to authorised responsible authority officers who comply with GDPR requirements in a formal request.

348 - A Zero Tolerance Policy towards the use, possession and supply of illegal drugs will be adopted and enforced. This policy will set out that any such activity will result in any individual implicated being removed from the premises with any such incidents will be recorded in line with the recording practices of the premises.

349 - Organised events where regulated entertainment is taking place will be risk assessed to identify the requirements for door supervisors: a. Where a requirement for door supervisor is identified a minimum of 1 SIA Registered Door Supervisor per 100 customers or part thereof shall be employed. b. On any occasion when an event with a capacity of more than 50 patrons operates beyond midnight and any licensable activity is taking place, door supervisors shall be employed after 21.00 to the ratio mentioned in part (a) above c. Where a requirement for door supervisors is identified, a register of door supervisors employed will be maintained. This register will record their name, SIA Door Supervisor Licence number, contact details and shall be signed by the Door Supervisor as well as an authorised member of the premises management team.

350 - No externally promoted events will be permitted at the premises. ‘Externally promoted events’ are those which are promoted, managed and delivered by external promoters not affiliated to the Premises Licence holder.

351 - A fire risk assessment will be conducted and regularly reviewed. In- line with the Fire Risk Assessment: a. Heat / Smoke detectors are installed and maintained by a competent person. b. Fire extinguishers are installed in accordance with the recommendations of the fire risk assessment. c. Emergency lighting is installed in accordance with the recommendations of the fire risk assessment. d. All emergency exits are marked on the premises plan. e. Regular Fire Risk Assessments and Reviews shall be commissioned and Records maintained by the Premises licence Holder.

352 - Adequate & suitable first aid boxes will be maintained and signage to identify their location and the location of first aiders will be displayed.

353 - A member of staff trained in first aid shall be present at the premises at all times the premises is open to the public.

354 - The area immediately outside the premises will be maintained to ensure that any litter generated by the premises and / or its customers is regularly cleared.

355 - Where Live or Recorded Music is being played the sound level will be monitored and set by the Premises licence holder.

356 - Where live or recorded music is played windows and doors will be kept shut after 23.00.

357 - A Dispersal Policy will be maintained and appropriate staff will be trained in the implementation of the policy. A copy of the policy will be made available to the Police and Authorised Officers of the Licensing Authority on request a. A member of staff, marshal or SIA officer shall monitor the outside area(s) when in use. b. The approved dispersal policy must be followed whenever the premises are in use for licensable activities. c. All appropriate staff will be trained in the implementation of the dispersal policy.

358 - Suitable smoking areas have been set aside for smokers and are indicated on the licence Plan.

359 - When any smoking area is in use after midnight on any day, the area will be supervised by a Door Supervisors and a rope or barrier system will be in use, to clearly delineate the area where customers may smoke. a. A member of staff, marshal or SIA officer shall monitor the outside area(s) when in use, to identify any inappropriate behaviour or excessive noise. b. An ashtray shall be affixed to the wall outside and staff shall be trained to clear up, on a. regular basis, any litter generated by smokers.

360 - A sign requesting customers to respect local residents and keep noise to a minimum, will be displayed in the designated Smoking Areas and at all Exits.

361 - The Licence holder shall ensure no children will be exposed to any inappropriate presentations or performance.

362 - On New Year’s Eve all permitted licensable activities can take place at the premises from the terminal hour for licensable activities on New Year’s Eve until the commencement of the permitted hours on New Year’s Day.

363 - On any day preceding a Bank Holiday the hours for licensable activities at the premises will reflect those for Friday or Saturdays.

364 - No person under the age of 18 shall be at the premises between 23:00 hours and 06:00 hours when any licensable activity is taking place.

485 - Irresponsible Promotions: (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises - (a) Games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require or encourage, individuals to- (i) Drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) Drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise; (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) Provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner that which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) Selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional posters or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of a disability).

487 - Free tap water: (1) The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - Age Verification Policy: (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) Subject to sub-paragraph (4), the policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either - (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature. (4) The age verification policy may make provision permitting a responsible person to accept identification in digital form (“relevant ID”) instead of identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3). (5) Where provision envisaged by sub-paragraph (4) is included in the policy, the policy must make provision dealing with the circumstance described in paragraph (6). (6) The circumstance in this sub-paragraph arises where- (a) the responsible person has reason to believe that a person (“P”) who seeks to be supplied with alcohol from a place to which the age verification policy applies has not attained the age of 18, or such greater age as the age verification policy may prescribe (“the relevant age”); and (b) P has indicated their wish to use the relevant ID. (7) When the circumstance in paragraph (6) arises, the policy must state— (a) that P is obliged, upon the request of the responsible person, to make available to the responsible person the means by which their relevant ID may be verified; but (b) that the responsible person may only accept P’s relevant ID where the condition in sub-paragraph (8) applies. (8) The condition in this sub-paragraph is that the responsible person is covered by an agreement with a DVSP (“the relevant DVSP”) for the provision of digital verification services where— (a) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will confirm, in the course of providing its services to the responsible person, whether or not P has attained the relevant age; (b) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will deliver identification to the responsible person that reaches at least a medium level of confidence; (c) that level of confidence has been verified by a DVSP, whether that DVSP is the relevant DVSP or another; and (d) the relevant DVSP is registered as a provider of those services in accordance with Version 0.4 or Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (9) In this paragraph- (a) “DVSP” means a person who provides digital verification services, and is included in the register maintained by the Secretary of State under section 32 (DVS register) of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (“the 2025 Act”); (b) “DVS trust framework” is to be construed in accordance with section 28 (DVS trust framework) of the 2025 Act; (c) “medium level of confidence”, in respect of identification described in sub-paragraph (8)(b), is to be construed in accordance with— (i) Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework; (ii) Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (10) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (6) “supplied” is to be construed in accordance with section 14 of the Licensing Act 2003. (11) Nothing in sub-paragraphs (4) to (10) prevents the supply of alcohol to a person based upon identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3).

489 - Availability of Certain Measures of Alcohol: (1) The responsible person must ensure that- (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures- (i) Beer or Cider: ½ pint; (ii) Gin, Rum, Vodka or Whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; and (b) These measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) Where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available.

491 - Minimum Pricing (1) A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price as defined in the Schedule to the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Conditions) Order 2014 [UK Statutory Instrument 2014 No.1252] www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2014/1252/contents/made

4AA - A Challenge 25 policy will be enforced, whereby any person reasonably looking under the age of 25 shall be asked to prove their age when attempting to purchase alcohol. Signs to this effect will be displayed at the premises. The only acceptable forms of identity will be those photographic identification documents recognised in the Home Office guidance; including passports, photo-card driving licence or proof of age card bearing a PASS hologram.

4AI - A register of refusals will be maintained at the premises.

840 - Where live or recorded music is being played a sound limiting device will be used. The level will be preset by the premises licence holder or other authorised staff and the device will locked away and only accessible to the premises licence holder.
