Conditions:

100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - a.At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or b.At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or h is Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

103 - Where a film is to be submitted for classification to the licensing authority, the cinema or venue operator must submit the film intended for exhibition to the authority at least 28 days prior to the first date upon which the film is intended to be exhib ited

104 - Where a programme includes a film in the 12a, 15 or 18 category no person appearing to be under the age of 12 (and unaccompanied in that case), 15 or 18 as appropriate shall be admitted to any part of the programme; and the licence holder shall display in a conspicuous position a notice in the following terms -"PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF (INSERT APPROPRIATE AGE) CANNOT BE ADMITTED TO ANY PART OF THE PROGRAMME" Where films of different categories form part of the same programme, the notice shall refer to t he oldestage restriction. This condition does not apply to members of staffunder the relevant age while on duty provided thatthe prior written consent of the person's parentsor legal guardian has first been obtained.

105 - Immediately before each exhibition at the premises of a film passed by the British Board of Film Classification there shall be on screen for at least five seconds in such a manner as to be easily readby all persons in the auditorium a reproduction of the certificate of the Board or, as regards a trailer advertising a film, of the statement approved by the Board indicating the category of the film.

106 - Immediately before each exhibition at the premises of a film passed by the licensing authority notices shall be displayed both inside and outside of thepremises so that persons entering can readily read them and be aware of the Category attached to any fi lm or trailer.

107 - Any individual carrying out security activities at the premises must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. This does not apply where the premises are being used primarily as a Qualifying Club under a Club Premises Certificate, under a Temporary Event Notice, or primarily as a cinema, restaurant or theatre.

232 - 1. On those days where the entertainment is by way of striptease, only those dancers engaged by the appropriately registered agencies shall be permitted to perform striptease. 2. All striptease performers shall be provided with a copy of the performers c ode of conduct upon engagement 3. Tableside striptease shall only be performed in the area of the club as marked on any deposited plans. 4. There shall be no tableside striptease performances to customers seated at a bar, or to standing customers. 5. T here shall be no physical contact between customers and the striptease performer except for the placing of money or moneys worth in a garter, or from the customer's hand to the hand of the performer at the beginning or at the conclusion of the performance . 6. A notice outlining condition 5 shall be clearly displayed at each customer's table and at the entrance to the premises. 7. On any day when tableside striptease performances are taking place, no performer shall dance with or towards any other perfor mer, and shall make no physical contact with another performer. 8. Tableside striptease performers are to remain standing during a performance of striptease 9. Striptease performers are to re-dress at the conclusion of a performance and are to remain fu lly clothed whilst acting in the capacity of host or hostess 10. There shall be a minimum charge for entertainment by way of tableside striptease of Â£10 per music track 11. On those days when public entertainment is by way of any form of striptease, n o person under the age of 18 years shall be allowed to enter or remain on the licensed premises. A clear notice shall be displayed in those terms in a prominent position at the entrance, so that persons entering can read it. 12. On those days when publi c entertainment is by way of striptease, an sufficient number of SIA registered door supervisors shall be employed on the premises during its opening hours. The licensee shall use his/her discrection to ensure that appropriate number(s) are permanently em ployed in the bar and at the entrance to the public toilets. 13. The proprietor/director of the company is to ensure that prior to employment, all performers provide documents proving that they are over 18 years of age. Such documents are to be copied an d retained on the performer employment file. 14. The proprietor/director of the company is to ensure that prior to employment all performers provide documents proving that they are legally entitled to work in the U.K. Such documents are to be copied and retained on the performer employment file. 15. All performer employment files are to be retained for a period of at least 6 months after employment is terminated. All files are to be made available to the statutory authorities upon request if required fo r investigative purposes. 16. Where the proprietor/director employs performers from an agency, the performers must provide the relevant documentation as required in conditions 13 & 14. Details of the agency providing the performers are to be made ava ilable to the statutory authorities upon request. 17. Prior to employment all performers are to be given a copy of the venue code of conduct. This code of conduct is to be rigorously enforced by the venue management.

307 - That the maximum number of persons that may be accommodated within the licensed vessel at any one time shall not exceed the limit set by the MCA

311 - That notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner

315 - That guests are not allowed to leave the vessel carrying alcohol ashore

316 - That deliveries shall be within the parameters of the Butlers Wharf Residents Scheme

326 - That all appropriate staff shall be trained in the age identification scheme required at the premises and records of training shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers of the Council

327 - That signs shall be displayed informing customers and staff that sales of alcohol will not be made to under 18s and that age identification will be required

334 - That an age identification scheme shall be established and maintained. The scheme shall Require the production of evidence of age (comprising any PASS accredited card or passport or driving licence) from any person appearing to staff enagaged in selling o r supplying alcohol to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol

340 - a) The proprietor/director of the company is to ensure that prior to employment all performers provide documents proving that they are over 18 years of age . 347 - On those days when public entertainment is by way of striptease, SIA registered door supervisors shall be employed on the premises during its opening hours. SIA Door Supervisor(s) are to be permanently employed in the bar and at the entrance to the publi c toilets

348 - There shall be no disembarkation of passengers at Butlers Wharf Pier after 2300 hours

349 - Any function that finishes after 0000 hours will disembark at either Tower, Embankment or Greenwich Pier

350 - Refuse and fuel shall be delivered and collected by river during normal working hours

351 - Non amplified music played outside will be limited to daytime and early evenings only

352 - Amplified music is not permitted outside and must be kept to background levels only whilst alongside of a Pier or a landing place

353 - All entertainment and service from the bar will cease 15 minutes prior to the end of a function

354 - Guests are not permitted to carry any drink away with them

355 - All booking forms must be signed by someone aged 21 or over

356 - Anyone found purchasing alcohol on behalf of a minor will be refused further service

357 - Unaccompanied children will not be allowed on board

358 - Guests under the age of 18 will not be permitted on board if there is any entertainment of an adult nature

359 - A soft closure device on the entrance gate to Butlers Wharf Pier shall be maintained in good working order to minimise disturbance to neighbours

360 - A silent harbour generator at Butlers Wharf Pier shall be maintained in good working order to minimise disturbance to neighbours

361 - That staff carry VHF radios and mobile phones on board; and that all staff undergo regular training on the DSM Code and that records of such training are kept and available for inspection by appropriate Oficers from the Council

485 - Irresponsible Promotions: (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises - (a) Games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require or encourage, individuals to- (i) Drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) Drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise; (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) Provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner that which carries significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) Selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional posters or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of a disability).

487 - Free tap water: (1) The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - Age Verification Policy: (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) Subject to sub-paragraph (4), the policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either - (a) a holographic mark, or (b) an ultraviolet feature. (4) The age verification policy may make provision permitting a responsible person to accept identification in digital form (“relevant ID”) instead of identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3). (5) Where provision envisaged by sub-paragraph (4) is included in the policy, the policy must make provision dealing with the circumstance described in paragraph (6). (6) The circumstance in this sub-paragraph arises where- (a) the responsible person has reason to believe that a person (“P”) who seeks to be supplied with alcohol from a place to which the age verification policy applies has not attained the age of 18, or such greater age as the age verification policy may prescribe (“the relevant age”); and (b) P has indicated their wish to use the relevant ID. (7) When the circumstance in paragraph (6) arises, the policy must state— (a) that P is obliged, upon the request of the responsible person, to make available to the responsible person the means by which their relevant ID may be verified; but (b) that the responsible person may only accept P’s relevant ID where the condition in sub-paragraph (8) applies. (8) The condition in this sub-paragraph is that the responsible person is covered by an agreement with a DVSP (“the relevant DVSP”) for the provision of digital verification services where— (a) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will confirm, in the course of providing its services to the responsible person, whether or not P has attained the relevant age; (b) the relevant DVSP has agreed that it will deliver identification to the responsible person that reaches at least a medium level of confidence; (c) that level of confidence has been verified by a DVSP, whether that DVSP is the relevant DVSP or another; and (d) the relevant DVSP is registered as a provider of those services in accordance with Version 0.4 or Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (9) In this paragraph- (a) “DVSP” means a person who provides digital verification services, and is included in the register maintained by the Secretary of State under section 32 (DVS register) of the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 (“the 2025 Act”); (b) “DVS trust framework” is to be construed in accordance with section 28 (DVS trust framework) of the 2025 Act; (c) “medium level of confidence”, in respect of identification described in sub-paragraph (8)(b), is to be construed in accordance with— (i) Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 0.4 of the DVS trust framework; (ii) Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework, in the case that the relevant DVSP, or as the case may be, another DVSP provides the service described in sub-paragraph (8)(c), and is registered as a provider of that service, in the DVS register, in accordance with Version 1.0 of the DVS trust framework. (10) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (6) “supplied” is to be construed in accordance with section 14 of the Licensing Act 2003. (11) Nothing in sub-paragraphs (4) to (10) prevents the supply of alcohol to a person based upon identification of a type described in sub-paragraph (3).

489 - Availability of Certain Measures of Alcohol: (1) The responsible person must ensure that- (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures- (i) Beer or Cider: ½ pint; (ii) Gin, Rum, Vodka or Whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; and (b) These measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) Where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available.

491 - Minimum Pricing (1) A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price as defined in the Schedule to the Licensing Act 2003 (Mandatory Conditions) Order 2014 [UK Statutory Instrument 2014 No.1252] www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2014/1252/contents/made
