Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

340 - That a CCTV system shall be installed at the premises and be maintained in full working order at all times. The system will be of evidential quality in all lighting conditions and should be able to capture a clear facial image of all persons that enter the venue. All public areas will be covered including the bar and smoking areas. That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall be made immediately available for inspection to officers of the police and the council upon request.

341 - That there will be at least one person on duty at all times that is familiar with the operation of the CCTV and able to download footage on request.

342 - That a minimum of 1 SIA registered door supervisor will be on duty at the premises on Friday and Saturday nights after 21:00 hours and until all patrons have left the venue. Any door supervisor on duty will be employed to assist with entry to the premises, aid in conflict management and to assist with the timely dispersal of patrons in line with the premises’ dispersal policy.

343 - That a comprehensive dispersal policy in regards to both customers and staff shall be devised in respect of the premises. The dispersal policy shall include (but not necessarily be limited to) the following topics: • Details as to how customer / staff egress at the premises shall be managed to minimise causing nuisance. • Details of public transport in the vicinity and how customers will be advised in respect of it • The management of taxis to and from the premises • The management of any ‘winding down’ period at the premises • The use of security and stewarding in respect of managing customer dispersal from the premises • Details of any cloakroom facility at the premises and how it is managed • Road safety in respect of customers leaving the premises • Management of ejections from the premises • Management of staff dispersal from the premises late at night / in the early morning • Details of how refuse / waste in the local vicinity arising through the operation of the premises will be cleared up The dispersal policy shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use and shall be made immediately available to officers of the council or police on request. All staff at the premises shall be trained in respect of the dispersal policy, shall be aware of where it is kept / how it is accessed and shall have access to it at all times that the premises are in operation. Records of staff training in regards to the dispersal policy shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in operation and shall be made immediately available to officers of the council or the police on request. Such training records shall include the capitalized name of the trainee and trainer, the date that the training was provided, a declaration that the training has been received and the signatures of the trainee and trainer

344 - That the total number of persons permitted at the premises at any one time (including staff) shall not exceed 120 persons at any time.

345 - No noise shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises which gives rise to a nuisance.

346 - The premises shall be adequately ventilated to allow doors and windows to remain closed during licensed entertainment.

347 - That all entrance doors and windows shall be closed when regulated entertainment takes place except for the immediate access and egress of persons.

348 - That a sound limiting device be installed at the premises, calibrated and maintained to ensure that the maximum levels sound levels of amplified sound at the the premises does not cause a public nuisance in the vicinity of the premises or intrude inside the nearest noise sensitive premises.

349 - That any additional sound amplification equipment shall be routed through the sound limiting device.

350 - That suitably experienced person(s) shall be employed at the premises at all times during licensable activities to ensure that patrons do not cause a nuisance in the vicinity of the premises.

351 - That after 21:30 hours customers smoking outside the premises will be monitored at all times by appropriately trained staff to ensure that there is no nuisance caused.

352 - That patrons shall be prohibited from taking drinks outside the premises at any time after 21:30 hours.

353 - That clearly legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can easily be seen and read by customers at all exits / entrances at the premises requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner with respect for local residents.

354 - That all highway and public spaces in the immediate vicinity of the premises free from litter emanating from the premises while the premises are open.

355 - There shall be no deliveries and / or collections between 21:00hrs - 06:00hrs Monday to Sunday except for Deliveroo or other similar food and drink delivery companies when collecting pre-ordered food and drink to deliver away from the premises to customers which shall be permitted between 21:00hrs and: (a) 23:00hrs Sunday to Thursday; and (b) 00:00hrs Friday and Saturday

356 - That all waste shall be properly presented and placed for collection no earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled collection times.

357 - That a challenge 25 scheme shall be maintained at the premises requiring that staff selling alcohol request that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a driving licence, passport, UK armed services ID card and any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card such as the Proof of Age London (PAL) card.

358 - Any ‘off sales’ of alcohol shall be provided in sealed containers and taken away from the premises;

359 - That clear legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can be easily seen and read, requesting that alcohol sold as off sales should not be opened and consumed in the vicinity of the premises.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

840 - That a direct telephone number for the management at the premises shall be publicly available at all times. This telephone number is to be made available to residents and businesses in the vicinity.
