Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

158 - That a sign requesting customers to respect local residents and leave the premises quietly, shall be displayed at each public the exit to the premises.

288 - That sufficient competent persons should be authorised by the premises licence holder to ensure that at all times the premises is open to the public, a member of staff is available to show the Police, when formally requested to do so, any images / footage from CCTV system with a minimum of delay.

289 - That the venue shall maintain a CCTV system. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the venue is open for licensable activities and / or when customers remain on the premises. All recordings shall be time & date stamped, maintained for a 31 day period and be made available to the Police or authorised officer of the licensing authority upon request. The CCTV system shall: a. Cover all entry points used by the public. b. Enable frontal identification of persons entering in any light condition. c. Be maintained by a suitably qualified person.

304 - That telephone contact details for the premises shall be provided to residents and the Responsible Authorities on request.

307 - That the maximum number of people permitted on the premises at any one time (the ‘accommodation limit’) is 120 people (excluding staff).

315 - That the external areas to the front of the premises shall be closed from 21:00 on every day and all patrons must have left these areas by 21:30 on every day.

340 - That a dispersal policy shall be devised and maintained regarding the premises. A copy of the dispersal policy shall be kept at the premises and shall be made available for inspection to council and / or police officers on request. All relevant staff shall be trained in the implementation of the dispersal policy

341 - That patrons shall not be permitted to use the external courtyard area of the premises (as defined on the premises plan) after 22:00 until 09:00 the following day, apart for access and egress and those who temporarily leave to smoke.

342 - That appropriate induction training shall be undertaken with all relevant staff who do not hold a Personal Licence to cover appropriate subjects for their role including: a. The responsible sale of alcohol. b. The prevention of under-age sales of alcohol, the Challenge 25 policy and in checking & authenticating accepted forms of identification. c. The responsibility to refuse the sale of alcohol to any person who is drunk. d. Fire safety & emergency evacuation procedures e. The dispersal of customers as set out in the Dispersal Policy All training shall be recorded and training records made available on request to an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority or the Police.

343 - That the premises shall maintain written reports and registers. These shall be kept for a minimum of 12 months and made available to the police and any authorised officer of the licensing authority on request. Records shall be maintained of the following: a. Any complaint against the premises in respect of any of the licensing objectives b. Any crime reported at the premises c. Any illegal drug related incident d. Any temporary or permanent exclusion from the premises of customers e. Any fault in the CCTV system All written reports and registers shall be regularly checked by the DPS.

344 - That alcohol shall only be sold when an event, exhibition or activity is taking place at the premises and then only to customers attending the premises for the purpose of the exhibition, activity or event.

345 - That sufficient competent persons should be authorised by the premises licence holder to provide the Police with downloaded CCTV data (footage and / or images) in an appropriate recorded format (usually to a disc, memory stick or data file sent electronically) when formally requested to do so. The authorised person(s) should be sufficient to enable such data to be obtained by the police within 48 hours of a formal request being made.

346 - That a Zero Tolerance Policy towards the use, possession and supply of illegal drugs shall be adopted and enforced.

347 - That in respect of organised events where a licensable activity is taking place shall be risk assessed to identify the requirements for door supervisors: a. Where a requirement for door supervisor is identified a minimum of one SIA registered door supervisor per 120 customers or part thereof shall be employed. b. Where a requirement for door supervisor is identified, a register of door supervisors employed shall be maintained. This register shall record their name, SIA door supervisor licence number, contact details and be signed by the door supervisor as well as an authorised member of the premises management team.

348 - That no externally promoted licensed events shall be permitted at the premises; ‘externally promoted events’ are those which are promoted, managed and delivered by external promoters not affiliated to the premises licence holder.

349 - That a fire risk assessment shall be conducted and regularly reviewed and that in accordance with the fire risk assessment: a. An integrated fire detection and alarm system is installed, checked, regularly tested and maintained by a competent person. b. Fire extinguishers are installed in accordance with the recommendations of the fire risk assessment. c. Emergency lighting is installed in accordance with the recommendations of the fire risk assessment. d. All emergency exits are marked on the premises plan.

350 - That no commercial waste shall be left on the street, all waste shall be stored in the commercial bins provided, prior to collection.

351 - That the area immediately outside the premises shall be maintained to ensure that any litter generated by the premises and / or its customers is regularly cleared.

352 - That when amplified music is played windows and doors shall be kept shut, except for entrance and egress, after 21:30 hours to avoid any public nuisance being caused.

353 - That no noise generated on the premises, or by its associated plant or equipment, shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises which gives rise to a nuisance

354 - That no amplification system or speakers shall be used in the external areas of the premises.

355 - That smokers shall not be permitted to the front of the building after 21:00 on any day. After 21:00 smokers will be directed to the courtyard to smoke.

356 - That a sign requesting customers to respect local residents and keep noise to a minimum, shall be displayed in the designated Smoking Area.

357 - That alcoholic drinks shall not be permitted to leave the licensed area of the premises (as delineated within the red lines on the associated plans) at any time, including for those leaving for the purpose of smoking.

358 - That all tables and chairs located in the external areas to the front of the premises shall be rendered unusable after 21:30 on each day.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - That a challenge 25 scheme shall be maintained requiring that staff selling alcohol request that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase or take receipt of alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a photo driving licence, passport, UK armed services photo ID card, any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card (such as the Proof of Age London (PAL) card) or any age verification card accredited by the Secretary of State.

4AB - That all staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the age check 'Challenge 25' policy. A record of their training, including the dates that each member of staff is trained, shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by council or police officers.

4AC - That 'Challenge 25' signage shall be displayed in the entrances to the premises, areas where alcohol is displayed for sale and at points of sale to inform customers that an age check 'Challenge 25' policy applies and proof of age may be required.

4AI - That a register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained in order to demonstrate effective operation of the policy. The register shall be available for inspection at the premises on request by council or police officers.
