Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

288 - That a CCTV system be installed at the premises and be maintained in good working order and be continually recording at all times the premises are in use under the licence. The CCTV System must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises.

289 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of 31 days and shall be made immediately available to officers of the police and the council on request.

340 - All licensable activities shall cease 30 minutes prior to the terminal hour to allow for drinking up and a controlled dispersal of customers.

341 - That all staff are trained in their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003 and records pertaining to such training shall to be kept at the premises, updated every 6 months and shall be made immediately available to officers of the police and the council upon request.

342 - The premise shall have a sound limiting device or similar installed and working with appropriately set maximum volume and bass levels to ensure that any music, speech or song from licensed entertainment is not audible in any nearby residential premises nor causes a public nuisance.

343 - Should there be any change to the equipment involved in the amplification, broadcast or limiting of sound from licensed entertainment, that the sound limiter/s be re-set, in conjunction with a qualified sound engineer, to ensure that any music, speech or song from licensed entertainment is not audible at nearby residential premises nor will cause a public nuisance in the vicinity of the premises.

344 - All audio and musical equipment used in the premises shall be played through the installed sound limiting device.

345 - The premises shall have acoustic lobbies of adequate dimensions/ residence time installed on all patron entrances, ensuring that all doors open in the direction of escape in case of fire.

346 - All external doors and doors to noise lobbies used by patrons to enter the premises shall have self-closers fitted in accordance with BS 6459 Pt. 1 1984, along with acoustic seals and brushes.

347 - Sound insulation shall be installed to baffle any vents or air extraction systems to prevent the escape of noise from entertainment from the premises.

348 - The noise output of any external plant e.g. air handling plant, condensers, etc., shall not exceed noise output of 10 dB(A) below the lowest L90 15 min relevant in the period the plant will be operational.

349 - All windows and doors, including fire doors shall be kept closed during licensed entertainment, except for during access and egress.

350 - All speakers for the broadcast of sound within the premises shall be isolated from the structure of the premises by anti-vibration mountings or mats.

351 - That no drinks provided by the premises shall be permitted outside of the premises at any time except for off sales which must be provided in a sealed container and consumed away from the premises.

352 - There shall be no more than 8 persons permitted outside, to smoke only, on the frontage.

353 - External waste handling, collections, deliveries and the cleaning of external areas shall only occur between the hours of 08.00hrs and 20.00hrs.

354 - There shall be no movement of musical or amplification equipment from the premises between the hours of 00.00hrs midnight and 08.00hrs.

355 - That clearly legible notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits where they can easily be seen and read requesting to the effect that patrons leave in a quiet and orderly manner that is respectful to neighbours.

356 - A record shall be kept on site of any complaint received from a member of the public along with any checks or remedial action taken by staff. This record shall be kept available for inspection at the premises on request.

357 - That disabled toilet facilities shall be provided at the premises.

358 - That the electrical installation and emergency lights at the premises will be inspected periodically by a qualified NICEIC, IET or ECA registered electrical engineer. Current electrical installation periodic inspection and emergency lighting periodic inspection reports deeming the electrical installation and emergency lighting satisfactory must be in place at the premises at all times that the premises are in operation in accordance with this licence. The time period between the next inspection will be as per the recommendation of the current report. A copy of the current report will be kept / be accessible at the premises and be made available to officers of the council, fire brigade or police on request.

359 - That the gas installation at the premises will be inspected annually by a qualified Gas Safe registered gas engineer. A current Gas Safety Certificate deeming the gas installation satisfactory must be in place at the premises at all times that the premises are in operation in accordance with this licence. A copy of the current Gas Safety Certificate will be kept / be accessible at the premises and be made available to officers of the council, fire brigade or police on request.

360 - That all staff at the premises shall be trained in the health and safety policies and procedures at the premises.

361 - That staff shall be trained in avoiding sales of alcohol to persons under 18 years old and shall be trained in respect of the forms of acceptable age identification.

362 - An incident book / incident recording system shall be kept at the premises to record details of any of the following occurrences at the premises: • Instances of anti-social or disorderly behaviour • Violence • Calls to the police or fire brigade • Abuse of staff and / or customers • Ejections of people from the premises • Visits to the premises by the local authority, police or fire brigade • Refused sales of alcohol • Any malfunction in respect of the CCTV system • Any other relevant incidents The incident book / incident recording system shall record the time, date, location and description of each incident, the printed and signed name of the person reporting the incident and any action taken in respect of the incident. The incident book / incident recording system shall be available / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in use in accordance with this licence and shall be made available to officers of the council, police or fire brigade on request.

363 - That all furniture, apparatus, notices, door fastenings, lighting, air conditioning, sanitary accommodation and fixtures/fittings at the premises shall be maintained in good order and in a safe condition.

364 - That customers will be requested not to loiter outside of the premises once they have left the premises.

365 - That staff who are at the premises prior and after the premises is in operation shall be requested to conduct themselves in a manner that does not cause any type of nuisance.

366 - That any lighting at the premises will be positioned and screened in such a way that it does not cause nuisance.

367 - That an adequate number of suitable waste receptacles shall be kept at the premises.

368 - That staff shall receive training in respect of safeguarding children.

369 - That a clearly legible notice shall be prominently displayed on the exterior of the premises where it can easily be seen and read stating the standard operating hours of the premises.

370 - That the premises management, DPS or licensee shall join and attend the local Pub-Watch if such a scheme is in place in the locale.

371 - That any child must be accompanied on the premises by an adult who is responsible for that child.

372 - That any customer who looks under 18 years old, and who is attempting to purchase alcohol, will be requested by staff to provide valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a driving licence, passport, UK armed services ID card and any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card.

373 - That on New Year’s Eve the hours permitted for licensable activities shall be as follows: Live Music: 19:00 to 00:00 Recorded music: from the end of permitted hours until 02:00 Sale of Alcohol: from the end of permitted hours until 02:00 Opening hours: from the end of permitted hours until 02:00

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
