Conditions: 288 - That a CCTV system which can capture footage of the interior and exterior of the premises shall be installed at the premises, shall be maintained in full working order and shall be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use under this licence. The CCTV system must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises.

289 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of thirty one (31) days and shall be made immediately available to council and / or police officers on request.

311 - That clearly legible signs shall be prominently displayed at all exits, and so that they can easily be seen and read by customers, requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises and area in a quiet and orderly manner. Such signs shall be maintained free from obstruction when the premises are in use in accordance with this licence.

332 - That any children dining inside must be accompanied by a parent or other responsible adult.

340 - That a member of staff shall be on duty at all times that the premises are in operation under this licence who is trained in the use of the CCTV system and who is able to view, and download to a removable device, CCTV footage at the request of police and / or council officers.

341 - That clearly legible notices shall be prominently displayed at the entrance of the premises where they can easily be seen and read by customers requesting to the effect that customers wait for service inside the premises. Such notices shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

342 - That here shall be no use of the seated area within the premises after 23:00 hours.

343 - All external plant required for the operation of the premises (air handling plant, condensers, kitchen extraction systems, etc.) shall be designed, installed and maintained to ensure that noise output from the external plant does not cause a public nuisance or intrude inside the nearest, or most exposed, noise sensitive premises.

344 - Any kitchen extraction system required for the operation of the premises shall be installed with an appropriate discharge location (i.e. eaves height) and with adequate odour control filters installed and maintained to ensure that odour emissions do not cause a public nuisance or intrude inside in the nearest or most exposed sensitive premises.

345 - Delivery vehicles shall switch off their engines whilst stationary and collecting orders for delivery. Delivery vehicle horns shall not be used at any time, except in accordance with the Highway Code.

346 - The premises licence holder or designated premises supervisor shall ensure that any queue to enter the premises which forms outside the premises is orderly and supervised so as to ensure that there is no public nuisance or obstruction to the public highway.
