Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

288 - That a full and comprehensive CCTV system will be installed throughout the site and maintained in full working order at all times that the premises are in use. The CCTV system shall be able to take continuous recordings of all entrances & exits, the garden area and all other parts of the premises. All managers will be trained in how to use this system in case police might require any footage.

340 - Any staff that arrive very early in the morning or leave very late at night will be trained to conduct themselves in such a manner to avoid causing disturbance to nearby residents.

341 - That, if and when appropriate, customers will be asked not to talk loudly whilst in the street immediately outside the premises.

342 - Customers will not be admitted into the premises outside of the opening hours.

343 - Any lighting on or outside the premises will be positioned and screened in such a way so as to not cause a disturbance to nearby residents.

344 - That no music shall be played in the rear garden and no loudspeakers shall be placed in the rear garden.

345 - Customers shall not be permitted to smoke in the rear garden.

346 - The entire garden area shall be covered by a canvas awning

347 - That the CCTV system installed at the premises shall also cover the rear garden.

348 - Signs shall be clearly displayed at the exit to the garden and in the garden asking customers to respect residents and keep noise to a minimum.

349 - That a clear and legible notice will be prominently displayed outside the premises indicating the normal hours, under the terms of the premises license, during which licensable activities are permitted.

350 - That clearly legible notices will be prominently displayed in the premises and any external area of the premises in such a manner so that the notices can easily be seen and read by customers, advising to the effect that customers be vigilant of potential criminal activity, such as theft, that may target customers

351 - The premises shall prominently display signage informing customers: - To leave quietly and to respect your neighbours and stating that CCTV is in operation.

352 - That all staff will be trained in the detection and prevention of illegal drug use in the venue.

353 - That a counting device / devices will be employed at the premises to count customers in and out of the premises and a record made every hour of the number of customers in the bar. This record is to be made available to police officers and local authority officers on request. The number of customers at the premises at any time must be shown / be calculable by the counting device(s) and must be made known to authorised officers on request.

354 - There will be a maximum of one bar on site.

355 - There shall be no persons under the age of 18 years permitted on the premises after 19:30pm.

357 - A drugs safe and log system will be employed at the premises to account for the seizure of drugs from customers. The premises management will liaise with police for regular collection of seized drugs.

358 - No person found with, or using, a weapon or illegal drugs may enter or remain on the premises.

359 - A record of all persons excluded from the premises is to be kept at the premises. This record is to be made available to police officers and local authority officers on request.

360 - There shall be no alcohol or drinks bought into the premises by customers". (This is to allow for off sales and delivery sales of alcohol.

361 - Patrons will be advised to wait on site until their cab has arrived as opposed to waiting out on the street.

362 - An incident/refusals book will be maintained and used at the premises. Upon request, it will be readily available for inspection by police or local authority officers.

363 - All reasonable efforts are to be employed by the management and security personnel to keep customers quiet and orderly prior to entry and upon leaving the premises.

364 - A qualified first aider will be employed on the premises at all times that the premises are open to the public. This first aider will be proactive in checking customers prior to entry to the club for signs of drugs abuse.

365 - That two SIA door supervisors, one of which is a female, will be employed on Fridays and Saturdays after 21:00 hours. On nights when SIA door supervisors are not on duty a member of staff shall be deployed at the entrance to the premises from the end time in respect of licensable activities until the premises close to ensure that customers do not remove glasses, bottles or drinks from the premises and to remind customers to leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner and not to loiter outside of the premises. Any customer(s) loitering outside of the premises shall be asked to leave quietly. When door supervisors are on duty they should perform this function.

366 - That all on-line sales of alcohol will be subject to a real time age verification check before the sale is completed.

367 - That all on-line age verification checks must be made by a company which is a member of the Age Verification Providers Association.

368 - That all delivery drivers (whether employed directly, as self employed or via third parties) will undertake training regarding age verification to ensure that the required checks are conducted at the point of delivery when a customer appears to be under 25 years old.

369 - That in regards to alcohol deliveries, the name used to make the purchase must match the name on the ID provided by the person who the delivery is handed to (and this will be explained at the on-line checkout)

370 - That all refusals, relating to age verification, off the sale of alcohol at the premises, orders made online or deliveries will be recorded in a refusals log and the refusal log shall be made immediately available to police and / or council officers on request.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - That a challenge 25 scheme shall be maintained at the premises requiring that staff selling alcohol request that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a driving licence, passport, UK armed services ID card and any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card such as the Proof of Age London (PAL) card.

840 - The rear garden shall be cleared of patrons by 22:00 hours daily.

841 - That the premises will provide a dedicated telephone number and email address for residents.

842 - That a sound limiter shall be installed at the premises and maintained in full working order at all times that the premises are in use. All amplified music shall be routed through the sound limiter. The sound limiter will be calibrated so that amplified music played at the premises does not give rise to public or statutory nuisance.

843 - That the rear door shall be closed at 22:00 hours.

844 - That signage is erected directing smokers to the front of the premises.

845 - That customers who leave the premises temporarily to smoke shall only be permitted to smoke outside the front of the premises. Smoking may only be permitted outside the front of premises and a maximum of 5 smokers shall be permitted outside the front of the premises to smoke at any one time.

846 - That two SIA registered door supervisors will be engaged when the premises are in operation after 21:00 hours until the end of business and all patrons have vacated the premises. They will be engaged to monitor admissions and re-admissions to the premises, provide security and protection for staff and customers, screen entrants to the premises, manage conflict, ensure that conditions relating to the use of the outside area(s) are adhered to and ensure that the dispersal policy for the premises is implemented. The accommodation limit for the premises shall not exceed 85 patrons.

847 - That all staff shall be trained in regards to all aspects of the dispersal policy.

848 - The written dispersal shall be kept at the premises with the licence and made available for inspection by authorised officers.

849 - An acoustic lobby (double doors) shall be installed at the rear entrance of the premises to minimise sound escape from the premises.

850 - That external waste handling, collections, deliveries and the cleaning of external areas shall only occur between the hours of 08:00-20:00 hours.

851 - That the first floor of the premises shall not exceed 35 patrons.
