Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - a.At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or b.At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence

107 - Any individual carrying out security activities at the premises must be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. This does not apply where the premises are being used primarily as a Qualifying Club under a Club Premises Certificate, under a Temporary Event Notice, or primarily as a cinema, restaurant or theatre

110 - No statutory regulations for music and dancing shall apply so as to require any licence for the provision in the premises of public entertainment by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programmes included in any programme service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or of public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is produced solely by the reproduction of recorded sound

125 - That all alcohol sales for consumption off premises will be sold in sealed containers.

307 - That the maximum number of persons permitted on the ground floor of the premises at any one time shall not exceed two hundred (200)

311 - That notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner

325 - That no unaccompanied children under the age of 16 will be permitted at any time. Any children under 16 must be accompanied on the premises at all times by a parent, guardian or other responsible adult.

340 - That prior to the members of the public being permitted entry to the premises the rear means of escape via 54 Peckham High Street and the passageway between 52 and 54 Peckham High Street shall be checked to ensure that it is free of any obstructions and i s readily available for use

341 - That the doors to Peckham High Street shall be kept closed, except to allow access and egress to/from the premises, at all times

342 - The rear emergency exit shall be kept closed at all times

345 - That on Friday and Saturday nights entry to the premises after 23:30 shall be open to members and bona fide guests only, those members will be in possession of membership cards which will contain the personal details of each member. Each member will be allowed to sign in a maximum of three guests per night. The details of each guest will be recorded and kept for a minimum of 28 days or until that guest becomes a member in their own right.

346 - That on New Years Eve all licensable activities shall be allowed from the end of permitted hours on New Years Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Years Day.

347 - That on New Year’s Eve opening hours shall be allowed from the end of permitted opening hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day.

348 - That a written dispersal policy shall be devised regarding the premises and a copy of it shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times that the premises are in operation. The policy should include (but not necessarily be limited to) the following: •Details as to how customer / staff egress at the premises shall be managed to minimise causing nuisance. •Details of public transport in the vicinity and how customers will be advised in respect of it. •Details of the management of taxis to and from the premises. •Details of the management of any 'winding down' period at the premises. •Details of the use of security and stewarding in respect of managing customer dispersal from the premises. •Details of any cloakroom facility at the premises and how it is managed. •Details of road safety in respect of customers leaving the premises. •Details of the management of ejections from the premises. •Details of how refuse / waste in the local vicinity arising through the operation of the premises will be cleared up (e.g. flyer clean up, post event clean up). All staff employed at the premises shall be trained in the latest version of the dispersal policy and records of such training (including the printed name of the trainee, signature of the trainee, declaration that the training was understood and the date of the training) shall be kept as an annex of the policy. The dispersal policy shall be made immediately available to emergency service and / or council officers on request.

349 - That no children under the age of 18 shall be permitted on the premises after 23:00 hours.

350 - That all alcohol sales for consumption off premises must be made online for delivery only.

351 - That all online sales of alcohol are subject to a real time age verification check before alcohol can be handed to the customer.

352 - That drivers (whether employed directly, as self employed or via third parties) shall undertake training regarding age verification to ensure that the required checks are conducted at the point of delivery when a customer appears to be under 25 years old.

353 - The name used to make the purchase must match the name on the ID (this will be explained at checkout)

354 - That all refusals of orders at either the order or delivery stage are recorded in a refusals book.

355 - That training records and the refusal book is made available to Police or authorised Council Officers upon request.

356 - After midnight all off sales of Alcohol shall be made as an ancillary to takeaway/delivery meals and shall be in sealed containers.

357 - That no spirits (alcohol containing more than 20% ABV) shall be sold by the bottle or half bottle other than pre mixed cocktails.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - That an age verification scheme shall be maintained at the premises requiring that staff selling alcohol request that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 25 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a driving licence, passport, UK armed services ID card and any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card such as the Proof of Age London (PAL) card.

4AB - That all staff involved in the sale of alcohol shall be trained in the prevention of sales of alcohol to underage persons. Any training provided shall include the latest version of any Southwark Council prevention of underage sales training pack. A record of such training shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times and be made immediately available for inspection at the premises to council or police officers on request. The training record shall include the trainee’s name (in block capitals), the trainer’s name (in block capitals), the signature of the trainee, the signature of the trainer, the date(s) of training and a declaration that the training has been received. Full copies of the training provided (whether physical or electronic) will be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times and be made immediately available for inspection at the premises to council and / or police officers on request.

4AC - That clearly legible signs shall be prominently displayed where they can easily be seen and read by customers stating to the effect that no sales of alcohol can be made to persons under 18 years old and that valid photo identification may be required. Such signage shall be displayed at all entrances, points of sale and in all areas where alcohol is displayed for sale. The signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times

4AI - That a register of refused sales of alcohol shall be maintained in order to demonstrate effective operation of the age verification policy. The register shall be clearly and legibly marked on the front cover as a register of refused sales, with the address of the premises and with the name and address of the licence holder. The register shall be kept / be accessible at the premises at all times. The register shall be made immediately available for inspection at the premises to council and / or police officers on request. If Southwark Council provides a refusal register in a preferred format, we shall use refusal register provided by Southwark Council.

789 - That CCTV will be recording and in operation at all times that the premises are open to the public and licensable activities are being provided. The system will be capable of storing the footage for at least 31 days and will be made available immediately to the Police or authorised officers upon request. The footage will be in a format that can be downloaded immediately onto a readable disc or storage device.

840 - That a CCTV system be installed at the premises, the coverage to include all public areas of the premises in addition to at least one camera to cover the external areas of the premises at the entrance to 56 Peckham High Street. The external camera shall be capable of capturing the searching of all patrons who enter the premises.

841 - That there will be at least one person on the premises at all times that the premises are in operation under its licence able to operate the CCTV system and capable of downloading the stored data immediately upon request.

842 - That at least two SIA registered door supervisors one of whom shall be female will be employed from 23:30 on Friday, Saturday and Sunday until the terminal hour or until the premises is clear of all patrons and/or DJs and other performers and their assistants.

843 - That at least one of the door supervisors shall be in possession of a working hand held metal detection unit which shall be used in respect of all admissions to the premises whether members of the public, DJs, similar performers and their assistants.

844 - That the door supervisors shall be provided with and shall use a mechanical counting device to record the number of patrons entering and leaving the premises so the capacity of the premises is known at all times and does not exceed the limit of 200 patrons.

845 - That all SIA registered door supervisors employed to work at the venue will be supplied by an SIA accredited/approved contractor.

846 - That there will be a personal licence holder on the premises on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at all times that the premises are open to the public.

847 - That the bar area shall be covered by the CCTV system installed at the premises.
