Conditions: 102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself

103 - Where a film is to be submitted for classification to the licensing authority, the cinema or venue operator must submit the film intended for exhibition to the authority at least 28 days prior to the first date upon which the film is intended to be exhibi ted

104 - Where a programme includes a film in the 12a, 15 or 18 category no person appearing to be under the age of 12 (and unaccompanied in that case), 15 or 18 as appropriate shall be admitted to any part of the programme; and the licence holder shall display in a conspicuous position a notice in the following terms -"PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF (INSERT APPROPRIATE AGE) CANNOT BE ADMITTED TO ANY PART OF THE PROGRAMME" Where films of different categories form part of the same programme, the notice shall refer to t he old stage restriction. This condition does not apply to members of staff under the relevant age while on duty provided that the prior written consent of the person's parents or legal guardian has first been obtained

105 - Immediately before each exhibition at the premises of a film passed by the British Board of Film Classification there shall be on screen for at least five seconds in such a manner as to be easily read by all persons in the auditorium a reproduction of the certificate of the Board or, as regards a trailer advertising a film, of the statement approved by the Board indicating the category of the film

106 - Immediately before each exhibition at the premises of a film passed by the licensing authority notices shall be displayed both inside and outside of the premises so that persons entering can readily read them and be aware of the Category attached to any f ilm or trailer

114 - This licence allows for the licensable activities and for non standard timings stated below on the following days: Provision of regulated entertainment- Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Anything of a similar description. 288 - That the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be maintained in good working condition and operable at all times

289 - That recordings taken by the CCTV system installed upon the premises shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers for a period of twenty-eight days

293 - All bar staff shall be trained in the prevention of crime and disorder and a record of the dates and names of the staff trained kept.

309 - That all musicians and DJs must play electrically amplified music/audio/PA through a sound cut out device. The cut-out device shall be maintained at levels set to the satisfaction of the Council's Noise Team

311 - That notices shall be displayed and announcements made requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner

340 - That double glazing will be maintained in good condition

341 - That any person who appears intoxicated will not be allowed entry to the premises.

342 - That litter bins be provided inside the premises.

343 - That on nights when a disk jockey is used, then he/she will ask customers to to leave quietly.

344 - That notices stating that CCTV is in operation will be displayed throughout the premises.

345 - That all external door/windows (excepting any that have to be locked open to ensure public safety) shall be kept shut and under strict management supervision and allow access and egress between times that door staff are required.

346 - That the Club may sell alcohol to guests

348 - That fire extinguishers shall be checked regularly

349 - That the emergency lighting system installed upon the premises shall be maintained in good working order

350 - That a person trained in first aid will be on the premises at all times

351 - That the sound limiting device is to be set by the Environmental Protection Team in consultation with the Premises Licence holder

352 - That the over spill room is to be shut at 22.30hrs

353 - That signs are to be displayed asking people to respect local residents and leave quietly

354 - That the mechanical ventilation should emit 10-15 air changes per hour

357 - That clear escape routes shall be maintained
