Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - a.At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or b.At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or h is Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself.

103 - Where a film is to be submitted for classification to the licensing authority, the cinema or venue operator must submit the film intended for exhibition to the authority at least 28 days prior to the first date upon which the film is intended to be exhib ited

104 - Where a programme includes a film in the 12a, 15 or 18 category no person appearing to be under the age of 12 (and unaccompanied in that case), 15 or 18 as appropriate shall be admitted to any part of the programme; and the licence holder shall display in a conspicuous position a notice in the following terms -"PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF (INSERT APPROPRIATE AGE) CANNOT BE ADMITTED TO ANY PART OF THE PROGRAMME" Where films of different categories form part of the same programme, the notice shall refer to t he oldestage restriction. This condition does not apply to members of staffunder the relevant age while on duty provided thatthe prior written consent of the person's parentsor legal guardian has first been obtained.

105 - Immediately before each exhibition at the premises of a film passed by the British Board of Film Classification there shall be on screen for at least five seconds in such a manner as to be easily readby all persons in the auditorium a reproduction of the certificate of the Board or, as regards a trailer advertising a film, of the statement approved by the Board indicating the category of the film.

106 - Immediately before each exhibition at the premises of a film passed by the licensing authority notices shall be displayed both inside and outside of thepremises so that persons entering can readily read them and be aware of the Category attached to any fi lm or trailer.

109 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition permitted hours means the hours stated elsewhere on this licence and on New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours on New Year's Eve to the start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December).

110 - No statutory regulations for music and dancing shall apply so as to require any licence for the provision in the premises of public entertainment by the reproduction of wireless (including television) broadcasts or of programmes included in any programme service (within the meaning of the Broadcasting Act 1990) other than a sound or television broadcasting service, or of public entertainment by way of music and singing only which is produced solely by the reproduction of recorded sound is permitted.

111 - This licence provides for the provision of private music and dancing entertainment that is promoted for private gain;

112 - This licence allows the premises to remain open for non standard timings - for one extra hour - as stated on the days below: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday at Bank Holiday Weekends - Early May Bank Holiday; Late May Bank Holiday and August Bank Holi day Christmas Eve Boxing Day

113 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for the sale or supply of alcohol for non standard timings - one extra hour - as stated below on the following days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday at Bank Holiday Weekends - Early May Bank Holiday ; Late May Bank Holiday and August Bank Holiday Christmas Eve Boxing Day

122 - No person under fourteen shall be in the bar of the licensed premises during the permitted hours unless one of the following applies a.He is the child of the holder of the premises licence b.He resides in the premises, but is not employed there c.He is in the bar solely for the purpose of passing to or from some part of thepremises which is not a bar and to and from which there is no other convenient means of access or egress d.The bar is in railway refreshment rooms or other premises constructed, fit ted and intended to be used bona fide for any purpose to which the holding of the licence is ancilla. In this condition "bar" includes any place exclusively or mainly used for the consumption of intoxicating liquor. But an area is not a bar when it is usu al for it to be, and it is, set apart for the service of tablemeals and alcohol is only sold or supplied to persons as ancillary to their table meals.

127 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied: a.With and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together w ith the meal; b.For consumption by a person residing in the premises or his guest and paid for together with his accommodation; c.To a canteen or mess.

310 - That all doors and windows excepting any that may be required to be locked open for the purposes of means of escape, shall be kept closed whenever live entertainment is being provided upon the premises

311 - That notices shall be displayed requesting that customers leave the premises in a quiet and orderly manner

315 - That the frontage will be closed and patrons requested to come inside the main structure of the premises at 2300 hours

325 - That after 21.00 hours children under 16 shall not be admitted in any area where alcohol is sold and consumed

326 - That all appropriate staff shall be trained in the age identification scheme required at the premises and records of training shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers of the Council

334 - That an age identification scheme shall be established and maintained. The scheme shall Require the production of evidence of age (comprising any PASS accredited card or passport or driving licence) from any person appearing to staff enagaged in selling o r supplying alcohol to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol

340 - That the Licensee or Designated Premises Supervisor shall ensure that no music played on the premises is audible at the site boundary of any residential property

341 - That the Designated Premises Supervisor will be a member of the local Pubwatch so long as one exists

342 - Kitchen extractors shall be cleaned regularly to minimise the impact of cooking smells on neighbours

343 - Staff shall be trained on the requirements of the licensing act 2003 and a record of that training shall be mantained and made available for inspection by any authorisized officer.

344 - Unless by way of a genuine off-sale no customers shall be premitted to remove alcoholic drinks from the premises other than for consumption in an external area provided for that purpose

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
