Conditions: 102 - The admission of children to films given under this licence must be restricted in accordance with the recommendations of the British Board of Film Classification or of the licensing authority itself

103 - Where a film is to be submitted for classification to the licensing authority, the cinema or venue operator must submit the film intended for exhibition to the authority at least 28 days prior to the first date upon which the film is intended to be exhibi ted

104 - Where a programme includes a film in the 12a, 15 or 18 category no person appearing to be under the age of 12 (and unaccompanied in that case), 15 or 18 as appropriate shall be admitted to any part of the programme; and the licence holder shall display in a conspicuous position a notice in the following terms -"PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF (INSERT APPROPRIATE AGE) CANNOT BE ADMITTED TO ANY PART OF THE PROGRAMME" Where films of different categories form part of the same programme, the notice shall refer to t he old stage restriction. This condition does not apply to members of staff under the relevant age while on duty provided that the prior written consent of the person's parents or legal guardian has first been obtained

105 - Immediately before each exhibition at the premises of a film passed by the British Board of Film Classification there shall be on screen for at least five seconds in such a manner as to be easily read by all persons in the auditorium a reproduction of the certificate of the Board or, as regards a trailer advertising a film, of the statement approved by the Board indicating the category of the film

106 - Immediately before each exhibition at the premises of a film passed by the licensing authority notices shall be displayed both inside and outside of the premises so that persons entering can readily read them and be aware of the Category attached to any f ilm or trailer

108 - The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must a.Be made at a time when the premises are open for the purposes of supplying alcohol, in accordance with the certificate, to members of the club orconsumption on the premises b.The alcohol supp lied for consumption off the premises must be in a sealed container c.The supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises must be made to member of the club

114 - This licence allows for the premises to remain open for the licensable activities listed below for non standard timings - until 0200 hours - on the following days: Provision of regulated entertainment - Plays, Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance, Anything of a similar description; and Provision of Entertainment Facilities - Making Music, Dancing, Entertainment of a Similar Discription. New Year's Eve and Special Occasions

129 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition permitted hours means a.On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, Good Friday or New Year's Eve, 11.00.a.m. to 11.00.p.m. b.On Sundays, other than Christmas Day or New Y ear's Eve, 12 noon to 10.30.p.m. c.On Good Friday, 12 noon to 10.30.p.m. d.On New Year's Eve, except on a Sunday, 11.00.a.m. to 11.00.p.m. e.On New Year's Eve on a Sunday, 12 noon to 10.30.p.m. f.On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours to th e start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). g.On Christmas Day, as provided by the rules of the club and notified in writing by the chairman or secretary of the cl ub to the chief executive of the justices for the petty sessions area in which the premises are. The said hours shall: i)Not exceed six and a half hours; ii)Not begin earlier than 12 noon; iii)Not end later than 10.30.p.m.; iv)Provide for a break of at least 2 hours, including 3.00.p.m. to 5.00.p.m.; v)not extend for more than three and a half hours after 5.00.p.m. The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

130 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal.

325 - That children under 18 shall not be admitted in any area where adult entertainment is provided

326 - That all appropriate staff shall be trained in the age identification scheme required at the premises and records of training shall be kept and made available for inspection by authorised officers of the Council.

334 - That an age identification scheme shall be established and maintained. The scheme shall Require the production of evidence of age (comprising any PASS accredited card or passport or driving licence) from any person appearing to staff engaged in selling or supplying alcohol to be under the age of 18 and who is attempting to buy alcohol

340 - Members of the public shall not be admitted

341 - Access to the Golf Curse shall be via a gate operated by a Member's Key Fob
