Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

154 - All members of staff will be trained to look out for potential hazards and what the protocols are in case of an emergency and how to help disabled people in case they are using the premises toilets in case of an emergency. In case of emergencies staff have at hand the numbers to the local police and are trained how to call the emergency services should the need arise.

158 - Staff will be trained to be very vigilant with regards to • Smokers congregating outside and causing a nuisance. If customers are very loud or rowdy, customers will be ask politely to keep the noise levels down and / or if they have finished their purchase or consumption at the premises, they will also be asked politely to disperse. If it is found that too many customers wish to smoke outside, the company will review its operation and will set a maximum number of people that smoke outside at any one time.

172 - The premises will provide a first aid kit in the premises with a log book. The kit will be inspected monthly to make sure all the components are in place.

262 - All refuse storage is confined to the rear of the building in a designated room for the purposes of waste disposal for the entire building. All refuse emanating from the business will be taken to this area.

288 - That a CCTV system shall be installed at the premises and be maintained in good working order and be continually recording at all times the premises are in use under the licence. The CCTV System must be capable of capturing a clear facial image of every person who enters the premises.

289 - All CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of 31 days and shall on request be made immediately available to officers of the police and the council.

293 - That all staff are trained in their responsibilities under the licensing act 2003 and training records are to be kept and updated every 6 months and shall, upon request, be made immediately available to Officers of the Police and the Council.

298 - The premises will adopt a zero tolerance approach towards illicit drugs. A poster to such an effect will be put in place to discourage and make aware to any member of the public and / or member of staff. Should any event occur in relation to this matter, CCTV footage will be handed over to the police.

307 - The accommodation limit for the premises shall not exceed 35 persons (excluding staff)

311 - When the establishment is closing, patrons will be asked to leave the premises quietly and to disperse as soon as possible.

316 - Deliveries to the premises will not occur outside of the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 Monday to Saturday.

322 - Ambient music will be played at adequate levels and not will be played to exceed load levels and become a nuisance to our patrons or local people.

324 - A poster will be available to inform our patrons to leave the area quietly. The telephone numbers of local mini cab firms will be made available should patrons wish to use this mode of transport.

325 - The premises will not show any form of adult entertainment. The premises employees will not show or take part in any form of explicit adult material which may cause to offence to other employees or members of the public. • The premises will not sell alcohol and / or associated age – restricted products or material to children. • Children under the age of 16 will not be allowed in the premises at any time and / or under any circumstances unless being accompanied by an adult, parent and / or guardian.

340 - The written dispersal policy shall be kept at the premises with the licence and made available for inspection by authorised council officers or the police. All relevant staff shall be trained in the implementation of the policy.

341 - Any ‘off sales’ of alcohol shall be provided in sealed containers and taken away from the premises save for those seated in the outside area as marked on the premises plans.

342 - That clear legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can be easily seen and read, requesting that alcohol sold as ‘off sales’ should not be opened and consumed in the vicinity of the premises.

343 - A member of staff should be on duty at all times the premises is open that is trained in the use of the CCTV and able to view and download images to a removable device on request of Police or council officer.

344 - All off sales shall be sold in sealed containers and consumed away from the premises.

345 - Customers shall use no outside area after 22.00hrs other than those who temporarily leave the premises to smoke a cigarette and no drinks shall be taken outside.

346 - That no spirits (alcohol containing more than 20% ABV) shall be sold by the bottle or half bottle.

347 - That all spirits (alcohol containing more than 20% ABV) shall be sold by the measure of 25ml or 35ml at a maximum of two measures per container/glass.

348 - Binge drinking will not be tolerated. People will be discouraged from drinking large amounts of alcohol and will be refused the retail sale of alcohol on / off the premises at the discretion of the staff should they deem that the patron has had enough to drink. Staff training with regards to this issue will be rigorous and highly monitored.

349 - Customers will be reminded to drink sensibly and will be told of company policy with regards to binge drinking as to discourage this type of action.

350 - No violent behaviour will not be tolerated towards any member of the public or staff. Should this occur, CCTV will record any event, the police will be notified immediately and the recorded CCTV footage will be handed over to them.

351 - The premises will not knowingly tolerate any member of the public or staff who publicly brandish any offensive or unlawful weapon within the premises or immediately outside of the premises. Should this occur, CCTV footage will record the incident, and the police will be contacted and CCTV footage handed over to them. Members of staff will not physically engage with any perpetrator brandishing offensive weapons, staff will immediately call the police.

352 - No violent behaviour will not be tolerated towards any member of the public or any member of staff. Should this occur, CCTV will record any event, the police will be notified immediately and the recorded CCTV footage will be handed over to them.

353 - The premises will not tolerate drugs use, including so-called legal highs or ‘new psychoactive substances’. Any member of staff or public brandishing, selling, offering any form of illicit drugs or paraphernalia will be immediately reported to the police.

354 - The premises will not knowingly tolerate the use of any form of illicit drugs. Any member of staff or public brandishing, selling, offering any form of illicit drugs or paraphernalia will be immediately reported to the police. A zero tolerance towards illicit drugs will be in place. A poster to such an effect will be put in place to discourage and make aware any member of the public and / or member of staff. Should any incident occur in relation to this matter, CCTV footage will cover it and any recording of such an event will be handed over to the police.

355 - All members of staff will be trained to be vigilant with regards to suspicious behaviour and to immediately report any suspect individuals to senior members of staff who can take appropriate measures to protect not only members of staff but the public in general. Any thefts will be immediately reported to the police and CCTV footage of the event will be handed over to the police. This will also occur if any member of staff happens to perpetrate such action too.

356 - The premises management will check that potential applicants to the company have the right to work in the UK through checking the appropriate identity proof documents. The premises will use enhanced checking methods via the Home Office Checking Service to make sure that applicants whose application are in doubt will be compliant and that they have the right to work in the UK. The company will not knowingly hire any person who is not permitted to work in the UK.

357 - The premises will not knowingly allow any act of prostitution, lewd acts or similar offences to be carried out in the premises. Any such offences if committed will be immediately reported to the police. CCTV footage will be provided to the police if such an offence occurs.

358 - In the interest of the Prevention of Crime and Disorder and Protecting Children From Harm, the company will report any person who is committing such a crime immediately to the police. Any CCTV footage will be provided to the police if such an offence occurs. This is also true for underage workers.

359 - The premises policy will state very clearly that any form of harassment needs be reported immediately to a senior member of staff. Management of the premises will not tolerate or condone any form of sexual harassment, racist abuse, comments with regards to sexual orientation, religion or any form of derogatory comments. Any person being found of such an offence, the management of the premises will use its disciplinary procedures to affront and stop this type of behaviour.

360 - The premises will not knowingly sell any items that are counterfeit. The premises will only purchase from bona-fide companies registered in the UK or registered abroad if any items are imported from overseas and comply with UK Trading Standards.

361 - The premises will not trade with a company that are not registered to trade with regards to duty paid goods. Companies from which alcohol is purchased will be asked to provide their Alcohol Wholesale Registration Scheme number (AWRSN). The premises will under no circumstances be part of any tax evasion schemes or plans.

362 - The premises will not allow the smoking of ‘conventional’ cigarettes or any form of tobacco or electronic cigarettes inside its premises. Patrons who wish to smoke may do so outside of the premises. Portable ashtrays with lids will be provided so that no public nuisance or offence is caused by patrons discarding any cigarette butts and / or ash onto the floor. Nonetheless the outside perimeter of the premises will be monitored on a scheduled basis to make sure that any discarded butts or ash is removed from the pavement.

363 - The supply of alcohol on and off the premises must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence. The premises have a mandatory form that must be filled in and signed for once the person has completed an induction and training on the retail sales of alcohol. All the completed forms are to be kept in the Licensing Folder to be provided to the relevant authorities should they ask to be seen.

364 - The premises will use an EPOS system that records the sale of every member of staff. For very sale of alcohol, the EPOS system will prompt the user to verify the age of the person. The way alcohol is sold will be monitored closely; any member of staff not following company policy or guidelines will be retrained or taken of duties if lack of adherence to policy is not observed.

365 - The business will not engage in the following: • Games or activities which will encourage customers to drink alcohol speedily or to encourage patrons to drink as much alcohol as possible at any given time or for any period of time. • Providing alcohol for free or at discounted prices which would encourage binge drinking. • Providing free or discounted alcohol as a reward to encourage the purchase and / or consumption of alcohol at any given time. • Selling and / or supplying alcohol in association with leaflets or posters which would deem to encourage or condone anti- social behaviour or drunkenness • In dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another.

366 - No alcohol will be sold for consumption on and / or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price i.e. no loss leaders will be sold furthermore staff members will not be allowed to arrange or participate in any irresponsible sales or promotions of alcohol inside the premises.

367 - Alcohol would be sold in the premises according to current legislation through the Alcohol and Weight Measures Act 1985 and through and Southwark’s ‘A Guide To Premises Licences. The Licencing Act 2003. These would be revised according to any change in legislation. ½ pint, spirits 25ml or 35ml and still wine 125ml • These measures will be printed in menus and price lists.

368 - All off sales shall be sold in sealed containers and consumed away from the premises save for those seated in the outside area as marked on the premises plans.

369 - Clear legible signage will be prominently displayed where it can be easily seen and read, mentioning that alcohol sold as ‘off sales’ should not be opened and consumed in the vicinity of the premises.

370 - The following prevention notices / posters will be in place: • CCTV in Operation • No Drugs posters • ID Under 25 Poster • Please be aware of your personal items • Please leave the premises quietly this is a residential zone • Alcohol weights and measures

371 - The premises opening and closing times will be advertised on the window at the entrance of the establishment.

372 - No low cost high strength alcohol will be on offer.

373 - A no-drugs poster will be put inside the premises and in the toilet area to discourage any person from committing a drug related offence.

374 - Only bona fide suppliers will be used when purchasing alcohol. They must provide their AWSRN number and have this printed in all their business invoices, so that alcohol sales can be traced and any duty complied with.

375 - Hawkers will not be allowed in the premises. Should hawkers enter the premises, they will be told that they are not allowed and that if they persist, the police will be called and any footage requested by the police regarding their actions will be handed over.

376 - The premises will provide potable water for customers or members of the public alike. There is a selection of bottles waters and juices available for purchase as well as juices made from pulp, ice tea and others which are available as alternatives to alcoholic beverages.

377 - The premises will operate an EPOS system which will prompt the user about age verification every time a sale of alcohol is conducted to make sure that no alcohol is sold to minors.

378 - The sale of food will be available up to the time of closing; this will be done through a menu or by people buying prepacked food from a counter.

379 - Patrons who seem and who are deemed highly intoxicated will be prohibited from purchasing any further alcohol.

380 - Glasses will be collected on a regular basis so as not to pose a risk of breakages which could potentially be used as a weapon or that people may fall and hurt themselves.

381 - A controlled safe area will be provided for patrons to leave their drinks whilst they go outside of the premises to smoke a cigarette. This would be to ensure that customer drinks are not spiked.

382 - Due to the nature of the business, customers are not expected to start forming a queue outside of the premises prior to opening.

383 - A list of local mini cab companies will be available for patrons who may wish to use this type of service.

384 - Staff will be trained to spot customers who may need assistance in getting a mini cab / taxi or directions to the Underground station and bus routes.

385 - Children will not be encouraged or sold alcohol to. Any adult who is seen to be reported to be buying alcohol to minors will be told that he / she is breaking the law and will be immediately be reported to the police.

386 - The premises will not have any form of gaming facilities i.e. slot machines, gaming machines and hence will not attract any children who may be lured into the premises for the purposes of using gaming machines.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
