135 - Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking table meals there and for consumption by such person as an ancillary to his meal.

136 - Suitable beverages other than intoxicating liqor (including drinking water) shall be equally available for consumption with or otherwise as an ancillary to meals supplied in the premises.

158 - Notices shall be prominently displayed at all exits requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and businesses and leave the area quietly.

288 - The premises shall install and maintain a comprehensive CCTV system as per the minimum requirements of the Metropolitan Police Licensing Team. All entry and exit points will be covered enabling frontal identification of every person entering in any light condition. The CCTV system shall continually record whilst the premises is open for licensable activities and during all times when customers remain on the premises. All recordings shall be stored for a minimum period of 31 days with date and time stamping. Viewing of recordings shall be made available immediately upon the request of Police or authorised officer throughout the entire 31 day period.

340 - The premises will operate a written notice of ‘authority’ record for all staff who sell alcohol.

341 - The premises will operate adequate training for staff and records kept for inspection.

342 - Contact details of the Designated Premises Supervisor will be made available to staff and to the authorities.

343 - The premises shall operate as a bona-fide restaurant.

344 - The supply of alcohol shall be by waiter / waitress service.

345 - A staff member from the premises who is conversant with the operation of the CCTV system shall be on the premises at all times when the premises are open. This staff member must be able to provide a Police or authorised council officer copies of recent CCTV images or data with the absolute minimum of delay when requested.

346 - The approved arrangements at the premises, including means of escape provisions, emergency warning equipment, the electrical installation and mechanical equipment, shall at all material times be maintained in good condition and full working order.

347 - The means of escape provided for the premises shall be maintained unobstructed, free of trip hazards, be immediately available and clearly identified in accordance with the plans provided.

348 - No noise generated on the premises, or by its associated plant or equipment, shall emanate from the premises nor vibration be transmitted through the structure of the premises which gives rise to a nuisance.

349 - Loudspeakers shall not be located in the entrance lobby or outside the premises building.

350 - Notices shall be prominently displayed at any area used for smoking requesting patrons to respect the needs of local residents and use the area quietly.

351 - Satisfactory arrangements will be put in place to supervise an orderly dispersal of visitors when leaving the property to ensure the minimum of noise and disturbance to local residents.

352 - All waste shall be properly presented and placed out for collection no earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled collection times.

353 - No waste or recyclable materials, including bottles, shall be moved, removed from or placed in outside areas between (23.00) hours and (08.00) hours on the following day.

354 - No collections of waste or recycling materials (including bottles) from the premises shall take place between (23.00) and (08.00) on the following day.

355 - No deliveries to the premises shall take place between (23.00) and (08.00) on the following day.

356 - The premises licence holder shall ensure that any patrons smoking outside the premises do so in an orderly manner and are supervised by staff so as to ensure that there is no public nuisance or obstruction of the public highway.

357 - Only 10 smokers permitted to be outside, with no drinks allowed to be taken outside.

358 - Flashing or particularly bright lights on or outside the premises shall not cause a nuisance to nearby properties, save insofar as they are necessary for the prevention of crime.

359 - The premises will be promoted as family friendly and suitable for all ages. There will be no inappropriate entertainment, promotions, activities or behaviour tolerated at the premises that might put children at risk. There will be an effective age verification policy in accordance with the mandatory code. This policy will be one of Challenge 25 for age-restricted products and include: The display of notices relating to the policy within the premises. These notices will indicate that any customer not appearing to have reached the age of 25 will be required to produce appropriate identification proving that they have turned 18 before being sold alcohol. Appropriate ID will be a valid passport, photo driving licence, PASS accredited proof of age card or other reliable photo-ID that is recommended and approved for acceptance by the police or other authorities.

360 - Staff shall be trained in aspects of responsible alcohol retailing and in particular the Protection of Children including the Challenge 25 policy.

361 - Staff training will occur before a staff member is authorised to sell alcohol within the premises.

362 - Staff training records will be available for inspection by the police or other responsible authority upon request.

363 - Off sales of alcohol shall be sold in closed containers and taken away from the premises.

364 - That clear legible signage shall be prominently displayed where it can be easily seen and read, requesting that alcohol sold as ‘off sales’ should not be opened and consumed in the vicinity of the premises.

365 - The written dispersal policy shall be kept at the premises with the licence and made available for inspection by authorised council officers or the police; all relevant staff shall be trained in the implementation of the policy.

367 - The accommodation limit for the premises shall not exceed 90 persons (including staff).

368 - Off sales of alcohol shall be sold in closed containers and taken away from the premises.

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.
