Conditions: 100 - No supply of alcohol may be made under the Premises Licence - (a). At a time when there is no Designated Premises Supervisor in respect of the Premises Licence; or (b). At a time when the Designated Premises Supervisor does not hold a Personal Licence or his Personal Licence is suspended.

101 - Every supply of alcohol under the Premises Licence must be made, or authorised by, a person who holds a Personal Licence.

288 - That a CCTV system shall be installed at the premises, be maintained in full working order and be continually recording at all times that the premises are in use.

289 - That all CCTV footage shall be kept for a period of 31 days and shall be made immediately available to officers of the police and / or the council on request.

293 - That all staff shall be trained in respect of the terms and conditions of this licence and their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003. Records pertaining to such shall be kept and be made immediately available to police and / or council officers on request.

340 - That there shall be at least one member of staff on duty at all times that the premises are in operation who is trained the operation of the CCTV system and who is capable of retrieving footage and downloading it to a removable data storage device at the request of police and / or council officers.

341 - That a record shall be kept for a period of 31 days of the names of all attendees at events at which alcohol will be served and shall be made immediately available to officers of the police and the council on request.

342 - Intoxicating liquor shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons attending a pre-booked event, or a ticketed event, and for consumption by such persons as ancillary to the class or demonstration provided during the event.

343 - That all sales of alcohol shall be ancillary to the cookery school or to the service of a substantial table meal.

344 - That an intruder alarm shall be installed at the premises and maintained in full working order at all times that the premises are in use.

345 - That clearly legible signage shall be displayed at the entrance to the premises where it can easily be seen and read by passers by stating to the effect that events taking place at the premises are private, pre- ticketed events and are not open to the general public.

346 - That staff shall be trained in conflict resolution and how to deal with violent or aggressive customers. Records pertaining to such training shall be kept and be made immediately available to police and / or council officers on request.

347 - That the premises shall operate a zero tolerance policy in regards to illegal drug use at the premises and weapons of any kind being bought to the premises. Staff shall be trained in regards to the premises' drugs / weapons policies. Records pertaining to such training shall be kept and be made immediately available to police and / or council officers on request.

348 - That a storage area for customers’ coats and bags shall be provided at all times that the premises are in operation.

349 - That staff shall monitor customer departures at the premises to ensure that customers do not take drinks with them when customers are leaving the premises.

350 - That adequate and appropriate first aid materials / equipment shall be kept at the premises in a first aid box / boxes. The first aid box / boxes shall be kept in an easily accessible location(s) and kept free from obstructions at all times. All staff shall be aware of where the first aid box / boxes is / are kept.

351 - That at least one first aid trained member of staff shall be on site at all times that the premises are in operation.

352 - That all emergency escape routes / exits and first aid facilities at the premises shall be clearly and prominently identified by suitable clearly legible signage that can easily be seen by persons at the premises. All emergency escape routes, exits and signage shall be kept free from obstructions at all times.

353 - That staff shall be trained in regards to the evacuation procedure at the premises. Records pertaining to such training shall be kept and be made immediately available to council and / or police officers on request.

354 - That a fire detection system shall be installed at the premises and be maintained in full working order at all times.

355 - That an accident book shall be kept at the premises and be used in the event of any accidents occurring at the premises in respect of customers, staff or any other person in attendance at the premises.

356 - That clearly legible signage shall be displayed at all customer exits from the premises where it can easily be seen and read by customers providing details of local travel information including directions to the nearest train stations and bus stops and also the details of a local taxi company.

357 - That clearly legible signage shall be displayed at all customer exits from the premises where it can easily be seen and read by customers requesting to the effect that customers leave the premises and locale in a quiet and orderly manner with respect to local residents.

358 - That staff shall provide customers with the details of a local taxi company on request.

359 - That the carriage of any goods, equipment or stock to and from the premises shall take place between 08:00 to 18:00 only.

360 - That a waste receptacle and an ashtray for customer use shall be provided at the exit to the premises.

361 - That children under the age of 16 are not permitted on the premises at any time. Minors between the ages of 16 to 18 shall only be permitted on the premises when accompanied by a parent / guardian. Staff shall be trained to bar access to the premises by persons under 16 years old and trained in what action to take should persons under 16 years old attempt to enter the premises, or if there is an attempt by an adult to bring a person under 16 years old onto the premises.

362 - That a copy of the risk assessment titled 'Premises Licence Risk Assessment' submitted with the application for this licence shall be kept at the premises and shall be made available to officers of the council and / or police on request. The risk assessment shall be reviewed at least annually or when there is any change to the operation of the premises. If there is any change to the operation of the premises then the risk assessment shall be amended accordingly. Details of any review of the risk assessment shall be logged in the risk assessment (including the date of the review and details of who signed off the review).

485 - (1) The responsible person must ensure that staff on relevant premises do not carry out, arrange or participate in any irresponsible promotions in relation to the premises. (2) In this paragraph, an irresponsible promotion means any one or more of the following activities, or substantially similar activities, carried on for the purpose of encouraging the sale or supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises – (a) games or other activities which require or encourage, or are designed to require, encourage, individuals to - (i) drink a quantity of alcohol within a time limit (other than to drink alcohol sold or supplied on the premises before the cessation of the period in which the responsible person is authorised to sell or supply alcohol), or (ii) drink as much alcohol as possible (whether within a time limit or otherwise); (b) provision of unlimited or unspecified quantities of alcohol free or for a fixed or discounted fee to the public or to a group defined by a particular characteristic in a manner which carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (c) provision of free or discounted alcohol or any other thing as a prize to encourage or reward the purchase and consumption of alcohol over a period of 24 hours or less in a manner carries a significant risk of undermining a licensing objective; (d) selling or supplying alcohol in association with promotional poster or flyers on, or in the vicinity of, the premises which can reasonably be considered to condone, encourage or glamorise anti-social behaviour or to refer to the effects of drunkenness in any favourable manner; and (e) dispensing alcohol directly by one person into the mouth of another (other than where that other person is unable to drink without assistance by reason of disability).

487 - The responsible person must ensure that free potable water is provided on request to customers where it is reasonably available.

488 - (1) The premises licence holder or club premises certificate holder must ensure that an age verification policy is adopted in respect of the premises in relation to the sale or supply of alcohol. (2) The designated premises supervisor in relation to the premises licence must ensure that the supply of alcohol at the premises is carried on in accordance with the age verification policy. (3) The policy must require individuals who appear to the responsible person to be under 18 years of age (or such older age as may be specified in the policy) to produce on request, before being served alcohol, identification bearing their photograph, date of birth and either (a) a holographic mark; or (b) an ultraviolet feature.

489 - The responsible person shall ensure that - (a) Where any of the following alcoholic drinks is sold or supplied for consumption on the premises (other than alcoholic drinks sold or supplied having been made up in advance ready for sale or supply in a securely closed container) it is available to customers in the following measures - (i) Beer or cider: 1/2 pint; (ii) Gin, rum, vodka or whisky: 25 ml or 35 ml; and (iii) Still wine in a glass: 125 ml; (b) these measures are displayed in a menu, price list or other printed material which is available to customers on the premises; and (c) where a customer does not in relation to a sale of alcohol specify the quantity of alcohol to be sold, the customer is made aware that these measures are available,

491 - 1. A relevant person shall ensure that no alcohol is sold or supplied for consumption on or off the premises for a price which is less than the permitted price. 2. For the purpose of the condition set out in paragraph (1): (a) “duty” is to be construed in accordance with the Alcoholic Liquor Duties Act 1979; (b) "permitted price" is the price found by applying the formula P = D + (D x V), where- (i) P is the permitted price, (ii) D is the amount of duty chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the duty were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol, and (iii) V is the rate of value added tax chargeable in relation to the alcohol as if the value added tax were charged on the date of the sale or supply of the alcohol; (c) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a premises licence – (i) the holder of the premises licence: (ii) the designated premises supervisor (if any) in respect of such a licence; or (iii) the personal licence holder who makes or authorises a supply of alcohol under such a licence; (iv) "relevant person" means, in relation to premises in respect of which there is in force a club premises certificate, any member or officer of the club present on the premises in a capacity which enables the member or officer to prevent the supply in question; and (v)"value added tax" means value added tax charged in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act 1994. 3. Where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 would (apart from this paragraph) not be a whole number of pennies, the price given by that sub-paragraph shall be taken to be the price actually given by that sub-paragraph rounded up to the nearest penny. 4. (1) Sub-paragraph (2) applies where the permitted price given by paragraph (b) of paragraph 2 on a day ("the first day") would be different from the permitted price on the next day ("the second day") as a result of a change to the rate of duty or value added tax; (2) the permitted price which would apply on the first day applies to sales or supplies of alcohol which take place before the expiry of the period of 14 days beginning on the second day.

4AA - That a challenge 25 policy shall be maintained at the premises requiring that staff selling or delivering alcohol request that any customer who looks under 25 years old, and who is attempting to purchase alcohol, provides valid photographic identification proving that the customer is at least 18 years old. Valid photographic identification is composed of a driving licence, passport, UK armed services ID card, any Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) accredited card such as the Proof of Age London (PAL) card or any age identification card validated by the Secretary of State.
