129 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied except during permitted hours. In this condition permitted hours means a.On weekdays, other than Christmas Day, Good Friday or New Year's Eve, 11.00.a.m. to 11.00.p.m. b.On Sundays, other than Christmas Day or New Y ear's Eve, 12 noon to 10.30.p.m. c.On Good Friday, 12 noon to 10.30.p.m. d.On New Year's Eve, except on a Sunday, 11.00.a.m. to 11.00.p.m. e.On New Year's Eve on a Sunday, 12 noon to 10.30.p.m. f.On New Year's Eve from the end of permitted hours to th e start of permitted hours on the following day (or, if there are no permitted hours on the following day, midnight on 31st December). g.On Christmas Day, as provided by the rules of the club and notified in writing by the chairman or secretary of the cl ub to the chief executive of the justices for the petty sessions area in which the premises are. The said hours shall: i)Not exceed six and a half hours; ii)Not begin earlier than 12 noon; iii)Not end later than 10.30.p.m.; iv)Provide for a break of at least 2 hours, including 3.00.p.m. to 5.00.p.m.; v)not extend for more than three and a half hours after 5.00.p.m. The above restrictions do not prohibit the supply to, or consumption by, any person of alcohol in any premises where they are residing.

130 - Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied unless it is paid for before or at the time when it is sold or supplied, except alcohol sold or supplied with and for consumption at a meal supplied at the same time, consumed with the meal and paid for together with the meal

311 - That the Applicants will put up a sign and notices in conspicuous areas of the entry and exit to the Club Premises on Arches Road asking that Patrons leave quietly

337 - On no more than 12 occasions per calender year and following 10 working days notice to the Police and the Council the hours for the provision of licensable activities currently provided at the premises may be extended to such time as agreed with the Polic e, the Police having final veto to any such application.

340 - That the amplified music will not be played outside the club house during licensable activities

341 - That the Applicant's Director and Chair of the Bar Committee will liaise with the local Residents Association within 10 days of organising a social function on nominated Fridays and Saturdays

342 - That the telephone number of the Designated Club Premises Supervisor will be supplied to the residents

343 - That the Applicant will disperse the Patrons within 45 minutes after the last licensable activity

344 - That the Applicant will use radio controlled Taxi Services to pick up Patrons. Taxi arrival to the Club announced by way of coming to collect clients from the premises

809 - That all musicians and DJs must play electrically amplified music/audio/PA through a sound cut out device. The cut-out device shall be maintained at levels set to the satisfaction of the Council's Noise Team
